"Shh, ya too loud."

"I'm not loud. It's the door."

"Shhhhhhh."

Niki had just arrived at the location sent to him by Heeseung.

It was a hospital, located in the next town over, which was closer than the ones by their house.

"How are they?", Niki asked.

"Doing good. Doctor said they're going to be keeping them for a while. So we're decorating the room to make it feel more like home for the babies."

"Looks like the sleepover got extended."

Niki sat down in a chair.

The room was rather large, the decorations were that of a toddlers room, and two hospital grade beds sat on one side of the room, containing their littles.

"Where are Stray Kids?", Niki asked.

"Downstairs. JYP is here."

"No shit?"

"Yeah, he got here fast. Also, has no one updated Sunoo on their condition?"

"I haven't. Why do you ask?"

"He hasn't stopped crying. He's really upset, he thinks they're dead."

Heeseung looked at the littles.

Sunghoon lightly held onto a blanket Jake brought from home, still sleeping.

Jeongin squirmed around a bit, hugging his penguin plush that he was gifted by Sunghoon almost a year ago.

"I'll go talk to him. You stay with them."

"Okay."

Heeseung got up, leaving the room.

Niki walked around, going to the littles.

"You two are a lot of trouble. But...I love you. You better wake up soon too because I need someone to rant to about my minecraft server."

Downstairs, Heeseung was consoling the still very upset Sunoo, along with Hyunjin, who decided to help.

"They're okay Sunoo. You don't need to be so upset.", Hyunjin said.

Sunoo looked up at him.

"Really?"

"He's right baby. And when they wake up, they'll love you just the same."

"They love me? Yay!"

Heeseung and Hyunjin looked at each other.

Sunoo smiled, jumping on Heeseung's lap.

"You love me?", he asked.

To say Heeseung was shook would be an understatement.

"I do baby."

"Yayyyy!"

Sunoo looked at Hyunjin.

"An I love you too! Hug?"

"Sure cutie pie."

Hyunjin hugged the new little.

"Here Hyunjin, hold Sunoo for me. I'll be right back."

Hyunjin gladly held the new baby. Sunoo pat  him on the face, earning a smile.

Heeseung went back out to the other waiting room area.

"Hey guys, came to check on you."

"Oh Heeseung, glad you're here. How are the babies?", Jay asked.

"Are they awake yet?", Chan asked nervously.

"Not yet. Still sleeping. Niki is watching them."

"Oh okay. That's fine...fine...", Seungmin said, sitting back down after pacing the room for thirty minutes.

"And Hyunjin has little Sunoo. The baby loves him."

Everyone stared at Heeseung.

"Baby? Sunoo?", Jungwon asked.

"Yes.", Heeseung said with a straight face.

"Move over I'm taking him home.", Changbin said, pushing past everyone.

"Not before I do!", Jay yelled, running after him.

Chan went to Heeseung.

"How are you? I know tonight has been anything but peaceful."

"I'm okay because they're okay. All I'm worried about is those men."

"Same here. Police found nothing."

Minho and Jisung came up next to them.

"What should we do? We can't just let things go back to normal after this if those men are out there.", Jisung said.

"Yeah, Sunghoon and Jeongin saw their faces, Sunoo too. And they probably know more about them.", Minho added

Chan checked his phone.

"I think we should keep them together, under strict supervision."

"With who?", Heeseung asked.

Chan stared at Heeseung.

Heeseung stared back.

"You want us...to keep them?"

"Hear me out Heeseung. My logic is this. So right now we can't separate those littles. They need each other to feel safe, that I do not doubt."

"Okay."

"My idea is that Jeongin feels happy with Sunghoon. He feels safe with him. We talked to our boss, and he agrees that we will need some time to get this situation squared away."

"So you want Enhypen to keep Jeongin?"

"For now. We are on a temporary hiatus. We will be able to come over and visit, but I feel it would be wrong to separate Jeongin from his friend."

Heeseung took a moment to think.

He was scared that they wouldn't be able to handle this. But, he also knew that Enhypen loved Jeongin as of he were their own menber.

"We can do it."

"Thank you so much. You guys take care of the littles. We will handle the investigation."

Heeseung agreed.

"This will be an interesting experience."

In the littles room, Niki was playing a mobile game when he heard something next to him.

"Riki!"

Niki looked over to see Sunghoon, just waking up and wiping his eyes.

"Well hi there sweetie. How do you feel?"

"I tired Riki."

"I know. Those mean men hurt my baby. But don't worry, you can sleep all you want."

"I sleep? But, I hungry."

"You are? Okay, I'll find you some food."

"Okay Riki. I love you!"

"I love you too Sunghoon."

Niki turned around, about to leave the room when Changbin walked in, carrying Sunoo.

"Hey Niki, where is the cafeteria? Sunoo us hungry."

