Niccolo Knights

I lied to Olivia when I said I can't be contacted today because I was going to have a meeting, the truth was, I was on my to my parents' house to ask for Nana's explanation regarding the scene she pulled yesterday. I didn't get why she did that to Olivia, she was not that kind of a person who humiliates someone just like that. She never did that to Jesse and from what I remembered she welcomed her with open arms, now I was confused as hell as to why she humiliated my girlfriend in front of our family as well as my friends.

Last night, after I went home with Dylan, I told Maria to take my son to his room for I will go to Tony's house. I told him what happened because I was so mad as well as guilty as to what Olivia endured. Of course Tony went mad, I mean who wouldn't right? But he assured me that Olivia would get through this and that she's a strong woman.

Seeing how she handled herself last night made me respect her even more, she had a lot of control in her. If I was on her place I would've flip out and give them all a piece of my mind. But she's not, she answered Nana formally and with respect, she even thanked everyone before we went home. If that's not polite to you, I don't know what is.

Now speaking of giving a piece of my mind, I arrived at my parents' house and parked my car. I know everyone's in here because that's just how our family was every after Bake Sale so I sported my most serious face and knocked loudly at the door and was opened by my sister, Tessa.

"Oh hi, Nick." She greeted me  cheerfully but when she saw my face, she quietly gasped. Good. This would set the mood.

"Where?" I entered our foyer and looked around.

"In the garden." She whispered. I went to the garden quickly and saw dad and Jericho roasting some meat while mom and Jesse are setting up the table, Nana on the other hand was sitting at one of the rattan chairs reading a book. My mom saw me first and greeted me.

"Niccolo, you're here? Are you alone?" Mom asked and went up to me and hugged me but I evaded her hug and went straight to the point.

"Yes, I am alone. Now can somebody tell me what happened yesterday? Nana, care to tell me why you humiliated Olivia, my girlfriend, in front of so may people? When she did nothing but be kind to everyone?" I asked while raising my voice. I stood in the middle of the garden so I can see all of them. Elly got startled with my voice so she went to Tessa right away and Jesse asked Tessa to play with Elly inside. Tessa hesitated because I know she wanted to see what's going to happen here.

"Niccolo, calm down. You sit down first and we'll..." Mom held my arm to drag me to one of the chairs but I didn't bulge.

"I'm not going to calm down, I already did enough of that last night. So Nana, kindly enlighten me." I said angrily.

"Because I don't like her and she's not the one for you and for your son so forget about marrying her, Niccolo." Nana stated calmly and placed her book beside her.

"Why? Was it because of the news about her? Oh my God, those were just fake news, a fucking twisted lie that's made to make her look like she's a bitch when the truth is, she's far from that. You saw how she reacted last night, every time you put her to shame she replied politely and never even talked back to you. You couldn't even see it in her face that she's mad or whatsoever." I said in frustration.

She scoffed. "That's because she's a two-faced person, Niccolo. And her reputation with men, that's just shameful. What kind of girl who stayed in a man's house especially a single dad, for a night when she's not even married to him. Couldn't she think that maybe she would get impregnated by you? Also, who would kiss another guy when she's currently in a relationship with you? I saw the video on how she kissed that actor and she looked so professional in that field. Oh and not to mention on how she worked her lips on your neck last night, Nick. Did you see your face last night? There were lipstick smudge on your lips, God knows what you two did before coming here. That's promiscuous." She spit those words with venom.

I cannot believe it. How did she judged her like that? Olivia is far from promiscuous, she's a prim and proper type of girl. Yes she's touchy and likes to straddle me but that's it, she never ever made me feel like she's hinting some sexual innuendos.

"Seriously? You perceive her a such? Nana, are you hearing yourself? That time when she kissed that actor, we have broken up, we're not even together that time so she's free to do whatever she liked. And so what if she's slept with me, it's the fucking 21st Century, no one cares about anyone's business and were both adults now. That doesn't make her a slut." I was beyond furious now. I thought that Nana will be the first one to welcome Olivia in the family but turned out otherwise.

"She's not a wife material. She couldn't even cook, she only knows how to make sandwiches what was that? Even Dylan can make sandwiches on his own. That kind of woman only knows how to spend money on shopping, on her hair, nails, and what not. I bet she couldn't even clean her own apartment by herself or even knows how to launder and iron her clothes. You heard her last night right, she grew up in a house full of housekeepers and a personal chef and patisserie but even so, if she really wanted to learn how, she would've asked for any of them to teach her. She's not good for you as well as to your son, she won't be a good wife for you." Nana was mad now, and I couldn't care less.

