The whole reason Nani hated vampires in the first place was because one of them had killed her father. She'd started to realize that it was rediculous to hate a species because of one bad decision, plus Nani and her family had killed that vampire and ate him. But now she could see that vampires were truly cruel, soul-sucking, heartless, bitches. Especially one particular vampire name Graysen Smith. Here's how it all went down.
Ding Dong. The doorbell rang just as Nani had finished a game of would you rather with her wolf.
"I'll get it!", Nani called out even though she knew no one else was going to get the door. When she answered it she was shocked to see Josh and then a little embarrassed of where she lived. She would blush if her skin was capable.
"Hey, Josh", Nani struggled to push out.
"Um, hey Nani.", Josh answered nervoulsy. Nani was flattered that Josh was standing at her doorstep, but then she caught herself.
"You must be here for George, or Nick if your into hanging out with younger kids. Or my mom if your one of types who mows lawns for money. I mean we don't have much of a lawn, but there are a few patches of grass. Or you know those hedges___", Nani realized she was babbling,"Sorry". Her cheeks felt warm, but still no blush.
"Um, it's okay. I'm actually here for you. I wanted to know if I could um, walk you to school?", Josh asked.
"Yes! A thousand times yes!", Nani replied eagerly, "I mean.....that'd be cool.
The two headed to school. They talked about lots of things. Nani never knew they had so much in common, like they both loved video games. Then she smelled it. The death stench. Which could only mean one thing, there was a blood-sucker somewhere around here. The stench was mixed with horrible perfume so Nani knew it was a certain vampire that goes by the name of Graysen Smith. As they neared a shrub the stench got worse and worse. Then she looked over and saw Graysen behind the shrub watching them. Ugh, Nani thought, what a creep, stalking Josh. She was dissapointed Graysen couldn't read her mind, she wanted that creep to know that she noticed her. Once they were up ahead of the shrub the vampire did the unthinkable. She ran up to the her and Josh.
"Oh, hey Josh. I didn't know this was the way you take to school. This is the way I take too.",Graysen said. Nani knew she was lying, of course she knew the way Josh went, she was his stalker. Nani had only been this close to a vampire once she forgotten how terrible the smell really was. She literaly started gagging. It was terrible. And worse the vampire actually came over and stood super close to her.
"So your the new girl? Ninny, is it?", Graysen asked. Nani would be offended by Graysen calling her a ninny, but she was too busy dying of asphyxiation. Then Graysen put her arm around Nani.
'We are going to die.', said Nani's wolf Rhianna.
"It..*gag*...Nani...*gag*...", she manged to get out.
"Oh what a nice name! It's so pretty!", Graysen said, obviously lying. Then she went over to Josh.
"Hey, aren't you in my third period chem?", Graysen asked even though she, already knew the answer.
"Yeah, I am." Josh replied. Nani knew Graysrn already knew that. Nani had seen Graysen stare at Josh for a whole period.
"Anyway, so see you guys in chem, I'll be sure to look for you Josh.", Graysen said before she sped up ahead of them.
      "Wow, shd seems more outgoing than usual.", Josh said.
      "Tell me *cough* about it *hack*", Nani said still recovering from her encounter with the walking corpse.
"Nani, are you okay?", Josh asked with genuine concern in his voice.
"Yeah, I'm fine.", Nani lied, she was not fine and she felt like her wolf was dying even though she knew it wasn't.
"Okay, well. Anyway are you doing anything tomorrow night?", Josh asked.
"Not that I know of.", Nani replied trying to keep her voice even, she knew where this was going.
"Well do you wanna catch a movie?", Josh asked.   
      "Yeah, sure. That would be cool.",Nani replied.
When they got to chemistry Nani looked over to find Graysen in Josh's seat. What was she up to? They just talked. Omg, was Graysen flirting. This is why Nani hates her. Then Mr. Tebron walked in and started yelling at everyone to sit down in their seats. Nani glared at Graysen. She didn't know what Josh and Graysen were talking about, but she did know that if
vampire tried anything with Josh, she was gonna regret it.