"Downstairs by the front desk. And why are you carrying Sunoo?"

Sunoo got down.

"Riki!", he yelled.

He ran to Niki, hugging him.

"I love you Riki! Want eat wit me?"

Niki's eyes went to Changbin.

"As you can see, he's a baby. Anyways, keep him while I go get food."

"But hyung, Sunghoon is hungry too."

Changbin saw Sunghoon wave at him, and he waved back.

"That's a good sign. I'll get food for all of them."

Changbin left the room, and Niki was now in charge of all three babies.

"Riki, I play with toys?"

"Sure Sunoo."

Sunoo was going to a toy when he saw Sunghoon. He ran to his friend, hugging and peppering his face with kisses.

"Hi Hoonie!"

"Hi NieNie!"

Niki did a pause for his mental health before going over to them.

As he was walking over, a voice sounded across the room.

"Hi."

Niki turned around, confused.

It was only when he saw Little Jeongin looking at him, that his confusion went away.

"Well hi there tiny man. How do you feel?"

"No good."

"Not good. What's wrong baby? Does anything hurt?"

"Stomach."

Niki checked Jeongin's stomach by looking and touching around, asking where exactly it hurt.

As he was doing so, Changbin came back with the food.

"Hi Innie, glad you're awake little one."

"His stomach is hurting him Changbin. We should tell the doctor."

"I'll do it."

Changbin gave the food to the littles before going to find the doctor.

Sunghoon and Sunoo watched Niki trying to help Jeongin.

"Oh...", Sunghoon said.

"What wrong Hoonie?", Sunoo asked.

"It bad. Not good."

Sunghoon held his stomach, sitting up.

Niki watched him, and had just two seconds to react before suddenly...

"Riki, I threw up.", Sunghoon said.

Niki looked at the mess that was now on the floor.

"I see. Okay, no more food. Something is clearly wrong."

Niki moved Sunoo away from the beds.

"Oh shit...", he said, "Is that...blood?"

Sunoo went to where Niki was looking. Sunghoon had thrown up and it seemed to contain what looked like small pools of dark red.

Niki went to Sunghoon.

The little was shaking.

"Can you tell me what's happening baby?"

All he could do was whine as he held his stomach.

Jeongin turned over in his bed, hoping for some relief.

Changbin came back with the doctor, who saw the mess and rushed everyone from the room.

Niki, Little Sunoo, and Changbin waited outside.

"What's happening? Things were going well.", Niki asked.

"I don't know. But it'll be okay.", Changbin said.

They waited outside of the room, Niki sending Sunoo back downstairs to the others.

After a whole, the doctor came out, a disturbed look on her face.

"Are they okay?", Niki asked.

The doctor sighed.

"It appears to be worse than we thought. Their bodies are heavily rejecting what they were injected with, and it's making them sick."

"So...what does that mean?"

"We need to do something quick. Or elsem..."

The doctor quickly walked away.

Before she did, she took a look back into the room.

Niki and Changbin stood there, unable to go back inside.

"None of this is right...they should be okay now.", Niki said.

"Yeah, this whole situation seems off. I don't like it."

The doctor came back with a coworker, entering the room. Niki and Changbin sat outside, listening for something, anything.

After around twenty minutes, they heard something they'll never forget.

A piercing sound, a consistent beep that never seemed to stop.

It was as if Changbin's entire world came crashing down when the doctor exited the room, walking up to him.

She put a hand on his shoulder, and the other doctor led Niki away to speak to him privately.

"Sir...I don't know how to say this."

"Is he okay? Is our maknae okay? And Sunghoon?"

The doctor looked down.

Changbin could already tell what she was trying to say.

"We have assessed...that the damage done to them has exceeded our medicinal abilities."

Changbin didn't even look at her.

"How long...do they have?"

"At the most, one day."

"Hmm."

Chan was coming upstairs.

"Hey, how are things going?", he asked.

"They're not going to make it hyung."

Chan's smile dropped.

"What?"

Changbin went over to him, and was hugged tightly as the doctor explained to Chan.

Pretty soon, the members of both Enhypen and Stray Kids were all informed of the situation with their members.

Little Sunoo heard everything, the words repeating in his head over and over.

They're not going to make it.

And to him...

It was all his fault.

"Sunoo?"

Jay tapped him on the shoulder.

"Sunoo, you okay?"

Sunoo looked up at him, eyes filled with tears.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry..."

Without warning, he ran, running from everyone, from the hospital, to anywhere he could.

And he didn't stop.

Jay stood there in the waiting room.

Felix walked up next to him.

"Where did Sunoo go? We're all going up to the littles room to be with them."

Jay watched the front door.

He knew Sunoo all to well. He knew where he was going.

"Felix, if I'm not back before they...you know..."

"Yeah?"

"Tell them I love them. But I have to stop Sunoo from doing something stupid."
