Einherjars, the male equivalents of Schicksals' Valkyrie. 

They are trained to be one-man armies and each rank is harder to gain than their Valkyrie Counterparts and it only has a few ranks due to women being the ones who have the higher resistance towards the Honkai. 

The first rank is called soldiers. equivalent to C-class

The second rank is called knights equivalent to B-class

The third rank is called Knight captains equivalent to A-class

The last rank is called general equivalent to S-class

Only a few ever reach the general rank and most, if not all of them are from the Crozzo family or connected to them, and the greatest Einherjar General is Reinhardt Crozzo, the winter General. 

He is known as the winter general for a reason.

During a war, the newly-minted general at the age of 16 was tasked with leading an assault towards a kingdom filled with Honkai beasts. And he did so. 

One man, no divine keys, only armed with anti-Honkai weapons, in the middle of winter, destroyed all of them. 

Carrying the strength, coldness, and brutality of winter with him

They called that event, the day winter came. 

And soon, he proved his strength and mettle. He hunted Honkai beasts one by one. Participating in countless battles and he received it, his very own divine key, the oath of sin. 

And with the divine key, he brought winter with him. Wherever he goes, Winter fell.

"I'm bored!" Shouted a white-haired girl, her hair braided into a pair of twin tails, blue eyes looking around for something more exciting to do. She was currently dressed in a white school uniform while lying on a bed. 

"Kiana. You barely read that book." a male voice said coming from a black-haired young man holding a guitar in his hands. He looked at her to reveal tanned skin, dark eyes, and hair with a pair of finger guards on his right pointer and middle finger. 

"But, Rex! This is so boring!" She groaned out while closing the book and lying on her back. "Why can't we just hunt Honkai beasts?" She asked him. 

This is Kiana Kaslana, a young girl trained by her father to fight the Honkai. In front of her, sitting on a chair is Rex Crozzo, her childhood friend. 

Now you may be thinking what the hell is going on? Simple, in this timeline, someone who is a good friend of Siegfried rescued Rex, and that lead to the two of them growing up together. 

"What's with the bandage? We just got back." She said, referring to the bandage on his cheek.

"Oh? Just forgot, that's all." Peeling it off, a green pinwheel tattoo can be seen on his cheek over a snowflake. 

"Did you release a new song?" She asked excitedly as she sat up and looked at her. 

"Yeah. Just a cover." He said only to yelp when Kiana sat on his lap and looked at his new video. She can use her phone but it was dead and needed to be charged.

"You made a song cover of Artorias?!" She asked as she looked at him with stars in her eyes. 

"Yeah, decided why not make one." He said before yelping in surprise as Kiana got off him and cheered in surprise. 

"Your treat today!" She said with a smile.

"Really?" 

"Yep! Besides, I got you this!" Kiana said with a smile as she took out a... an earring? It has a diamond-shaped gem inlaid on an octagonal border. At the corners of the gem are arrow accents. On the back of the gem, the corners of the diamond have smaller diamonds instead of the arrows

"Huh?" 

"Yeah, there's this old guy selling things like this and I just had to buy it for you." She said while he just sweatdropped. 

'I think she just got scammed.' 

"Here, I'll put it on," Smiling as she unlocked it, Kiana looked for the piercing on his right ear and with a smile put it on. "Hmm... it fits you but." She held the earring on and his ear, looking at it intently while Rex sighed and looked at her after he set his guitar down. 

"The currencies that flow through this land are my flesh and blood."
"For thus did I become the guarantor of the people's hard work, wisdom, and future."
"This is the trust I have placed in them. Betray it, and you taint my blood."

"Kya!" Kiana shrieked as the gemstone lit up. Moving quickly, Rex caught his childhood friend in a bridal carry and looked at her.

"Are you alright?" 

He asked calmly as a soft amber tint appeared on his eyes while the dull gem slowly became a bright amber. The soft glow of the amber illuminated his face and reflected itself on his eyes. A small blush appeared on the white-haired girl's face as she looked up at her childhood friend.

In Europe.

Reve Crozzo sighed as he looked at the data on his computer. He is dressed in a white lab coat over a suit with a cup of coffee in hand. He is a young man with dark hair and eyes.

"I see. It seems like your battlesuit is treating you nicely, Bianka." He said as he looked at a blue-eyed blonde sitting on his couch with a protein shake dressed in workout clothes. 

"yes, and the new weapons as well." She said stoically as she looked at the tv in front of her. 

"I guess I can recalibrate your divine key." He told her as he looked at the files of the lance only to have her be instantly on his side. 

"No. You can't handle the power of Black Abyss." She said sternly as she gripped his shoulder. 

"You know I'm the only one who can calibrate your weapons like this." He said towards his childhood friend from the orphanage. Smiling at her while showing her a pair of guns on his waist. "And you're not the only key wielder, here." He told her.

"Black Abyss and Oath of sin are two different things, 'Excalibur,'" Durandal said as she stood up and walked over him with a frown. "Your turn to cook." She said as she sat down on his lap. 

"The usual?"

"Yes." She said with a smile before she grabbed his shirt and kissed him gently.
