Percy's POV: two months from last chapter

Artemis and I were training our with our daughters today, teaching them to how to use the weapons we ourselves specialized in. We weren't paying too much attention to Zoë as we gave her some reps to go over, when all the sudden she screamed.

Artemis and I immediately turned only to have Zoë run into us crying and myself noticing that Riptide is nowhere to be seen, and isn't in my pocket. However, Zoë screamed again, this time in more fear, and took a pen out of her pocket and threw it across the room.

"Zo did you touch my pen" I asked, and she nodded with tears in her eyes.

"I'm sorry daddy I didn't mean too, but it was calling for me, and...and I couldn't resist. and then when I touched it it showed me this girl's life and she...she was shunned by her family" Zoë was saying, with tears in her eyes barely able to speak properly

"Shhhh, it's ok" I interrupted her, "she was a friend of your mother and I" I said, taking a guess at who.

"She...she was killed by her daddy wasn't she" Zoë asked

"Yes honey she was" Artemis said full of concern, while her sisters just looked confused

Zoë looked at me with slight fear in her eyes, "you won't do that to me daddy right" She said tears heavy in her eyes.

"I would never do that to you. You're my daughter and I love you unconditionally" I said hugging her tightly, and rubbing small circles on her back where she eventually calmed down and fell asleep.

"Training is over for today girls, go off and play" Artemis said, and our youngest daughters ran out of the training room.

"You don't think" I started to ask

"That our daughter Zoë is a reincarnated Zoë" Artemis said, "It's possible" She finished, as I picked Zoë up and Artemis and I took her to her room, where she stayed with her, incase she needed someone when she woke.

Time skip: fast forward 1 year and 2 months approximately 

Last year, we offered my little sister Estella if she wanted to be a goddess and she shook her head no saying not yet. I think she was trying to understand what she could do if she were to become one before actually becoming one by watching her nieces , whom have since gotten their own rooms and for the most part refuse to age above four, and us.

However, this year she accepted. So, I called Hestia to see if she would want to help, which she did and instantly flashed down into our throne room. Only to see Leto was there. "Ohh so that's why you two haven't called me for babysitting" She said noticing Leto

"That and Thalia" I responded and she gave me a, seriously you trust Thalia watching over the kids look

"I watch over Thalia mostly" Leto said

"Heyyyy" Thalia exasperated, which got a laugh from Leto and Hestia

"Ok so Estella are you ready" I asked

"Does it hurt" she whispered

"Nah" Thalia said, "The only part that hurts is dealing with this doofus for an eternity" she finished pointing at me. I just rolled my eyes at her antics, not engaging because today is my lil' sis's birthday.

"Ok" She said, "I'm ready"

With that Hestia, Artemis, Leto, and Myself granted her godhood, and the fates flashed in looking around and spotting my three daughters and scoffing at them, and then seeing my little sister, who didn't like that they scoffed at her nieces. "Oh well they finally did it, anyways all hail Estelle Blofis-Jackson, goddess of orphans, adopted children, and blue food" the three said in unison quickly trying to flash out but couldn't. 

"And what of my daughters" I asked, "You still refuse to tell us of their domains" I stated.

"Yeah what about my nieces" Estella said, sassing the fates as best as she could.

"Zeus forbids them from getting their domains and you know that"

"I don't care if Zeus forbids it. They are my daughters and were born goddesses, you will tell us their domains as it is their birthright" I said, and they seemed to grow annoyed at me, and were probably about to do something, until the room darkened and when it lightened up again, we saw a woman who looked a like a younger and nicer version of the fates. However, this younger version of the fates, made the fates pale, and Leto and Hestia freeze up in fear. So whatever the appearance means it's probably not good, and I have a 90% chance of pissing her off.

"Daughters" The woman said, coldly which got a sigh of relief from Hestia and Leto, and me to think that my chances of pissing her off is lowered.

"ye...yes mother" The fates said shaking in fear.

"Why haven't you told the three young goddesses their domains yet. It is inevitable, and you know it" The woman said

"but...but Zeus...he forbids it" They said stuttering in fear and I had a hard time not laughing.

"I am your mother, and you know my rule over rules yours" The woman replied, "And because of your inaction I'll be telling them their domains myself"

"Uhhhh can we wait a second here" I said, and Leto, Hestia and The fates were looking at me like I have a death wish, "who are you exactly because I don't recognize you" I said, trying to be diplomatic and nice.

"Oh yes, I do believe a proper introduction of myself to the lord and lady of the house is necessary. Especially, since Zeus has been trying to erase my existence and not telling his children of me, or allowing Chiron to teach you campers of me. I am Lady Ananke, primordial of inevitably, necessity, and fate, and mother to these three idiots who want the world to think Zeus and Themis are their parents" she said gesturing to the fates at the end, who just backed away as far as they could and hid in the corner of the room

"well hello then, and was it really necessary for me to fall into tartarus" I asked

"Actually I left that choice up with you since it was inevitable that the girl you fell with would cheat on you" She responded

'dammit' I cursed myself, I could have avoided that place.

