The fun trio was the last to wake up. It was almost 10 in the morning but luckily, it was Saturday so they had no reason to be awake timely. "Those three have no intention of waking up?", Jaehwan asked with a chuckle as the others sat down at the table for breakfast. 

"Go wake them up or they're gonna be hungry.", said Minyoung to her son as she set up the table. "Why can't they sleep more? It's so peaceful this way.", Kyungsoo said making Chanyeol and Luhan chuckle at the statement. 

"Last night was pure havoc. I'm with Kyungsoo on this one.", Jaehwan raised his hand agreeing with the younger. "Just go wake them up for me please?", Chanyeol huffed but nodded nevertheless and stood up. 

"I'll help you.", Luhan offered as he followed the tall raven head to the bedroom. Chanyeol pushed open the door to his room. He stood with mouth agape as he took in the state of his room. 

"Hey, wha-- Woah!", Luhan's eyes went wide seeing the state of the room. "Did a few animals party here or something?", he scratched his nape looking at his friend's room. The pillows were scattered on the floor and ripped up packets of snacks. 

But what infuriated Chanyeol and Luhan were the three on the bed. Baekhyun was cuddling his pillow in the middle as Sehun had draped his legs over the blond and Jongin his arm around the petite doctor from the sides. The scene of the three cuddling was enough to make their blood boil. 

Luhan pulled Sehun plopping him on the floor while Chanyeol did the same to Jongin. Baekhyun cuddled further into his pillow while the dancer and the young CEO whined on the floor. "What the hell!", the brunet groaned as he sat up and rubbed his back. 

"I dreamt of falling into a pit but it actually hurts. I thought dreams don't hurt.", the tanned dancer groggily whispered and Chanyeol pulled him to sit up. "I pulled you down so, unfortunately, you did not fall into a pit in your dream.", he mocked him and the half-asleep Jongin nodded back, not really understanding a word. 

Chanyeol then moved to Baekhyun. "Hey wake up.", he patted his shoulder a little and Luhan scoffed. "Whipped much mister?", he crossed his arms over his chest with a smirk and the raven head stuck out his tongue. 

Baekhyun slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes. "Breakfast is downstairs, come soon.", Chanyeol uttered monotonously and the doctor gave a small slow nod. Chanyeol and Luhan went out of the room seeing that the three were awake. 

But no sooner, Baekhyun fell back closing his eyes for another round of sleep and Jongin and Sehun got back on the bed again and the three went back cuddling to dreamland. Ten minutes had passed and there was no sign of the three in the dining room.

"Are you sure you two woke them up?", Minyoung asked and got a nod from the duo. "Then where are they?", Chanyeol sighed and stood up. "I'll go check on them.", this time Kyungsoo volunteered and grabbed a pan and a ladle. 

He kicked open the door and the trio was asleep under the covers enjoying the warmth. Kyungsoo held up the pan before striking it loudly with the ladle. The trio opened their eyes within seconds and was trying to cover their ears with the blanket. 

Finally, he stopped seeing it was enough. "Breakfast is downstairs, come soon or I'll be back.", he uttered out, "Satan Soo.", Sehun whispered but it was audible enough for Kyungsoo to hear. He turned to glare at the brunet, "What did you say?", and Sehun put up his arms in defence as he shook his head as a no. Kyungsoo glanced at them one last time before leaving the trio. 

"He's so cruel, I wanna sleep more.", Sehun uttered and buried his face in Baekhyun's neck and the doctor did not mind since he was only half-awake. "Let's just get down before he comes back.", implied Jongin and the other two nodded before getting off the bed with heavy hearts. 

Sehun got Chanyeol's spare toothbrushes and the three groggily refreshed themselves. The trio trudged down the staircase and seeing them, Minyoung rushed over to Baekhyun. "Good morning sweetie! Slept well?", Baekhyun gave a slow nod as she pulled him to the table and the other two following suit. 

"I had a dream that Chanyeol pushed me down.", Jongin uttered as he bit into his sausage while Chanyeol glared at him. "Oh, me too. But Luhan pushed me down.", Sehun glanced at Luhan who glared back at him through his dirty blond locks. "What about you Baek?", the doctor who was enjoying his toast looked at Chanyeol as Minyoung asked with a chuckle. 

