The court was already in session. In the case Kaiba VS Pam, Mr. Stales and Ms. Penny were mostly doing all the talking revealing the evidence to the judge.

"Okay Ms. Penny you go first state your case"

The judge said, Ms. Penny nodded and stood up.

"Your honor from what my clients told me, their daughter Ivy has a history of going with strangers even rich folks for to get everything she wants. Three years passed and they finally found their daughter in the hands of Mr. Kaiba, he brainwash their daughter and she is pretending she doesn't know her parents all because of money"

The judge nodded and Ms. Penny sat down. Ivy's parents had a smirk on their faces, thinking they finally won the case.

"Mr. Stales your stand"

Mr. Stales stood up and nodded.

"Your honor, we have evidence and proof that my client Mr. Kaiba didn't kidnap their daughter but it was a plan of Mr and Mrs. Pam Exhibit A: A surveillance tape clearly shows a male and a female in the car with no license plate..."

Ms. Penny quickly stood up

"Objection, the tape doesn't show it was my clients that were planning this"

"I was getting to that Ms. Penny"

Ms. Penny sat down

"As I was saying it shows a women, leaving a black bag. We ran fingerprints, its shows it was Mr. Kaiba himself and his little brother. Plus it showed other finger prints but i would like for Mr and Mrs. Pam to get their fingerprints scan"

Mr and Mrs. Pam whispered to their lawyer, and Ms. Penny stood up.

"I'm sorry but my clients refuse to take the scan"

The judge stepped in.

"Why is that?"

"They said they never touched a bag and that its ridiculous because they weren't there"

"Then they would have nothing to worry about. I'm requesting for Mr and Mrs. Pam to take the scan, no excuses. Continue Mr. Stales"

"Exhibit B: A note was left inside the bag and we soon discovered it was Mr. Pam's hand writing given from his previous other writing he does. Our lab conclude it was a match. Finally, Exhibit C: The adoption papers are legal, therefore the child should be given to Mr. Kaiba"

The judge nodded and looked between the two counselors.

"Call your witness"

Ms. Penny stood up

"I call Mr. Kaiba to the stand"

Kaiba took the stand.

"Mr. Kaiba if you knew it was a missing child, why didn't you report it to the police?"

"I took her to the orphanage and they made the report"

"But then you adopted her, why"

"Because i know what its like, i was an orphanage myself and I wouldn't want Ivy to go through the same thing like me and my little brother did growing up"

"Did you brainwash Ivy for she can call you Daddy?"

"No I never forced her to, she did that on her own"

"No further questions"

Ms. Penny went to sit down and Kaiba went to take his seat. Mr. Stales stood up

"I call Mrs. Pam to the stand"

Mrs. Pam took the stand.

"Mrs. Pam do you love your daughter?"

"More than anything in the world"

"So you say, but during the time of your daughter was missing you and your husband were in Domino City for a while and then took off to Hawaii"

"That's not true"

"Your airline tickets says another thing"

Mrs. Pam bite her lower lip nervously.

"Why did you went to hawaii?"

"To find my daughter"

"You been in Hawaii for 3yrs, Hawaii isn't that big and why didn't you report to the police"

"We panic"

"For 3yrs?"

Mrs. Pam didn't say anything.

"I'm done with this witness"

Ms. Penny stood up

"I call Ivy Pam to the stand"

Ivy came in and saw Kaiba and smiled with a wave. Kaiba smiled and nodded.

"Ivy do you know your parents?"

"No"

"How did you know about Kaiba?"

"I didn't they found me, their my family"

"Do you like money Ivy?"

"No"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure because Daddy taught me that money comes and goes but family is what always stays together"

"Why did your Daddy took you to Hawaii?"

"It was for our vacation, because we been watching Lilo and Stitch. That's my favorite movie"

Ms. Penny nodded and took her seat, while Mr. Stales stood up.

"Hello there Ivy"

"Hello"

"Just for the record who is your daddy?"

Ivy pointed to Kaiba with a smile.

"Do you want to stay with him?"

"Yes"

"Why?"

"Because were family and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten no matter what happens. Whatever the judge decides, and if my daddy leaves then I will always remember him. Daddy chose me, blood or not he will always be my daddy and uncle Mokuba."

Judge nodded

"Okay Ivy you may step down. We will continue the trial tomorrow in the morning 9 o'clock"
