There have been months of trying to find her, but they have come up with nothing. Her mother and her siblings have called for global help to find the now 26-year-old genius. If you have seen Shantae Meeks, please call your police department so they can let the family know. The fourth installation of Dakota and the Merchant Prince has garnered over 1.5 billion reads and sales since the author went missing after its release. The critics have named it the best one from the series. Netflix released two movies and a series based on the franchise. Many of the fans hoped that Shantae could've relished in her success. Her publishers and team haven't spoken out about her or any information since her fourth book release, which caused an uproar with fans as one states:

"Her publishers and team aren't shit. How are you going to release her book and don't tell us any updates about the person putting money in their bank accounts.  I really hope her family sues them for her money." One user said via X