"Well I just recall being woken up with a loud voice.", Chanyeol chuckled at him as well as the others. "And it wasn't a dream, we did pull you both.", said the raven head earning a glare from the dancer and the other CEO. "Why would you do that?", Jongin voiced out annoyed at his friend, "My back still hurts from the fall, you know?", he glared at him. 

"I never thought Luhan would be strong enough to pull me down.", Sehun mocked the Chinese man who huffed. "How come you didn't pull him down?", Jongin voiced out feeling wronged and Sehun nodded as well. "Oh yeah, why didn't you?", it was Luhan who had a smug look on his face. 

"Well, I thought he would just wake up on his own.."

"Then why did you push us down?"

Everyone laughed at Chanyeol who was caught between Sehun and Jongin with burning eyes. "Oh, I wanted to ask.", Jongin looked at Baekhyun who gave him a nod, "Aren't you supposed to be at the hospital? You're a doctor right?", he asked not knowing the story behind it. Baekhyun dropping the toast on his plate paled pondering how to answer the question.

Chanyeol and Minyoung tried to come up with a reason but Sehun beat them to it, "We planned to go out and get some air.", he covered up the scandal and everyone seemed to have believed it. The petite doctor silently mumbled out a 'thanks' and Sehun shrugged. 

Breakfast was over and everyone prepared to get back home. "I got a cafe to open, I'll see you guys around.", waved Luhan as he walked over to his car. Jongin did not dare to look at Kyungsoo as he left since he knew that he would never be able to leave if he did. What could he do, he still was helplessly in love with the owl-eyed male. "We'll be leaving then.", said Sehun as he and Baekhyun waved to Minyoung from the brunet's car. Before he could drive off, Minyoung tapped Baekhyun's window. 

"You remember my proposal right?", Baekhyun gave a nod and promised to think well about her request. "You better get him back safe mister.", she said looking at her nephew who gave a nod and saluted at her, "Ay Ma'am! He's my responsibility.", he uttered and got smacked by Baekhyun. 

"I'm not your responsibility!"

The petite doctor waved at the lady and stole a glance of Chanyeol who stood behind his mother with his arms crossed over his chest and a blank look on his handsome face. Kyungsoo came up to him and waved at them. Sehun scoffed while Baekhyun gave a smile and waved back. 

"So where do you wanna go?", Sehun asked his glancing at the doctor beside him. "Just take me home, let's hang out later.", the brunet nodded. After a car ride filled with music and bickering, the duo finally reached Baekhyun's house. 

"Would you like a job?", Baekhyun kept down his cup of coffee and stared at Sehun narrowing his eyes. "A job?", he repeated and Sehun hummed with a nod. "What kind of job?", the brunet set down his coffee and cleared his throat. 

"I have two alternatives for you.", Baekhyun nodded listening. "One is you could become my assistant or two, you could be my full-time boyfriend.", Sehun laughed at his own statement while Baekhyun snickered at him pushing him away. 

"Asshole! I thought you were serious about giving me a job."

"Okay, I'll be serious just hear me out.", the brunet uttered and Baekhyun took a knife. "If you joke around, I'm stabbing you with this.", Sehun clutched his heart as if he was frightened before continuing. "You can become my assistant..", the doctor lifted the knife, "Or I can get you a job at Luhan's.", muttered out Sehun as he put up his arms in front of him.

"A job at a cafe? That sounds relaxing.", Baekhyun wondered only to earn a pout from Sehun. 

"What about being my assistant then?"

"No, being a personal assistant is hard!"

"I won't even give you too much work, please."

Baekhyun pat the elder's cheek, "I would like a job at Luhan's, thanks for the idea Hun.", Sehun only huffed at the younger who chuckled. The two discussed their interests and more as they enjoyed the warm cup of coffee. 

"Gotta get to my office, now.", Sehun stood up. 

"But it's the weekend."

"Not too much work, just a little remainder." 

"Meet you later?", Baekhyun nodded with a warm smile. 

"I'm gonna go over to Luhan's cafe and see if I could get a job there."

Sehun pouted, "Are you sure you don't wanna be my assistant?", the short doctor shook his head and pushed his friend out the door and waved him goodbye.

Luhan bowed at the customer who had entered before smiling at him once he recognized the blond head.

"Oh, hey Baek. You're here for a job right?"

