Three days had passed since the debate regarding the true relationship between Jisung and Hyunjin went viral over the internet.

It was the worst thing Jisung had seen in his life.

"I don't know what else to do hyung!", Jisung told Chan.

"Me either. Even JYP said this is out of his hands. He's not trying to defend Hyunjin."

"How can I make things right?"

"Go over there."

Jisung turned around to see Seungmin.

"What?"

"Go to where Hyunjin is. Apologize. Sincerely. Then, both of you go on live, and make statements regarding thw situation so this can all go back to normal."

Jisung looked at Chan. Chan seemed to agree.

"Not a bad idea Seungmin."

"I know, I'm smart."

"Nevermind."

After a quick laugh, Jisung decided to head over there and settle this right now.

He needed to if he wanted to save their friendship.

"Hyunjin, come on, eat something.", Mingi said.

"No hungry."

"Baby I know you are. Come on."

"No."

Mingi sighed. The past two days has been a struggle in the Ateez household.

Hyunjin hasn't been himself at all, and since yesterday he hasn't wanted to eat. Mingi didn't know how to fix this.

"Hyunjin, talk to me. Why don't you want to eat?"

The little just sadly pouted, staring at the floor.

"Baby if this is about what those people are saying...please don't let it get to you."

"They no like me."

"Because they're stupid. They don't know what they're talking about. We know it isn't true Hyunjin. So why should we care?"

"Cause nobody gonna want be friend with Hyunnie. Then, they all be mad, and leave Hyunnie. And I have no friend."

"You have me. I'll never leave you baby. I love you."

"You only one who love me Mingi."

Hyunjin hugged Mingi, who was honestly shocked to hear that statement.

"Mingi, no leave me please. I have no reason for stay here if you do."

Mingi nodded, understanding what he meant by that.

"I won't."

A knock came on the front door, and Seonghwa speed ran to it, thinking it was his Uber Eats order.

"Oh, it's you.", he said when he saw Han.

"Yeah nice to see you too toothless.", Jisung responded, coming inside.

"Hongjoong I'll kill him."

"Seonghwa no."

Jisung saw Hyunjin and Mingi at the table.

The other Ateez members watched.

"Look. Hyunjin, I am so sorry. I did things I shouldn't have. I took my anger out on you. I made faceless accusations and took them as gospel. You didn't deserve that. You don't ."

Hyunjin was being held by Mingi.

"I want to clear things up with fans, with you, and with Ateez. Please Hyunjin. Let's tell these people what's the truth."

Hyunjin wanted to agree. But before he could say anything, a notification stretched across all Ateez members phones.

"Ah, from KQ.", Jongho said, opening the email.

"This message is directed at Song Mingi, but as Ateez always knows each others business, I might as well add the rest of you to this email.", Yeosang read.

"Okay so this is definitely from our mmanager.", San stated.

"Mingi, I am writing this email to notify you of a meeting I just exited with KQ Officials. They are aware of the accusations against Hwang Hyunjin, and of your relationship with him. They ask that in order to keep KQ from being involved in any scandals (aside from Woosan) that you end your relationship with him effective immediately."

The entire room was silent.

Mingi turned to Hyunjin, who unsurprisingly, started to cry.

"Baby don't be upset. I can talk to them.", Mingi said.

"You said you no leave me!"

"Baby I-"

Hyunjin got up, running past Jisung and out of the house.

Mingi stood up to go after him, but was stopped by Jisung.

"I'll go."

"You better get him. Because I'm this close to ending up with a criminal record."

Jisung ran after Hyunjin.

He had no idea where he was going, but tried his best to go where he thinks Hyunjin ran.

The little himself was at a point he never expected to reach in his life. He felt like everyone hated him. Like no one wanted him. His boyfriend had to leave him and his closest friend was truthfully the reason why.

It was too much for a little mind to handle, and much worse for an adult.

"Hyunjin!", Jisung yelled.

Hyunjin ignored that Jisung caught up with him, and sped around a corner.

He realized his mistake however, when he bumped into a taller man.

"Oh, sorry sir."

"Yah, watch where you're going pretty boy."

"I'm sorry."

"You think you can just run into people and not look. Where you in such a rush to go? Huh?"

"N-nowhere."

"N-nowhere. Look at you. Stuttering. You scared little boy?"

Hyunjin found himself shaking in his spot.

"Look at him! He is!"

The man pushed him down, causing the little to hit his head on the sidewalk.

"Ow!"

"Heh, can't even handle a small fall."

"Hey asshole!", someone yelled.

The man looked up only to be met with a baseball bat directly to his face.

He was knocked down, and Jisung stood over him.

"Touch him again and I bash your top in okay?"

The man and his friends ran.

Jisung thanked the teenager he borrowed the bat from before helping Hyunjin up.

"You okay Hyunjin?"

The now adult Hyunjin tightly hugged Jisung.

"Thank you. So much."

"You're welcome. I would do anything for you."

"Jisung...I'm sorry. I can overreact sometimes."

"No its not you. Yeah we both have our issues but this friendship...it's too string to break it now."

"So, how do we fix it?"

"Come with me. We have to have a talk with stays."

Hyunjin and Jisung had been on live for around an hour, clearing the air with fans and others.

They were at the Ateez house, so the members made cameos. It was mostly Yeosang, who people kept saying was so cute and they wanted to keep him in their pockets.

Hyunjin was still a bit nervous around the audience, and rarely looked at the camera.

Jisung knew it would take a while for Hyunjin to trust the people online again, so he didn't mind it.

"If you guys really like each other, kiss.", Jisung read.

They looked at one another before quickly pecking each other on the lips.

Mingi had been watching, and felt such deep betrayal that he dramatically fell off the couch.

"Hyunjin, how could you do this to me...", he said with fake tears.

"I can give you more than a kiss later."

"Okay livestream is over kids.", Jisung said, "Goodbye. Don't tell your parents what Hyunjin just said."
