Shantae celebrated all night in her room as she danced with Thalia, who reluctantly joined with a small smile on her face. The low music playing from her phone as they dance. Shantae twerked as Thalia looked appalled as she watched. She turned around holding up their arms as they cheered. She was going to change everything about the king's landing and fund it herself. She didn't need their money. She was happy that Blood Raven was helping her along the way. Their cheers could be heard inside, making the newly assigned guard by Rhaenyra, Erryk Cargyll, try not to pay attention to the noise from the room.

Shantae fell on her bed as Thalia stood looking over her.

"My lady, I have never done that before." Thalia breathes out.

"In my Country, it free to express yourself." Shantae responded before They had whispered good night and Thalia left. Shantae got up to make drawings of her ideas. She made drawings of the first toilet, Apartments, showers, a new garden for the smallfolk, taking after water gardens of Dorne. Going after how it was showed on the Game of Thrones show. She started drawing a new sewage system and a new orphanage and playground for the kids. Shantae stayed up after the time of the wolf before setting her alarm on her phone before falling asleep. 

The next Morning, she had awakened by her alarm. She made up her bed, which always took the amount of work off of Thalia. Thalia always made sure to have a tub and basin ready for her. She wasn't going to not have Blood Raven grab her things without her hygiene things. Using the basin to brush her teeth and wash her face. She took a bath, getting out before Thalia came in.

"Good morn My Lady" Thalia greeted.

"Good Morn, how did you sleep?" Shantae greeted back.

"It was okay." Thalia said as she brought out the outfit Shantae had planned on wearing.

"That's good. Are there a steam stress that can make my small clothes." Shantae asked.

"Yes, my lady, I can ask the royal Stream tress to come in the noon." Thalia responded as she helps her mistress get dressed. Thalia still felt like she was hiding but it was better than any of the other stuck-up ladies. She enjoyed her spirit as she did her hair, twisting her neat braids into a beautiful hairstyle. Erryk had knock on the door once Rhaenyra came to take Shantae to the council room. Once she opens the door, Rhaenyra smiled as she saw her. Shantae looked so beautiful in her eyes. Shantae walked out with the folder that held her designs from last night. They walk away leaving Thalia and Ser Erryk.

"What is in the folder?" Rhaenyra asked. Shantae rested her hands in front of her as Rhae held her hand on her stomach.

"A few designs. That would further King's Landing." Shantae answered.

"From your world." Rhae whispered causing her to nod. Rhae wanted to see them so bad but knew she'll have to wait. They nodded to nobleman and servants as they walked to the council room. Walking in, causing the men to look at the beauty beside the princess. 

"Hello lords and King." Shantae greeted as she walked with Rhaenyra, helping her in her seat before sitting down.

"Welcome Lady Shantae, please meet the council. My lord hand Lyonel strong, My grand Maester Mellos, My master of coin Lyman Beesbury and My Master of ships Tyland Lannister and My Lord Commander Harrold Westerling. and you know Rhaenyra." King Viserys told her.

"It's wonderful to meet you, My lords." Shantae nodded crossing her legs underneath the table. 

"Well let's begin." Viserys called out.

"There as been less crime since the actions of the Lady Shantae." Lord commander Harrold Westerling called out.

" The smallfolk has told that she is the blessings from the mother." Tyland Lannister looked at her with greedy eyes.

"Starting this will upset the Septon, who has spent work in the Flea Bottom." Mellos pointed out.

"We have been throwing away food, while our people starve. What has the Septon done? If they were doing something, crime wouldn't be the way it is." Rhaenyra stated. The heir was starting to speak out more.

"Lady Shantae, what do you have to say to this?" The king questioned her.

"I think that the small folk should be more important than anything else. They need us, we're supposed to protect them. I have created these that we have used in my country to help push yours into the future." Shantae told them, opening her folder passing out the designs to the lords.

