Oliver's pov

After reaching the most favourite restaurant I went in and was greeted with the smiling faces of my parents. Not wasting a second I went straight to them and engulfed them in a hug.

(Yes I know you guys might be thinking why am showing much of emotions but let me clarify this MY EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS ARE KNOWN ONLY FOR MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS.)

After breaking the hug we seated in our respective seats and saw my moms usually calm and composed face beaming with an unknown happiness.

Even before I could ask my mom the reason behind her happiness we were interrupted my mery aunty asking for our orders. And we placed our orders which mainly included of chicken.

After placing our orders to mery she asked as to wait a little bit and went to the kitchen area. Snd I thought she was going to cook our food as usual and turned to my parents.

So son hows your business going on??my dad asked me.

Going good dad..have to sign a contract this coming saturday.

Hmm..good . What about our other business son??

Currently there are no issues dad but I think that abhinav bhindra is trying to cross our warehouse dad.

Ohhh.. just keep an eye on him son.

Ohk dad..

We were interrupted by mom asking us to keep the business matters aside till we finish our lunch.

Ohk mom ..and yeah that I was thinking  why is your face beaming with double happiness?? Is there something going on mon and dad?

Are you guys going on trip to somewhere?? Tell me mom

Before my mom spoke she looked at my dad and my dad shaking his head as no sign ...which I found somewhat weird cause my usually speaks out her opinion not bothering about anything and this lead to my suspicion that they are hiding something from me ..

I waited patiently for her to answer but mom diverted the topic about how I should be home atleast twice a week and how I should eat healthy food and how I should sleep well and how I should start looking for my life partner ..

Mom pls not...before we could continue our once again we were interrupted my none other than mery and her 2 more co workers with our delicious mouthwatering food.

After seeing the food I decided to leave the topic as such and  started devouring the mouth watering food .

The moment the food entered my mouth I could say there is a change in the way the food tastes but a good change and yeah I really loved the food.

After having the delicious food we ordered for a dessert which included of brownie with ice cream. And had a nice chat with my mom and dad I asked them to join me in my office to which my dad said ohk but my mom she said she wanted to speak to mery aunty.

Once our bill came I paid for the food and asked for mery and told mery the food was outstanding today and gave her hug and we departed from there to office.

Amelia's pov

So finally after letting them go to do their so called business I decided to stay back and have a chat with mery.

Mery can we have a chat with you? If your busy we can talk some other time ?

Yeah we can mery just a minute let me handle the work to some other worker u can wait in my room I will be there in a second .

Waiting for mery my thought again drifted the girl and her captivating eyes.

I was brought back to the present by mery when she enterd the room called
Me.

So mery how is it going your life and the restaurant ??

It's good amelia, but if am not mistaken didn't we jus had this conversation just before your lunch?

Yeah right..we had right..hmmm...oh yeah mery the food it was too good jus like how you prepare but a little different you different in a good way..that girl really do know how to cook..

Oh yeah my girl ann she do know how to cook ..

But dont you think that she is too young to cook with such perfection and I wonder from where she got her culinary skills ...

Amelia you would be surprised If I tell you..

Omg omg you thought her cooking...I should have guessed it .she might be someone special to you or else you wouldn't be allowing her to work here ...is she some relative to you?

Yes amelia I taught her cooking when I was working the orphanage...she was a little girl back then with a big hazel green eyes...she was the sweetest girl I have ever seen in my whole life ...sunch an innocent beauty with brain and ofcourse well mannered and good cook..am sorry amelia I just got carried away talking about her..and to answer your second question no she is not my relative by blood nor any other way but she's someone I look forward adncare about..

Once I heard she is an orphan my heart ached for her and then and there i decided if my son doesn't court her and make her his I will make him marry her by hook or crook and give her all the love and care she deserved in this world.

So mery if u dont mind I would like to personally appreciate her for her cooking..

Sure you can Amelia let me call her..

After a minute mery enterd again but with ann by her side.. I hugged the girl and appreciated her .

But She was surprised by my sudden hug and after a few seconds she returned my hug and said a thank you with broken voice ..that caught me of guard... asked the little angel in front of me that did I hurted her in anyways.

She said no and went to do her work.

Surprise by her act I turned towards mery and raised my eyebrows asking what happened.

Amelia it's just that she is new to this outside world she haven't hugged anyone else other than me and the orphanage head sister in the past 14 years..so you took her by surprise...and hmmm....yeah she was longing for a mother family and all ...so that hug might have triggered her some raw emotions.. in her..

When I heard what mery said I decided to give her the motherly feeling to her as much as possible in the coming days before making her my daughter in law...
