Being a single dad is hard.

For Han Jisung, he became a single father just a few months ago, when he found out the person he thought he would spend the rest of his life with, left him and their sons.

Right now, Jisung was at the park.

His oldest son at just two and half years old, Felix, was playing with other kids.

His youngest son, Seungmin, who was just six months old, was happily being cradled in Jisung's arms.

"You look like your mom.", Jisung said.

The baby laughed.

"I know. Hilarious."

Felix toddler waddled over to his dad.

"Appa! I have juice?"

"Here."

Jisung handed his boy a juice box, and the tiny kid waddled back to the playground.

It was a cool day outside, with the wind making it even more entertaining to be outdoors.

"Hey, is this seat taken?"

Jisung looked up.

A rather handsome man stood there.

"No. Feel comfortable to sit."

The man sat down.

Baby Seungmin started to whine. Jisung smiled, grabbing a bottle for the baby and starting to feed him.

"He's adorable.", the man said.

"Thank you."

"What's his name?"

"Seungmin. And that tiny kid wearing the paw patrol crocs on the slide is my other son, Felix."

"Cute."

Jisung smiled at the man.

"What's your name?", Jisung asked.

"Oh, I'm sorry for not telling you. My name is Mingyu. I own the Cafe down the road."

"Oh wow, you must be like...super rich."

"Heh, no. Not super rich. I'm just making it in these trying times."

"I'm trying to make it too. I hate having to borrow money from people. But I have two kids and I've been struggling to find a job."

"Well if you need a job, I'm looking for more employees."

"Really? Would you give me a job?"

"I could. And don't worry about a babysitter. We have a kids area."

"Thank you so much sir! It's a good coincidence I ran into you."

"Hehe, it is I guess."

A little boy ran up to Mingyu.

"Uncle Mingyu! Kwanie bit me!"

"And why did he bite you Hoshi?"

"Because he said I look like marshmallow."

Jisung was laughing the entire time.

"Well you're not a marshmallow. You're just squishy. And I love it!"

Mingyu squished the boys cheeks.

Hoshi pouted, running back to the playground.

"Babysitting?", Jisung asked.

"Yeah, my friend is the manager of my Cafe. Hoshi and Seungkwan are his boys."

"Adorable."

"Is it my turn to ask what your name is?"

"Jisung."

"It suits you."

Jisung blushed a bit.

"Thank you...hehe."

The two sat in silence for a while.

"When should I come into the cafe?", Jisung asked.

"Is tomorrow good? I just want to talk a bit more in a professional setting. And also let you get a vibe of the place."

"Sounds good."

Baby Seungmin was making noises, waving his hands around.

"You like that idea too huh baby?"

The tiny boy managed to grab the blanket that was swaddling him, pulling on it.

"I see you do."

Jisung didn't notice Mingyu watching him.

Mingyu found Jisung cute. He didn't know if it was the setting, or the way he obviously cared so much for his sons, but he liked what he saw.

Pretty soon, Jisung checked his phone, sighing before looking at the playground.

"Felix! Time to go baby!"

The boy came running from the playground.

"Appa, I take stick home?"

"Of course you can. We can add it to your collection."

Felix had a collection of sticks at home from everytime they visited the park.

"See you at the cafe.", Jisung said, picking up his bag.

"See you.", Mingyu replied.

Jisung smiled at him, walking away.

Mingyu watched him, smiling to himself.

"Wow...he's cute."

The next morning, Jisung walked through the doors of the Cafe known as "Blue Heaven", owned by the man he met at the park.

Felix was wearing a set of red overalls and a yellow t-shirt because he said he wanted to look like Winnie The Pooh.

Of course, Seungmin was matching him.

The server noticed the family.

"Hello! Welcome to Blue Heaven, where you'll fall in love with more than just our drinks. My name is Joshua, how may I help you?"

"Hi, I'm Jisung. I'm supposed to meet Mingyu."

"Ah, the famous Jisung. I've been told about you."

"You have?"

"Oh yes. Mingyu hasn't stopped talking about you since yesterday. I think he like-"

"Move aside.", Mingyu said, pushing Joshua back as he walked up.

"Rude.", Joshua said.

"Hi, Jisung. Come to my office."

Jisung followed Mingyu to the small office at the back of the Cafe.

Seungcheol, the manager, and dad of Hoshi and Seungkwan, walked up to the counter.

"5000₩ says they end up together."

"Double or nothing?"

"Deal."

In the office, Felix was examining one of the books on the shelf.

Jisung was making sure Seungmin was sitting comfortably on his lap.

"So, welcome.", Mingyu said.

"Thank you for letting me come here."

"Of course. I'm always willing to help. Now, let's get to business. When are you available?"

"Any day. Any time. As long as I have a place to bring my kids."

"Good. Good. And of course we have the kids area. How soon can you start?"

"Monday? Maybe."

"Sounds good to me. Any experience?"

"Before Felix was born, I was a server at my colleges coffee spot."

"Great. Qualified and cute."

Jisung shyly laughed.

"You don't mind me saying that do you? If you're uncomfortable with me flirting, you can tell me."

"Oh no, it's fine. I don't mind it."

"Good."

Mingyu walked around his desk, leaning on it, standing in front of Jisung.

"Because I plan on having you as more than just an employee."

"What do you plan on having me as then?"

Mingyu bent down to Jisung's level.

"I plan on making you mine."

He stood up, walking to the door.

"Come on, let me teach you how to make the food."

He faced Jisung.

"Even though you're a pretty good looking snack yourself."

"That one made me laugh."

"I've been practicing. Thank you for appreciating my efforts."
