Underswap Ghoul or any type of Ghoul can't handle sugar they go nuts and play tricks a lot.
(*Cough* don't worry that isn't monster dust or blood it's sugar and some water died red. *Cough*)

Quick explanation of why US Papyrus hates me: Got the pacifist route a lot then reset and tried the genocide route regretting it dearly and reset after killing Papyrus due to guilt and feeling sadness and empty. After she reset this time she stopped resetting and hugged Blueberry in apology even if he didn't remember. Papyrus still thinks Ghoul is gonna murder everyone when she gets the chance and calls her 'killer'. Rarely he shows the hate so Blueberry doesn't know this. Yes I wanted to show, some of the characters do hate me in different aus at times!