"Anyways, onto the three young goddesses" Ananke said, taking a moment to pause before deciding something, "I think the youngest will go first. So Silena, step up and prepare to receive what is rightfully yours" Ananke said, but Silena looked between Artemis and myself, as if asking if it was ok and safe. I just nodded my head and she timidly stepped into the center of our throne room and kneeled before Ananke, as I'm guessing Hestia or Leto told her to do.

"Silena Diana Jackson, third born daughter of Percy and Artemis, rise and claim your titles as the goddess of calm seas, reefs, wetlands, and high tides" Ananke said and as she finished a throne appeared next to Artemis's but there was space in between the two for two more. Ananke then motioned for Silena to go sit in the new throne and she just looked up at it confused. 

Artemis shrunk down to mortal size, picked up our daughter, and returning to her godly height before placing Silena on her throne, which seemed to give her a boost of energy as she started running around on the seat of her throne.

"Next Sally Bianca Jackson, second born daughter of Percy and Artemis, rise and claim your titles as goddess of siblings, sacrifice, unconditional love, and low tides" Ananke said, only for a throne to rise in between her younger sister's and mother's and for Artemis to go and pick up Sally and place her on her throne, where she had a similar reaction to her sister. But during this time the fates, started arguing with their mother, in a language that I don't think any of us recognized.

"Shut it, daughters, it is inevitable and it is coming time for it to pass" Ananke yelled out in english leaving me to wonder what they were discussing. 

"Now onto the final goddess, Zoë Knightshade Jackson, first born of Percy and Artemis, reincarnation of your namesake, rise and claim titles that were denied to you in your previous life and thus far in this one. Rise as the goddess of the stars, constellations, strength, endurance wildlife, virginity, maidenhood, and rip-currents/riptides. And claim your former sword Anaklusmos as your symbol of power" Ananke commanded, but Zoë was obviously a little scared of something.

"but I'm scared" Zoë said

"Don't be, young goddess. What happened in your previous life was the fault of Zeus, Atlas, and my incompetent daughters. Your father in this life would never harm you or your siblings ever, and would rather die protecting you than ever see you or your siblings be injured" Ananke said, and Zoë timidly claimed Anaklusmos as her weapon of power only for a throne to rise up out of the ground in between her mother's and siblings after she done so. And unlike her sisters, she didn't need help to get on her throne and transformed into her godly height. 

"Don't I get a throne big brother" Estella asked, and all the sudden the fates were shaking their heads no, but guess what. Ananke turned on her daughters and gave them the look, to which they gulped and stopped shaking their heads.

"Yes you do little one, but it appears my daughters are more incompetent than I previously thought. So, here" Ananke said, waving her hand and right next to my throne was a new throne that was simple like Hestia's.

"yayyyyyyyyy. Thank you miss An...Anan... How do you say your name" Estella asked after trying a couple of times.

"Don't fret little one you'll learn it in time, and your thanks is much appreciated."  Ananke said smiling at my little sister, " Oh and I'll be the one telling your children of their domains from now on...since my daughters are too incompetent to do their jobs properly"  she finished, before flashing out with her daughters.

Estella walked up to me, and looked me directly in the eyes, with her puppy dog eyes, "Up" she commanded

I shrunk down and placed her on her throne before she started acting like her two younger nieces from the energy influx. Which only got laughter out of Hestia and Leto.

"Auntie Hestia" Artemis said, after her and her mother calmed down.

"Yes niece" Hestia asked

"Would you like a place to stay down here. I know how living on Olympus can be and that's why I lived out in the woods for the most part, until well, you know." Artemis said, which shocked me.

Hestia turned and looked at me, "are you ok with this" Hestia asked

"Yes and even if I wasn't Artemis carries equal status to me here and I wouldn't be able to override her offer" I responded, which seemed to make both Hestia and Leto happy as I think this is the first time they've heard of my promise to Artemis being my equal in marriage, and being a biarchy, instead of the monarchy that Zeus runs

"Then I accept your gracious offer, milady" Hestia said, saying milady with so much sarcasm I think she might secretly have that domain

"Never call me milady again auntie Hestia, or I'll start calling you Lady Hestia" Artemis responded with a huge emphasis on lady.

"Ok" Hestia said, "but what will it look like"

"Come up with the design you want and send it here with Chris and we will start work on it for you auntie Hestia" I said

"Mine was done in like three months, they don't lollygag down here" Leto added

Time skip: 5 days

 With my sister and daughters about to officially start their training as gods, I figured it would be a good idea, if we eliminate the possibility of them accidently incinerating Artemis's and my adopted daughters, so I went to go see, Ladon. 

"Hey ladon, sorry it took me a while to come" I said walking into the garden of Hesperides where said Hesperides looked furious with me.

"Hello friend. It's nice to see you again" Ladon replied in my thoughts

"Ladon what are you doing Attack him" Hesperia shouted

"Attack the god of swordsmanship. Do you mistake me for a mad dragon" Ladon stated, pretty sure in all of our minds, but this just sent the Hesperides off, to attack me, as I struggled to recover from laughter. 

