Kokichi stared at Monokuma as if he just heard the stupidest thing ever.

"A... Child motive?" he repeated what Monokuma said earlier.

"Yep! I'll turn one of you to a child!"

"But... Why?" Shuichi asked.

"Well, it needs to get more interesting! I'm sure that you've never heard of a child motive in a killing game have ya? So we're so quirky puhuhuhu~"

"I'm- You know what? Imma head out." Kokichi exited the gym, the students following after him.

Monokuma looked at the students exiting.

'I'll decide randomly!'

He wrote numbers on a piece of paper and shuffled it.

"Ah! So it's gonna be you!"

The Next Day

Kokichi entered the dining room confused at why everybody's so worried. It wasn't before he looked at the kitchen.

"Where's mom?" he asked them to which they didn't hear.

'Must be deep in thought.'

"How do you do fellow kids!" Oh shit, a bear.

"What did you do to mom." Kokichi glared at Monokuma, everyone saw this and were very scared of him. Even Maki shivered.

Monokuma was very visibly scared too.

"She-She's right here!"

All of a sudden, he whipped out a child Kirumi.

Kirumi then observed everyone before crying.

"W-W-Where am I? Y-Y-You're a scary bear!"

Kokichi didn't know what it was, maybe his mother instincts who knows, but he ran up to Kirumi bending down.

"Hey, hey. It's okay, it's okay!" Kirumi looked at Kokichi before hiding behind him, tugging his leggings. "If you hurt Kirumi Monokuma, I will torture you until you cry tears of blood, got that? Mark my words, you will die." He glared one more time at Monokuma before holding Kirumi's hand.

"Hi! I'm Kokichi Ouma! Do you want to meet these people?"

Kirumi nodded before wiping her tears.

Kokichi introduced her to the 14 students before a question popped in mind.

Why does she have child clothes? Did someone make them?

He made a mental note about that and asked Kirumi what she wanted for breakfast.

"Pancakes please Mr!"

"No need to call me mister Kiru. You can give me a nickname!"

"Hmm, ah! I got it! Kichi!"

"Mhm, yay! I like it! Now wait here, Imma go make pancakes. Does everyone want pancakes?"

"Yes!" all of them replied.

He gave Kirumi to Rantaro and started on the pancakes.

"Here's your pancakes!"

"This smell f-"

"Miu if you finish that sentence." It seems Kokichi was on a glaring day today as he did just that.

"I-I mean this smell delicious!"

He gave the pancakes to Kirumi and she tasted them.

"Wow Kichi! They taste so good!"

"I second that!" Kaede beamed.

"Thank you!" 'Wait what.'

Everyone stared at Kokichi before softly smiling at him.

"Soft Kokichi is my religion," Angie said.
