Guns began to blast, rockets began to fire, and beams of lightning and energy fired from Macy's blaster. Aliens were either injured or not at all. They couldn't be stopped.

The Slashers all spun around like deadly tornadoes and actually began to cut soldiers in two or saw off their limbs in seconds. Some just began stabbing repeatedly.

The Smashers kept doing what they did best. Smashing useless nothings into the ground. With no effort, they threw tanks and jeeps aside while beating soldiers to literal death.

The Shooters were becoming a colorful rainbow of death. Beam after beam after beam, and each one barely kissed a solider. It would either knock them back or kill them.

Nova knew they had to retreat, and the general did as well, so the soldiers that remained quickly tried to retreat sand save as many civilians as possible, but then the general was stabbed...by a RED Slasher.

Talon, who was hiding at the back of a tank, and still trying to process what he had done saw this. Not only was HE the reason such a peaceful planet was going to meet its end, but now he just witnessed the supposed leader of its only defenders DIE. He had to help!! Even if they killed him!

Nova screamed out before shooting at the Red Slasher, but it laughed and dodged, running at Nova before Macy showed up and blasted him INTO an apartment building. Thankfully, the moment the aliens showed up, everyone was evacuated...they hoped.

Macy and Nova went back to back, finding themselves surrounded by Smashers, Slashers, and Shooters alike. What were they going to do?

But then, Talon finally leapt in and onto the ground, unleashing his purple blades.

The Shades gasped. "THE TRAITOR!"

Talon growled before spinning around into a tornado of purple blades and slashing at his fellow Shade, hurting them, but not killing them. Once he stopped, he looked at Nova and Macy...before seeing Nova point a gun to his face.

"EXPLAIN, YOU SPACE CAT NAZI!!!!" Nova screamed.

"I-I...uhh, come in peace?" Talon asked as he put away his blades and raised his arms in surrender.

"Nova!! The guy just saved us!! And they just called him a traitor!!" Macy cried.

"So!?" Nova screamed.

Macy narrowed her eyes. "Nevermind. You're right. You're totally right. Traitor on their world means happy best friend time!"

"No, it doesn't- Ohhhh! You were using sarcasm! Clever!" Talon said with a light chuckle.

"Finally, someone thinks I'm funny." Macy said before Nova put the gun away.

"If you really wanna help us and keep being a traitor, then explain while we look around for anyone!" Nova said as she ran off to look for survivors or anyone that wasn't evacuated.

Talon and Macy ran off with her, while Talon sighed. "I am a traitor to my own race. Killing and take over is not the path I wanna take. A close friend of mine sent me a ship that took me here and apparently-"

"They followed you." Macy realized.

"Wait...Hold up. YOU'RE the reason they're here! Why about 20 SOLDIERS just DIED!?!?"

Talon stepped back. "I-I had no idea they followed me! My plan was to get away from them!! I was light years away, I physically don't know how they followed me!!! I'm sorry for what happened to your creatures and life!!! I'll do whatever I can to stop this invasion!"

"Nova. He means it." Macy said.

"Oh, and you're suddenly alien communication now?!"

"No, but I'm an actual people person! Look at him! He didn't know! Yeah, we shouldn't trust our lives with him just yet, but he clearly didn't do this intentionally." Macy said, crossing her arms as she looked down one more alleyway. There wasn't a single survivor. The city got out safe.

After a moment of silence and just double checking through apartments and homes, they all nodded. Now THEY needed to get back to base.

"Fine. I- Wait...RAYMOND!" Nova screamed as she zoomed off towards a jeep and sped off once Macy (and barely Talon) got on, breaking all kinds of traffic or speed limit laws.

Minutes later, they arrived at the military base...to see Shades of all kind surrounding the place. During the fight, they had turned the base into a Conversion Camp.

"No! Ray-"

"GET DOWN." Talon whispered and shouted, holding both himself, Macy, and Nova down. "If they spot you, kick your brain and free will goodbye!"

"Kick...?"

"Is...Is that not how you say it? I just arrived here like 5 hours ago." Talon said before Nova shoved him off.

"Fine, we'll do stealth." Nova said as they began sneaking around the base. Nova then signaled Macy to use one of her pocket sized inventions to sneak in, try and find anyone.

Macy nodded and activated the timer. She was still trying to make something or someone go invisible for whatever their desired time was. But last time she tried that, she lost an apple. So there were still many tests to go.

She slowly snuck inside the door and looked around...to see Raymond being grabbed by Shade and forced into a capsule.

"L-LET ME GO!!! DUMMIES!!!!" Raymond cried.

"This one's really annoying." A Smasher growled.

A Shooter grinned before throwing Raymond into the capsule and shutting it. "Simple as that."

"Girl, you're so smart!" The Smasher said.

"What...? Why'd you say my gender like that?"

"I borrowed the shiny rectangle of one of these life forms. It's addicting and pretty much controls my life now."

Macy growled a bit and grabbed her blaster before seeing the timer was running out. She couldn't get Raymond without them noticing. But she saw something on the desk, she could grab.

She grabbed the casing of her A.I., Dean, and quickly climbed up the wall and back out where she came in, just as the timer ran out. She then looked back. "I'm sorry, Raymond..." Macy whispered before taking a secret way down and was about to sneak back to Talon and Nova before something grabbed her shoulder and lifted her up.

A cyan Smasher cackled. "You're the human that kept firing beams that only a Shooter could use. You of all people should be converted."

Macy growled. "No thanks. I'm good!" She kicked the Smasher in the face, dropping herself, Dean, and the blaster in the process.

But then, Dean turned on. "Ma'am. What is going on?"

"Not now, Dean!" Macy cried out before spinning around and kicking the Smasher in the stomach.

The Smasher slid a little before activating their arm guards a slamming a fist into Macy's stomach, and then kicked her in the face.

Macy tumbled around before she groaned and then fell unconscious.

"RANDOM LADY I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OFF!!!" Talon cried as he unleashed his blades and Nova took out her gun...but they attracted about 10 Shades.

"Don't worry, Macy!! We're coming!!!" Nova exclaimed as she began shooting and Talon began fighting.

The Smasher laughed before grabbing Dean and Macy and dragging them back into the Conversion Camp.

There, a few Shade scientists dragged a few animals inside cages for testing, including an orange dog like creature. A fox.

"Alright guys! Got a new animal for ya!" The Smasher said as he threw Macy to their feet and set Dean on the table.

"I would refrain from hurting Miss Macy." Dean said without the tiniest bit of emotion because, well, he was an A.I.

"Shut it." The Smasher said as he smashed the phone/device that Dean was in.

One Shade scientist looked at Macy before looking at the Smasher. "Aren't humans supposed to go in the capsules?"

"Yeah, but weren't you always complaining about wanting to make mutants?"

"Yes???" She said.

"Then, throw her in the mutating machine!"

"That doesn't exist."

"Eh, danc farik. Do whatever you want with her then." The Smasher said as he walked off.

The two Shade scientists looked at each other before looking at Macy and then the fox. And grinning.

"One test subject can't hurt...us anyway."