I didn't really feel like dealing with them, but ended up knocking them unconscious in a few seconds. "So Ladon, it's good seeing you again, but do you think I can pick some apples for a gift to my wife, and our adoptive daughters. Though the latter don't know about the additional apples, and the former doesn't know at all yet" I stated, giving him my baby seal eyes which got all 100 heads turned away from looking at me.

"fine" Ladon stated, in annoyed tone, "Just don't look at me like that ever again" He finished

I picked the 14 apples I needed, and thanked Ladon again. "Oh by the way Zoë was reborn, into my daughter of all possibilities" I added

"Do you think she'll come back and see me" Ladon asked

"I'm not sure, she has some memories from her past life, and well I think she's afraid of this place" I stated. Ladon lowered his head in defeat and asked me that I tell her he's sorry for biting her and was only startled by the command of the Hesperides. I agreed and we said our goodbyes after that.

 I went and gave all of my adoptive daughters a golden apple of immortality, before we all went and gave Artemis the last one, which she refused until she learned that our adoptive daughters all had one already. But she ended up splitting hers with our triplets and Estella.

Time skip: 3 months

Yeah Artemis just gave birth again, but this time to our two sons and our fourth daughter, in that order. We, well more so myself, ended up naming our sons Charles Lee Jackson and Lucas Taylor Jackson. And we named, again more so myself, our daughter Phoebe Artemis Jackson Jr., and Artemis was neutral on that matter, mostly disliking that she's Phoebe Artemis Jackson Sr. now. Though Leto loved it and Apollo thought it was hilarious when he heard about it.

Time skip: 1 year

We were beginning to wonder when Ananke was going to come, as by now we've figure out our second set of children pretty well. Charles liked spending time working with uncle Tyson, and criticizing Clarisse for not doing enough routine maintenance on the fleet, or running enough exercises to make sure everything works properly. Lucas was a bundle of energy, already worse than his older sisters when they first got on their thrones and two of them ran around on them for hours without break. And Artemis jr. liked helping her mom, and was even taking driving lessons for the moon chariot some nights, though Artemis and myself were always with her for that. She's already a better driver than Thalia, just don't Thalia that.

So as you can imagine we were all placing bets on what their domains would be without their knowledge of it, with their siblings.

However, after hours of listening to many fish, about the problems from around the globe, mostly linked to human activity Ananke came in scaring the fish.

"Hello Lady Ananke" I greeted

She looked at me and shook her head. "Don't you dare use titles for me again, or I'll make it inevitable that you will stub your toe multiple times a day" she stated

I wanted to say something about how cruel, petty, and oddly specific that was, but kept my mouth shut, because I do not want to be stubbing my toes multiple times a day. "hello Ananke, I assume you're here to inform us of our childrens domains" Artemis said being diplomatic

"Yes, though this time will be in birth order, because I don't have any dramatics for you all like with Zoë's reincarnation"

"That's why I went last...I just thought you liked me least" Zoë mumbled

"Yup" Ananke responded, causing Zoë to sigh and slouch in her throne, mumbling about why do immortals like to be dramatic.

"So, Charles Lee Jackson, the Firstborn son of Percy and Artemis, God of Naval Architecture, shipyards, drydocks, and ship building and maintenance" Ananke said, causing our kids to sigh as they lost bet number one, as they didn't have any of the domains correct while Artemis and I correctly guessed something to do with ship maintenance, and his throne rose next to Estella's

"Now, Lucas Taylor Jackson, Second born son of Percy and Artemis, God of rapids, waterfalls, and whitewater rafting." Ananke said, with a slight laugh at the end as none of us won that bet and were complaining about, as his throne was rising up next to his brother's.

"And finally Phoebe Artemis Jackson Jr., Daughter of Percy and Artemis Sr., Goddess of the Lunar Cycle" Ananke said, which got our kids to sigh again as Artemis and I won bet #3, guessing something in relation to the moon as little Artemis liked the moon chariot so much, and her throne rose up next to Silena's

"How come I only get one domain, yet my siblings have multiple" She asked, more politely than you would think, as she was asking as more in an inquiry manner instead of an offended one.

"Because once you are done training you'll be your mother's charioteer driving her and her chariot into battle" Ananke answered, her older siblings all of the sudden got jealous of her, and she stuck her tongue out at them.

"Children don't you dare escalate this, and Phoebe stop antagonizing your siblings" Artemis stated with a glare to each of the children

"Oh come on you can let them be siblings in front of me. Yes they fight, but at the end of the day they still love each other" Ananke said, slightly disappointed at the children not fighting, "Anyways I gotta go I have date night tonight" Ananke said leaving quickly, just as the children started fighting and arguing with each other. 

End of flashback

After that Artemis and I agreed to stop having kids for a little while, as the six of them, along with their Aunt Estella, and their older adopted siblings, were proven themselves to be very difficult to parent, especially as their training and fighting skills progressed. Even with Sally, Silena, and Estella not physically fight as often as the others did, Sally and Silena fought just as much, if not more, verbal fights about whether high or low tides were better.
