Ok I might not do it in random order....

In Hunamura

Genji would wake up hungover most of the time that was if he got up on his own, most of the time he was woken up by retr0 or Hanzo ripping his blanket off, after being woken up he would go downstairs for breakfast and after he ate he would go in his room and try to get rid of his hangover or he would think, but he would go shower and change and would leave with his siblings to the arcade.

Now

Knowing his robotic body he would get and sit on the edge of the bed, and would try and wake himself up, he would meditate to balance his mind and to find peace, plus thats what zenyatta told him to do every morning, after meditation he would go to his kitchen to make some tea, he was able to take his face mask off. He would still have flashbacks to when he got killed and he could remember seeing retr0 run away before he closed his eyes to await death, but thankfully he didn't die but he still feels bad about his new body even though he still has his green hair and his face and all that those scares on his face still beat him up mentally, he would break himself out of thought before he went to having a breakdown...trust me it's happened before, so he would text Hanzo in the morning or retr0 texting them something funny like Genji used to when they were kids, he was only different on the outside, he was still happy and bubbly on the inside.