"Oh gods." Lyman said in awe as they looked at the designs.

"What do you call this building?" Tyland asked.

"Apartments, it's a building that has multiple houses in one building. We'll need the best builders to get it done." Shantae replied back.

"And this chamber pot? Lord Hand questioned.

"We call this a toilet. It is connected to the sewage pipes. Every time you flush it disappeared to the sewage. We'll need to find a place to take the sewage after it is filled. An underground water system would bring fresh water for the showers." Shantae explained. The lords nodded as Viserys and Rhaenyra smiled.

"Flea Bottom gardens?" Lyman wondered.

"A garden for the people, plants a pond for the children to play in." Shantae stated.

"More Orphanages, like we don't have one full enough. A way for the whores to fill up another way." Tyland rolled his eyes.

"Like you lords don't tribute to that." both Rhae and Shantae rolled their eyes.

"I want to do these." Viserys says to them.

"My king, how does the crown suppose pay for all of this?" Lyman wondered.

"I will pay for it. This is my investment in King's landing and our lovely king." Shantae stated with a smile to Viserys.

"And where do you have the money to do this?" Tyland smirks.

"From my House. That's were. " Shantae told him as Rhae tried not to laugh at Tyland's face.

"Are there any other ideas that you have?" Viserys asked her.

"The first Westeros bank for right. But let's do these things first your grace." Shantae says with a smile.

"A Bank My lady?" Mellos questioned.

"The first Westeros bank. For both small folk and Nobles. It would be a lot of help for Westeros in the near future." Shantae explained.

Tyland scoffs as he looked over at the Master of Laws Jasper Wylde before saying," And where would this bank be?"

"Well, I was hoping in between where the markets and the Red Keep is." Shantae remarked starting to hate the blonde lion, that she wanted to punch in his big head. 

"That would seem like a good place my lady but How will we keep it protected." Beesbury asked.

"Well, I'm sure Ser Harwin could come up with a guard to guard it. But we'll come to that when we finish everything else." Shantae told the men as her and Rhaenyra shared a look. 

"Well, Lady Shantae, meet with Lord Beesbury and come up with the cost. If you need any help I give permission as king to give you the funds for Help." Viserys told her.

"Thank you, your Grace." Shantae nodded before Viserys announce that the meeting was adjourned. She and Rhaenyra walked out arm and arm going back to her room. 

"Those were brilliant ideas, Shantae." Rhae told her.

"Anything to help out, But Rhae I need you to do something." Shantae asked.

"What is it?" Rhae asked.

"I need you and the queen to have a sit down. You need to air out everything. If we are going too be united, we need to let her know everything as well." Shantae explained.

"How can you be sure she won't use it against us?" Rhaenyra called out.

"I don't know but We need to be united. Viserys is getting worse." Shantae replied, Rhae looked at her, her expression sad but understanding.

"Can you try and help him? I will try with Alicent, if you save Viserys." Rhaenyra stated.

"And If I can't" Shantae asked.

"I'll still do it. Because you asked it of me." Rhaenyra replied.

"Okay, I'll try." Shantae nodded before they carried on walking to her room where Thalia and her maids had set up her stuff for the next lesson. They walked in Rhaenyra's room with Laenor, who this time didn't have Ser Quarl. Lucerys and Jacarys sat in front of him as the Hightower siblings sat across from them. What greeted them was the one that they were just talking about. Alicent Hightower. 

"My Queen, we miss you at the council meeting." Rhaenyra said to Alicent.

"Right, sorry I had to do something." Alicent stated. She had just met with Larys to see if he could find out more Lady Shantae, but he couldn't. After the first lesson, that's all that was on the Hightower siblings mind of how the small folk could dictate, who could be the king of the seven kingdoms. She didn't like that at all. Laenor help Rhaenyra sit down as Shantae started the new lesson.

"And Now I will teach you about the three branches of government...." Shantae started before it clicked to end credit.