"That's because she wasn't raised to be a housewife, Nana. Her family owns one of the world's multi-billion dollar conglomerate so she was raised as an heiress, to run their company not to run a house." I said in an exasperated voice and sat on one of the rattan chairs near her.

"That's exactly why she's not good for you, you're busy in your own company and she's busy in her own company, so who would attend to your kids im the future? Housekeepers? Chauffers? Bodyguards? Who? You know who's good for you? Rebecca. She's a good wife material, she can assure you that you, Dylan, and your future kids will be well taken cared of." Nana raised her voice and stood up. What the hell?! Rebecca?

"We can make it work and I don't need anyone's permission for me to marry her. I will marry her no matter what, she's the only one I want to take care of me and Dylan. So I apologise in advance Nana, Olivia will soon be calling you Nana too." I stood up and walked away.

"Hey, Nikkie, is Olivia there? Does she have any meetings scheduled later?" I asked her.

"Yes, sir, Ms. North's inside and she's free the whole afternoon." I nodded at her and heard Olivia's voice.

"Nikkie can you give this file to my bro... Baby!" She flung her arms around my neck immediately and pecked my lips repeatedly. She did not give a damn even if we're in front of her employees and I also didn't care, this was actually good for me so that everyone knows that she's already taken.

I rested my hands on her hips and smiled at her.

"You missed me that much?" I smiled at her and she dragged me inside of her office. Before she even closed her door, she crashed her lips to mine and kissed me urgently. Not seeing this woman for about a week drove me crazy insane, well not only me but also my son Dylan. We talked on the phone and videochatted but it wasn't enough for me and my son, we needed to see her that's why I came here to ask her out for dinner with Dylan.

"Of course I did, it's been a hell of a week. I've been busy these past few days because my asshole of a brother gave me tons of work." She said while she straddled me on her couch, good thing she's wearing pants right now.

"Woah, I didn't know that you two are shooting porn right now? And sister, you hurt me by calling me and asshole. Not that I care." We looked at the door and saw Zac entered.

I helped Olivia stand up but she sat on my lap, she put her left arm around my neck and I to her waist and we faced Zac.

Olivia North

"That's cause you are one, Zachary. What are you doing here? It's lunch, don't you have meetings to attend to? Oh yeah right you didn't have any because you made me attend all of it." I narrowed my eyes at him and an idea came to my mind.

"Anyway, at least I had time to have a girls' night with my best friends last night. Oh by the way, Nick did you know that Alex had a date with Erin last Tuesday?" I asked Niccolo like I didn't know they had.

"What?! So Erin finally agreed to date Alex?" Nick asked and I just wanted to kiss him because that's the reaction I want. No, he's completely clueless about the complicated skinny love Erin and Zac shared that's why when Alex came in to the picture, Jowee and I devised a plan to push these two especially my brother because knowing Erin, she will never make the first mood. Of course we are sorry for Alex but it's up to Erin whom she will choose.

I took a glance at my brother and saw his face started to darken. Cue the slow clap with an evil laugh. Bwa Ha Ha Ha.

"Yeah I was kinda surprised too. He even came to Erin's apartment last night and Jowee and I almost killed him." I stated angrily and stood up in front of them and put my hands on my waist

"Why? What did he do?" Nick asked carefully.

"What did he do, you asked? He just kissed Erin without her permission that's what he did. And he even had the nerve to apologise to my friend last night, that's preposterous Niccolo. He just ruined his chance to date Erin, but he promised that he will ask for Erin's forgiveness until she forgive him. The nerve of that guy. Geez Louise." I raised my voice and looked at my brother and saw he's fisting his hand. Oh yeah. Get angry you asshole.

"Look Livy, calm down, okay. Sit down for a minute and breathe." Nick pulled me gently and sat me on the couch, I fake frowned at him.

"I'm sorry for what he did to Erin, okay. But I think it's their business to handle." Nick explained cautiously so he won't pushed any of my buttons. Oh geez, I wanted to laugh so hard but no, I want to see Zachary suffer silently.

"Yeah right you have a point. They're both adults so it's up to Erin if she will give him another chance. But fyi, if he tries to do something to Erin that she doesn't like, Jowee and I will tear him to pieces and put his pieces in every airplane they own." The last part was not empty words we will literally do it. I hugged Nick to see my brother's reaction.

"Zac, are you okay?" I asked concerned.

"No. Don't you ever, ever call me an asshole again, Olivia." He bursted angrily and went out.

I widened my eyes at Niccolo and so does his. I just tilted my shoulders up to tell him that I was as confused as he was. BUT I WAS ACTUALLY NOT.

Oh my brother's freaking mad. Good luck to his secretary and to the employees in the executive floor, I just released the kracken.