Baekhyun narrowed his eyes in confusion. "But I didn't tell you anything. Did you read my mind?", the barista laughed at the doctor. "Sehun called me earlier that's how I know.", Baekhyun made an 'oh' with his lips and scratched his nape feeling a little awkward for guessing the weirdest cause.

"So do you have a vacant spot for me? I can do anything, I promise.", proposed the doctor and Luhan laughed nodding his head. "You can work inside the kitchen, for now, cleaning the dishes. It's the only spot I have available right now.", the Chinese male gave an awkward laugh but Baekhyun nodded happily settling with anything he was offered. 

"So when do I start?"

"Right away if you'd like.", Luhan gave a bright smile and Baekhyun smiled back before walking inside the kitchen ready for his new job. Taking off his jacket, he tied the apron around his waist and wore the net on his head. 

His smile faltered as soon as his eyes landed on the stack of dirty dishes. "I've cleaned up blood on people, this can't be any harder, right?", he sighed to himself but the job proved to be hard.

Plate after plate piled up into a stack. "Already down?", Luhan joked seeing the male slumped up in the break room. It had been three hours in his new job and Baekhyun was already down in the break room.

"I don't even wash dishes at my house, maybe just two or three but this...", he trailed off with a heavy sigh.

"Why do people order so much?", he groaned but the Chinese man laughed. "If they don't order so much, I'll have to live on the streets.", Baekhyun facepalmed at his question earlier. "I'll get back to working boss.", Luhan watched as the male walk back to the kitchen. Just then he received a text. 

From: Hunnie

Gave him one?

Luhan rolled his eyes at the text before typing in a yes. 

"He means that much to you?", he thought with a little pang in his heart. He could admit that he was a little jealous of Baekhyun and that was the reason he had given him the job of washing dishes instead of the position of a waiter. 

Baekhyun sighed looking at the clock. It was finally time for him to clock out and he could not be any more relieved. With a small smile, he took off his apron and put on his jacket. "Bye, Lu. See you tomorrow.", the Chinese man waved at the younger who waved back. 

Walking out, Baekhyun rubbed his palms together feeling the cold wind on his skin. Just then a car honked beside him and the doctor turned. "Called taxi service?", Sehun asked and Baekhyun laughed before shaking his head as he continued to walk with his hands stuffed in his pockets. 

"Aren't you gonna get in?", the brunet pouted and Baekhyun shook his head and shrugged, "I don't remember calling for taxi service.", he chuckled as Sehun groaned. "Get in, Baek.", the blond shook his head again and laughed walking much faster to tease his friend more. 

When Baekhyun turned around, the car was gone. A small sigh left his lips as he continued to walk alone. Just then two arms grabbed him from behind lifting him off the ground to settle him in the passenger seat of the familiar car. 

"Yah, Oh Sehun!"

"Yah, Byun Baekhyun!", Sehun retorted and Baekhyun crossed his arms. "Thought I left, didn't you?", the doctor could literally hear the smirk in his friend's voice and stuck out his tongue. "Home or date?", Sehun joked and the younger slapped the elder's arm before mumbling out 'home'.

But the duo was oblivious of the fuming Chinese man who watched them with eyes burning holes at the back of their heads. 

"So how was your first day?", said Sehun and got a hum as a reply. "Was it that boring? Luhan seems to enjoy it for some reason." the elder mumbled, eyes flickering momentarily between the road ahead and the doctor beside. 

"Well, it went good can't complain.", Baekhyun muttered out forcing a smile. "There's no good in your smile though. What's wrong? Is Luhan being mean to this little puppy?", the elder asked ruffling the blond head a little. "Nothing's wrong, I'm alright. It's new to me, I guess I'll get used to this soon.", he gave a small smile and Sehun nodded his head hoping the same. 

"You do know the offer for you to join as my secretary is still on the table right?", Baekhyun smacked his friend's arm causing the other to chuckle at that. 

"I'm never ever becoming your secretary, Oh."

"We'll see about that Byun."

Sehun gave a smirk making the other poke out his tongue.

Kyungsoo let the book fall out of his grasp and took off his glasses, a bored sigh leaving his lips. He had been home all day and he did not have much to do except helping Minyoung make dinner which was over pretty quick, thanks to him.

