Marklin screamed, loud, pained, and distraught. "My Life Is A Joke!"

"You could be dead right now if it wasn't for the emerald." Shadow crossed his arms as he watched his fiance jump up and down in joy.

Jasper stood Marklin up from the ground. "Well the kids could have been, oh no." Jasper sighed.

"This is too many characters to keep up with." Amy groaned.

"Says the character that everyone forgot about in the last book." Shadow deadpanned.

"THE OLYMPICS ARE FINALLY HERE!" Sonic cheered. "WHERE'S MARIO!? I CAN'T WAIT TO BEAT HIM IN THE BIATHLON!"

"I'm going to find a way to GET-" Marklin tripped over something as he stormed away backwards.

"Hey!" Eggman yelled, looking over from a map of the Olympic grounds. Marklin stood quickly.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to I just- Aghhh!" The two robots he had just tripped over popped open from their travel mode, stretching and yawning.

"Oh dear, we seemed to have tripped that weird cat from book one." Orbot called.

"Yeah and he fell too!" Cubot added. Marklin stared at them.

"We are truly sorry we don't mean to get in the way sir-"

"Yeah we were only sitting there!" Cubot cut over Orbot, Orbot glared at him slightly.

"Both of you shut up." Eggman snapped.

"Hello, Doctor." Shadow said calmly. "Have you gotten lost again like last year?"

"I just got here!" Eggman yelled.

"Of course you did, where are your bags?" Chuck asked.

"Orbot! Cubot! You had one job!" Eggman yelled, he kicked them slightly.

"Way to go, Egghead. They just know you're bad direction skills." Sonic grinned to his enemy.

"We left the bags at the Egg mobile so that we could stream line the process." Orbot told, Eggman huffed.

"That's not the point!" Eggman yelled. The two bots backed up a small bit.

"Hey you can't treat them like that!" Marklin yelled, fluffing up a small bit. Shadow glanced to Marklin with a raised eyebrow, wondering where this would go. "They are just trying do what you ask of them, who cares how they do it!" Marklin added.

Sonic looked to Eggman. "I mean, he has a point- WAIT A SECOND! IS THAT YOSHI!?" And then he was gone with a gust of wind. Cass sighed and took over, she walked up To Marklin and put a hand of his shoulder.

"It's a lost cause, and it's not your problem." Cass told.

Shadow glared at the place where Sonic had been before sighing and looking to Marklin, arms crossed. "She's right. Eggman's always treated them like that."

"Isn't he the one related to us, and if he MADE them he can't abuse them-" Cass put a hand on Marklin face.

"They are not children." Cass told, Marklin pulled her hand away.

"They are children enough." Marklin hissed.

"We are not related! What are you talking about?" Eggman called.

"There's a chance that you are long distance relative it's not unheard of for humans and-" Orbot started to relay.

"Shut up you bag of bolts!" Eggman snapped, he kicked Orbot again.

"ALRIGHT!" Marklin picked up the two robots and walked away with them under his arms, no thought or care.

"MARK YOU CAN'T KEEP THEM WE HAVE ENOUGH!" Jasper yelled, following to try and reason with his husband.

"Marklin," Shadow rolled his eyes. "The doctor built them; you can't just take them away for your own reasons. They rightfully belong to him."

"There's no arguing when it come to, eh, 'children.'" Cass put a hand on Shadow's shoulder and sighed.

"They are not children; they are robots." Shadow blinked, slightly confused.

"THEY ARE MY ROBOTS!" Eggman went to chase, Cass grabbed his arm.

"Whoa there buddy are you really going to fight an emotional Mom and Pediatrician?" Cass asked.

"WhY nOt!?" Eggman squacked.

"Doctor, I think you are underestimating your opponent." Shadow said simply.

"Let go of my son!" Cass got a handbag to the back, Cass turned to the robot.

"Is this a joke?" Cass told, glaring at the machine.

"You hurt my son and made him have to give up everything and start anew! You can't just walk up and grab him while I'm around!" Mom bot retorted.

"I'm his very removed great grandmother." Cass told.

"Oh, well go ahead the ma'am. What did he do this time?" Mombot backed off.

"He treated his robots like he usually does." Shadow replied.

"Oh I know it looks like he doesn't care about the boys but he really does love them!" Mombot exclaimed.

"They aren't my children mom!" Eggman exploded. Suddenly Orbot and Cubot came rushing back.

"That crazy cat is loud!" Cubot told.

"Doctor Eggman we will gladly go get you bags now we are sorry for leaving them." Orbot said, the two continued away, the opposite direction they came. Jasper shuffled back holding Marklin in his arms, Marklin was fighting to get free.

Shadow looked to them, crossed his arms, and felt slightly sorry for Jasper. "Leave them be, Marklin. There's nothing you can do now."

"Erm, Shadow...." Shadow's ear twitched as he looked to Silver. The younger hedgehog awkwardly looked to the cat and otter before speaking again. "I'm, uh, sorry to interrupt... whatever this is, but they just called for all participating in the Olympics to find their dorms, so, uh, w-we might want to do that...?"

Shadow then noticed that they were the only ones left in the area. "Yes, we should make our way there now." he then looked to Marklin. "So please calm down, you're going to scare everyone."

"I'm going to-" Jasper clapped a hand over Marklin's mouth.

Shadow rolled his eyes and gently grabbed Silver's hand, walking to the dorms, expecting them to follow.
