A couple of months passed and Kaiba got used being called Daddy. Mokuba saw Ivy as a little sister he never had. Kaiba gave Ivy her own room and accessories. Ivy would mostly be with Kaiba throughout the day in his office. As for Mokuba when he gets home from school he begins teaching Ivy her ABC's fortunately they learned that she is a fast learner.

"Okay Ivy show your daddy, you can say it all by yourself"

Mokuba put Ivy in the center of the office room and in front of Kaiba as he was behind his desk on the computer. Kaiba wasn't going to argue about being a dad, because he actually sees Ivy as his own.

"A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z"

Mokuba and Kaiba clapped and Ivy gave them a bow.

"Alright Ivy. Hey big bro, do you think you should start putting Ivy in school"

"It wouldn't hurt"

Kaiba stood up and walked towards Ivy lifting her up.

"Now because you said all your ABC's without any help. I think you deserve an award"

He said as he poked her nose with his index finger causing her to giggle as she leaned her head on his, looking into his deep blue eyes. Kaiba looked towards Mokuba.

"Let's go"

Mokuba followed his brother.

"Where are we going?"

"To Kaibaland"

Mokuba smiled as they headed to the helicopter. As they got lifted off the ground, Ivy buried her face to Kaiba's chest. Kaiba rubbed her back in a comforting motion as he heard her whimper. A few minutes passed, they finally landed at Kaibaland. Kaiba put Ivy down put he made sure to grab hold of her hand.

"What ride would you like to ride first?"

Ivy looked around at the games and rides until one caught her attention.

"I want to ride the carousel"

Kaiba was surprised

"Do you know what that is?"

Ivy looked up at father and nodded with a smile.

"Its the horses that goes round and round"

"That's right"

They made their way to the ride. Mokuba went on the ride Ivy and Kaiba stood from the side looking at them. As Ivy and Mokuba passes Kaiba she would yell.

"Daddy do you see me!! Look at the pretty horses"

Kaiba would simply waves at them or nods. As the ride came to an end, Ivy wanted to go on the giant swing. This time Kaiba went on with her. Ivy was happily screaming as the wind blows through her face. Kaiba smiles at the carefree look. As that ride cane to an end, Kaiba decided it was time for them to eat. They ordered a Burger, chicken wings and a hot dog.

"Daddy, can we go on more rides?"

"No instead we are going to play games"

Ivy nodded and continued to finish her meal. After they were done, they began to play games in which Ivy would always lose, Mokuba would win here and there and as for Kaiba he's a pro. Any prize he wins, he gives it to his daughter or to Mokuba. The day was coming to an end, Kaiba decided it was time to head back to the mansion.

Mokuba went and got ready for bed and went to sleep after a whole long day. Kaiba helped Ivy get ready and put her to bed, he turned on the night light and was about to exit until his daughter called out for him.

"Daddy, can you read me a bed time story?"

Kaiba was debating whether to read her a story or just go back to his home office and continue his work.

"Please"

Kaiba rolled his eyes letting out a sigh and went back to the room.

"What story?"

Ivy got off her bed and ran to her book shelf filled with different books.

"This one"

She picked out and ran back to bed, Kaiba lay down to get comfortable and Ivy snuggled up to him as he looked at the book.

"The Ugly Ducking"

Kaiba began to read and Ivy was paying close attention to every single word he says. As the story cane to an end, Kaiba closed the book, but Ivy grabbed it and opened it showing it up to his father.

"Why is he sad?"

"Because he was all alone and nobody wanted him"

"And this one?"

"He found a family and he was very happy"

Ivy remained on the pictures and looked up at her father.

"Just like me right Daddy"

Kaiba was silent for a few seconds and reluctantly nodded. Ivy smiled and hugged her father.

"This is my happy ending dad just being with you and Uncle Mokuba"

Kaiba cracked a smile

"Yeah it is, but now the day is done. So go to bed and sleep tight"

Kaiba tucked Ivy in and he leaned over and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

"Goodnight Daddy"

"Goodnight princess"