Currently, he had nothing to do and that was why he had opted for a book but it ended up boring him even further. Another sigh left his lips as he idly stared at the ceiling. Thoughts began filling his head. Thoughts from the chaotic dinner entered his head making him groan and roll over to his side. 

But a knock snapped him from his train of thoughts. He stood up to unlock the door to reveal the tall raven head. "Mom called for dinner.", he announced and the owl-eyed male nodded before following the raven head to the dining room. 

"So, Kyungsoo how are you liking it here?", said Jaehwan and the male gave an enthusiastic nod. "I feel a little bored sometimes but other than that I like it here Mr Park.", the eldest smiled at the honest answer. 

"Well, I guess you won't be so bored when you get a position at the hospital.", said Minyoung and Kyungsoo nodded. "Dad said they might tell me soon, I guess I have to wait.", he gave a light chuckle and the others nodded. 

After a sumptuous meal, the Park couple were chilling on the couch while Kyungsoo and Chanyeol had gone back to their respective rooms. Kyungsoo took up the book he had forsaken earlier and decided to get it over with somehow. 

Across his room, the tall raven head lay on the bed staring at his phone. His fingers twitched to touch the petite doctor's contact and call him just cause. "He's just a friend, you idiot. What are you even doing?", he reprimanded himself before switching off his phone and tossing it on the pillow. His round eyes wandered around the room and finally landed on the pile of games he had stacked up near the TV. Chanyeol slowly sat up and fetched his favourite from the pile.

Flipping the last page, Kyungsoo closed the book and sighed stretching his limbs. He tossed the book on the bed and took off his glasses. It was a little past midnight but he felt that the book was worth it. Just then he heard a knock on the door. He opened it to see Chanyeol with a controller in his hand. 

"Wanna play?", he said and the owl-eyed male nodded his head and they walked to his bedroom. "Why are you playing video games at this ungodly hour?", Kyungsoo said eyeing the paused game on the screen. "I couldn't sleep so I decided to play. And why are you still awake?", he retorted. 

"I was reading a book, it seemed pretty interesting so thought I'd finish it.", he shrugged and the taller nodded. "Well, if you aren't sleepy let's play.", Kyungsoo nodded. "And I figured this should keep you from being bored when you're home.", he gave a dimpled smile and a penguin-like male grinned back. "You can borrow some of them.", he smiled and Kyungsoo nodded. 

The two got to playing and did not spare the poor controllers. Chanyeol being the competitive person he was, showed no mercy to his controller as his fingers vigorously pressed the buttons. "Yes!", with a loud cheer he jumped up in victory. Kyungsoo stared at the screen before grumbling under his breath and tossing it away. 

"I often forget how you are when it comes to games.", the shorter male sighed and Chanyeol poked out his tongue. 

"Another game or movie?"

"A movie, I guess. I don't wanna lose to you again.", Chanyeol laughed at the other and began looking for the perfect movie. 

"Should we watch something horror or comedy?"

"How about My Annoying Brother?"

Kyungsoo nodded and Chanyeol as well before dimming the lights and turning up the volume as they settled on the bed. "Can I ask you something if you don't mind?", Kyungsoo said as the movie played in the background. Chanyeol nodded with his eyes still on the screen.

"Are you and that doctor an item? I heard you even went on dates with him."

Chanyeol turned to the other, eyes wide. Kyungsoo had heard it from Luhan that evening as they talked about high school and everything. He shook his head, "He's just my friend, that's it. And that night at the hotel was just a..", he hesitated to continue and took a breath. 

"..a drunken mistake. Nothing more, nothing less"

Kyungsoo gave a nod. "I don't know if you know this but I heard he got into a pretty bad scandal. Don't get tangled with someone like him.", he uttered and Chanyeol unconsciously clenched his fists. Kyungsoo unaware of that went back to watching the movie. 

"Can you leave? I wanna sleep.."

The owl-eyed male stared at the other but nonetheless nodded and left. 

'He's not a bad person, why does no one understand this?', Chanyeol fumed on his head before turning off the movie and burying his head in his pillow.

Chanyeol looks so much better T_T I missed him. Ugh, I can't wait for this movie. And did y'all watch Baekhyun's clip for Bambi... OMG dude looks hot and with that motorcycle, ugh so good <3

I procrastinate a lot but I'm having a little writer's block but fret not, I wrote out the climax stuff and everything for this book just gotta link them all together hehe
