"Each petal represents a different reason that I love you.", Hyunjin said.

He held up a sunflower, showing Felix.

"But they so many petals daddy!"

"I know. And there are so many ways that I love you."

Felix took the flower, looking over it.

It was a day out for Little Felix and his Caregivers.

Minho and Hyunjin loved to take their baby on days out together.

Minho came back to their table with three smoothies in a drink carrier.

"Okay. One with lemon and watermelon for Hyunjin. Another with peaches and cream for baby Lixie."

Minho placed their smoothies down.

"Thank you mama!", Felix yelled.

"You're welcome little peach."

Minho sat on the other side of Felix, next to the fence that separated each of the outdoor tables, and prevented small kids from running off.

In Felix's case, it's not like he was planning on running away anyhow.

"So what are we waiting here for?", Hyunjin asked Minho.

"A surprise. This smoothie shop has a special parade every weekend. I wanted Felix to see."

"I'm excited now too."

Minho smiled, leaning back in his seat.

In just a few minutes, a surprise for Felix would be arriving.

A woman emerged from the smoothie shop, waving a hand in the air.

"Patrons! Parents! Kids! We have a special surprise today for a very special person!"

Minho looked at Felix, who watched the woman intently.

"If you look to your left, you'll see it!"

Felix stood up, leaning over the table to see the surprise.

Coming around the corner of the shop, a small kitten, no bigger than the palm of Minho's hand.

Then another kitten.

And another.

Soon, around 12 kittens ranging in size and color appeared in front of the shop, along with a man Felix recognized as the employee at the animal shelter.

"Mama, why kitties? Kitties can drink smoothie?", Felix asked, holding up his drink.

"No baby, these kitties are here for you!", Minho said.

"Kitties for me?"

Minho nodded his head.

Hyunjin and Felix got up from the table.

The little stood in front of the kitties. Each one of them came up to him, walking in between his legs.

"Hihihihi! Daddy look! So many kitties!"

"And I love them all!", Hyunjin yelled, picking up a kitten.

"This one looks like you Felix.", Minho said, getting up from his seat and selecting an orange cat wearing a cardigan.

Felix sat down on the ground with the kitties.

Some other patrons were allowed to join them and select kittens of their own to take home and raise.

"Daddy, that kitty look like mama.", Felix said.

A black cat with a white spot on it's nose, wearing a black and white Gothic dress, nuzzled up to Hyunjin.

"It does. Adorable. Do you want this one princess?", Hyunjin asked.

"I get keep kitties?!", Felix asked.

"You can keep one kitty little peach.", Minho said.

"Why not keep all da kitties?"

"Because other people want them too."

Felix picked up a cat with brown and black fur, and green eyes.

"What this one name mama?"

"That one is Mocha. He's pretty isn't he?"

"Mocha? Like Uncle Puppy's drink?", the little asked, tilting his head.

"Yes. Just like Seungmin's coffee drink.", Minho laughed.

"I want this one mama!"

Hyunjin was in his own world beside Felix, holding a black cat with Grey eyes.

"And you can have him."

Felix hugged the kitty.

"Come on Hyunjin. Little Peach picked a kitty."

"Can we keep this one too Minho?"

Hyunjin stood up, holding his kitten.

"We can only keep one remember?"

"Oh...yeah."

Hyunjin pouted, putting the kitten back down.

Felix didn't like seeing his caregiver sad. So he was going to do something about it.

The little picked up Hyunjin's kitten.

"Can we take both mama? Please?"

"We can only have one baby."

"Please! I no want daddy to be sad."

Felix then used Minho's greatest weakness, the eyes.

He stared at Minho, making direct eye contact, and pouting while holding the kittens close to his face.

"Little Peach, I see what you're trying to do."

"It working mama?"

"It is. You are way to precious to say no too."

"So daddy keep his kitty? And I keep my kitty?"

Minho sighed, realizing how he could never say no to such a cute baby.

"Okay, but under one condition!"

"What that?"

"We can keep them, as long as Hyunjin agrees to lie and say I did my best to convince you two not to take both of them."

Felix turned to Hyunjin.

"Fine by me."

"Good! Let's sign the papers for these little fellas, and take them home."

Felix carried the cats to the worker, who gave Minho and Hyunjin papers to sign.

While they were signing, Felix put the kitties down.

He saw something in the street next to them.

"Oh! Kitty! Kitty what doing in street!"

Felix walked off, stepping into the street to catch the kitten.

Minho finished signing his paper.

"Hey, where's Felix?", he asked Hyunjin.

"He's right b- Felix get out of the way!", Hyunjin yelled.

Minho turned around as a car was coming towards Felix.

Hyunjin ran past everyone, making it to the street just in time to grab Felix and pull him back to the sidewalk as the car passed them.

Minho ran up to the pair.

"Are either of you hurt?", he asked.

"No, we're fine.", Hyunjin breathed out.

"Felix, what were you thinking?", Minho asked.

The little was staring at the road.

In the middle of it, the tiny kitten Felix had tried to save, but couldn't grab in time.

"Oh...sweetie, I'm so sorry.", Hyunjin said.

Felix's bottom lip began to shake, and Hyunjin felt his heart shatter as the little began to cry.

Quickly, Minho picked him up, hugging him.

"It's okay baby. It's okay. The kitty is in a better place now.", Minho said.

"We still have our kitties princess.", Hyunjin told Felix.

The little looked up from Minho's shoulder.

He held his arms out to Hyunjin, who gladly took him from Minho.

Minho picked up their kittens, showing them to Felix.

"See? Mocha and this one are here."

Felix wiped his eyes.

"That kitty name is ChaCha."

"ChaCha?", Hyunjin asked.

"I name kitty after Uncle ChaCha!"

"Oh Chan is going to love this.", Minho said smiling.

"How about we go home. If you want, we can put out an extra pet bowl on the front porch in honor of that poor kitten.", Hyunjin said.

"Okay daddy."

Hyunjin gave Felix a kiss on the cheek. Minho did the same.

"So can we agree to not tell Chan that Felix almost got hit by a car?", Hyunjin asked.

"I was going to lie anyways."
