You now begin to take things out of your coat when you touch one of  the business cards in your pocket.  Probably best if you give him one.  Your hand now hands it to the security chief.  He takes it and looks at it.

"Ah!  Detective are you?  Man, I love detective shows...Almost as much as I like buddy-cop films...What brings you here today..."Mr. Jack Parker"?"

"Well, I was seeing if anything suspicious happened here a few days ago."

Joe now fiddles with his mustache as he thinks.

"Well...I guess there was this weird break in a few days ago.  Did take anything, but whoever broke in managed to break the lock on the front door.  That's why I have to work night shift tonight.  Don't know if that's very helpful.  Just met me know if I can help you Detective.  It's not like much happens here..."

He now lets you take your stuff inside as you investigate around.  A break-in?  Might be something...but if they didn't steal anything, why would someone break-in at all?
