Luna Carlyle, a young American photographer, is no stranger to tragedy. While trying to rebuild her life after her daughter's father was killed in a horrific accident, she's finally in a good place. Luna's new fiancé has been nothing but loving and supportive and has helped raise her daughter as his own. Still, Luna feels that something is missing from her life.

Amir Khan is a geneticist and devout Muslim from Pakistan. He wants to respect his family's wishes and marry the woman they have arranged for him. Though, when his cousin shares a secret with him about his lineage, Amir dedicates his life to finding the truth about those like him.

After making a life-changing discovery, Amir and Luna learn what it means to be tethered to another. Sparks fly when they're together, but their circumstances keep them apart. Just when they think their current relationships and cultural differences will be their biggest hurdle, more secrets unravel, and these two tethered souls must embark on a journey in which their very lives are at stake.

*Please keep an open mind on reading this story. Twists and turns await. And what you think may happen might go the opposite way. This storyline differs from most, and I hope you all enjoy.*

·This story is NOT fantasy magic or about werewolves and mates. Really. 😄

Important Things You Should Know:

· Read the synopsis if you didn't. Information is stated in it. People seem to be surprised about the characters.

· This story is psychological. There will be gripping and uncomfortable scenes within. Some characters are villains, therefore, doing things to other characters that can be unsettling. Within the story, there are thriller moments that could cause triggers for some people. That's where the hashtag #psychological-thriller in the tags come in.

· Viewer Discretion Advised. This story will have violence, painful situations among the characters, and a sexual assault scene. There are some scenes
that are for Mature Audience. As a survivor of sexual assault, that scene was difficult to write, but it's part of the story and had to be written.

· This book was written with NO SMUT intended. However, there are some personal moments between characters. And there is a deeper meaning behind this love-triangle. It's not a typical one and differs than other ones in some stories.

· I wrote these notes for any readers who may have triggered moments in their life. Some scenes could be painful, but I won't give too much away. Anyway, that's about it.
