Part 2:
Her P.o.V
The only sound in the house that was able to be heard was the sound of the glass, shattering into thousands of pieces.
Everything went quiet.
The wind once more pulled on the curtains, creating a shuffling and slightly howling sound.
A dark figure was sitting in my chair. A fedora pulled deep into its face. This person appeared tall, too tall to be human. The figure wore a black trench coat, black trousers, and black boots. The only colorful on its appearance was the red tie, which hangs loosely around its neck.
That was obviously a male.
I backed away, accidentally tripping on the glass shards.
They cut through my thin socks and sank deep into my skin.
I yelped in pain but instantly locked my eyes back on the creature in my chair. The shoulders of him shook slightly,
he seemed to chuckle by my actions: “My, my, darling. I mean, I know, that I'm stunning, but there is absolutely no reason to burst out like this.”
He was obviously entertained by my clumsiness and the following pain.
His voice was deep and raspy and he sure sounded familiar to me. I gulped. “W-who are you? A-and why are you in my house?”
A wave of relieve went through my body, as I was finally able to mouth a few sentences.
On the other hand, I was very terrified, what he now also knew, because of my stuttering.
He chuckled again.
“Aww, darling. We just met about an hour before and you're already forgetting me? I'm disappointed.” he said in a mockingly sad voice.
He raised his head to reveal his mouth and smirked, showing me his razor-sharp teeth.
My eyes widened in fear.
These fangs are not human.
And this smirk.
Suddenly a thought, a single picture, shot through my mind.
I recognized this smile of him, which was stuck to my mind at the moment I saw it the first time.
And now I knew for sure what made me feel so uncomfortable thinking about it. The rest of his face though was still covered by dark shadows, caused by the hat he wore.
Just like then.
“I-i remember you!” I shouted, still stuttering.
His grin widened as he spoke:
“You see? No reason to be afraid, love~” I chuckled. “O-oh. But this doesn't mean though, that a 'still-stranger' from the park is allowed to sit in my living room randomly at midnight!”
I smiled innocently.
This guy was giving me the creeps!
I scanned the wall of the hallway behind me next to the door frame I stood in for a weapon to use, if necessary.
I got a hold of a nearby umbrella.
“You're right, love. That's not very gentleman like. I apologize. So...let me introduce myself.”
He rose up from the chair and walked closer to me.
I grabbed the umbrella tightly, but he stopped in a safe distance and looked fully up to face me.
My heart beat increased, as I took his complete features in.
Or should I say...no features?
He had a completely blank face, only with his mouth being visible.
Once more I backed away but got greeted by a cold wall behind me.
He took a deep breath in and out.
“I can smell your fear. I can feel it in every part of your body. How sweet and appetizing.”
He took one more step and licked his lips. I pressed further against the wall.
If he steps one step closer, I will smack my umbrella on his head.
He laughed a bit: “You're so helpless, so frightened...so innocent. So....seductive”
He cooed the last word barely audible. Once more he stepped closer and bend a bit to take my hand in his and kiss it lightly. “I'm Offenderman. It's a pleasure to meet yo-”
I spank my umbrella on his head and pulled my hand away.
Offenderman seemed frozen in place, but soon he stood up straight again to look at me.
At first, his smile was the same as before, but in a bit of a second, it turned to an angered frown. Shit.
I ran as fast, as my injured foot allowed me to, up the stairs and locked myself in my bedroom.
