I will offer some advice to those who are willing to take it,

Not everyone has a sad backstory and that's great,

for jobs maybe not everyone will have one. Some people are still in school, some people are maybe living with their parents while trying to find a job, some people are aspiring to become something, and some people will have a job and maybe they're even famous.

Personalities should be diverse, not everyone is sweet and timid, some people might be kind but wild, some mean, some hide behind a facade I want to see all kinds of people.
