1 year later

Jay's POV

I can't believe it's been a year already. Nobody still doesn't know I'm a girl which is good but I am also sad because Jack dies or more accurately goes to Davy Jones Locker who I'm sure will recognize me as a female.

I sighed out as I woke up from a nightmare of him with Angelica. I sigh out again as I go to the rum room.

"If this was a dream it would have rum" I bit my lip and quickly hid

I heard the whole conversation which scared me. I ran up to the sails and got started.

I busied myself with work around the ship and withheld tears.

"Jay! Do you know why the captains acting stranger than ever?"

"No" I said a little to quickly as we set sail to an island. Somehow I ended tied up to a tree.

"Looks like your in a jiffy" I glared at Jack as I took out my daggers and cut myself free

"I'm fine Capitan" I muttered trying to walk but he pushed me to the tree covering my mouth with his hand. I pull my knife to his neck

"Okay geez" he muttered looking at me strangely. I glared back menacingly and we continued walking in the forest

"The cannibals" I muttered annoyed as we got captured. I was once again tied down with my hands behind my back.

Will finally gets here and sets us free and we are waiting for Jack

"Time to leave" he says as he sees the tribe after Jack.

"Capitan I swear you have the damnedest of luck" I swore

"You've been working on your cursing"

"Yeah, I don't think I should be cursing a lot right now" I stated going away quickly

If I was going to save myself from hurt then the most important thing is to not fall for him.

And you can't fall her a person if you don't see them.

Will's POV

Jay has been ignoring Jack for the last couple of days.

I try to get one on one with Jay and I succeeded in the rum room

"I know"

"Know what?" Jay asked nervously

"Elizabeth and the Governor didn't tell me but I noticed how you reacted around men and females"

"So? I could be gay" she stated trying not to panic. Smart response but not smart enough

"But then I saw the way Elizabeth treated you like a female sister and you kissed her cheek like a female would do to a lady friend. I realized you were a female yourself" there was silence overall with Jay's stuttering

"What makes you think I'm a girl!?" She shouted

"I know because Barbossa knew it too and threaten you somehow to be behaved and you threaten to kill him before the threat"

"Tha-That's ridiculous!"

"You think I didn't hear the threat? 'And do what laddie? Or is it lassie' I was confused but now I understand"

"This is harassment" Jay mutters as she tried to punch me but I catch her fist and not let go until she sighs grimly in defeat.

"Be careful with your moves Jay. Being a girl surrounded by all these men pirates is dangerous"

"I know" she whispers

"Yet you still do it. What do you hope to accomplish?" I ask

Silence

"To save a lot of people's lives" she says about leaving to get to work.

"Your in love with someone on this ship" she looked at me trying not to cry and ran towards the sails

The gesture didn't go unnoticed.

"What happened to er Jay?" Rigger asks

"He fell in love" was all I stated before I got to work
