Chapter Thirty-One - Rescue Mission
Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance
Now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive
So many times, it happens too fast
You trade your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive
Eye Of The Tiger - Survivor
Metallicar allowed her legs to sit in the water as she reclined on her surfboard. Dean was resting on her chest and enjoying the sound of the water around them. They had been gone a few hours now, having decided to rest for a while. Juliet was sitting with Bluestreak, watching him with wide eyes as he spoke, barely pausing between words and sentences.
This made Smokescreen chuckle as he kept his eyes on the horizon. They knew about where the Nemesis was, thanks to reports of strange clouds over the North Atlantic. They were nearing their target, only having a few more hours of travel. His gaze fell on Metallicar and he took note of an unusual mark under her arm.
"Hey Meta."
"Yes?" She looked to him.
"What happened there?" He pointed to it and she reached over, wincing as her fingers dragged across the injury.
"Semi hit me. Dean had to rebuild me. Hurt like a son of a glitch but through all of it my spark remained intact." Dean pressed a hand over her spark.
"I should have known then." He shuddered. "We never even saw it coming."
"No." Metallicar began. "We didn't. But Dean, you have to remember. You were the one who saved me. Repaired me. Because of you I'm alive. You protected me Dean. Now? Now it's my turn to return the favor. Now it's my turn to protect you."

Optimus looked down at Alice, brushing a few strands of hair from her face. She was asleep and snuggled tightly against his side. Sam was out cold in the passenger seat and Stargaze was following close behind them. Alice had collapsed an hour prior, Optimus choosing to join her mere moments later.
Now he couldn't move, as her arms were wound around him. The sight made his spark warm and, in turn, the charm against her neck warm as well. She had been tired, having to stay awake through the night to catch the werewolf. Though when they did eventually find it they had to save another hunter, who was struggling against the were.
She had thanked them as soon as she was free, allowing Alice to check her for any bites. They had turned away for a moment and turned back to see her already gone. She had left no trace of ever being there, bringing Alice to wonder who she was. They had merely passed her off as someone who didn't want to be known before heading back to the airport in Wyoming that would take them home.
Which brings us to the present, where they were currently boarding the plane with some supplies N.E.S.T. had been needing for some time now. Optimus stopped right before he could board the plane, his gaze taking in a broken and battered form leaning against a car. Recognizing it nearly instantly he recalled his holoform before projecting it in front of the man.
"Mr. Singer!" He caught him before he could collapse. "What happened?"
"Demons. Bastards caught me off guard and ran me from my own house." He winced and clutched as his shoulder. Optimus could already see that it was dislocated and frowned, searching it.
"Let me help you." He grabbed his arm and Bobby ooked to him, nodding slightly. He quickly and carefully popped the bone back into place, making Bobby shout in pain. He felt a gun against the back of his neck and turned, quickly and easily disarming the man. He looked up to see a terrified Jekyll.
"Orion!" He yelled. "Y-y-you have to help! Giant robots. They- They took Hyde!"
"Calm down Jekyll. We will get him back." The man nodded and Optimus looked to Bobby. "You two are coming with us."
"Alright. Come on Jekyll." THe man nodded and climbed into Bobby's car. Optimus nodded before his holoform vanished. He drove into the plane with Stargaze and Bobby behind him. Quickly he commed base.
::Lennox. We will have two more with us. Prepare the Med Bay.::

"What do you mean she's alive?!" Midday snapped, glaring at Jason. She had taken a defensive stance, glaring at the man before her. "That bastard father of hers should have killed her by now!"
"Megatron loves his daughter." He snapped. "As do many of the other Decepticons!"
"What are you talking about?" This made him freeze in place.
"You did not know?" She narrowed her gaze.
"Know what?" He leaned against the wall in a corner where the trap didn't quite reach, serving to remind Lady Midday just how strong he was. He turned away from her.
"You're really going to make me ask as opposed to just killing her, aren't you?" He sighed and rolled his eyes. "Fine. Tell me your side of the story and I may let you live." She growled a bit before sighing.
"Seventeen years ago I decided to hit a club."

March 30, 1998

Lady Midday leaned back against the bar, taking a quick shot before slamming the glass down. She decided to keep her powers calm for the night and see what could come her way. It was then that she noticed the silver haired man glaring at his red-headed companion, a well built man with blue hair and a patch beside him. She would have tried to take all three home, but the way the redhead was leaning on his blue friend suggested something going on between them.
So those two were out. Her gaze focused as she walked over to the other man, taking note of how he had brilliant crimson eyes. She smiled and stopped in front of him, crouching down . "Well hello there handsome. Care to buy a girl a drink?" She asked confidently. He looked down at her before shooting another glare at his comrade.
"Of course he would." He answered. "The name is Knockout. This is my bodyguard Breakdown. And the man who just walked up to the bar is Megatron." She smirked, her mind instantly wondering how he could have possibly gotten that name for himself. She looked up as he returned, setting a glass down for her while sitting with a beer in hand. He grinned, bearing sharpened teeth.
"Well it would appear that there are no other seats. Care to sit here?" He gestured to his lap and Midday grinned. She was already liking him. She stood and took a seat, feeling her vessel's discomfort with the whole situation. That only made her interest more intense.
"So I take it by your actions that you don't have a woman in your life." She ran her free hand along the inside of the leg she was seated on while the other held her glass. He growled, making her shiver. His disinterest and then interest and disinterest were enough to almost give her whiplash. But she wasn't about to give up. Especially not when his hands grabbed her hips.
"None." He whispered in her ears. "But I'd love one for a night." His gaze dragged over her. "Or two." She turned in his grasp, pressing against his chest.
"Then you shall have one." She bit down on his lips before he brought one hand up, tangling it in her hair and pulling her head back. He pressed a forceful kiss to her lips before pushing her back a bit. Another growl tore through him as he grabbed his beer and finished it, allowing Midday enough time to finish hers as well.
"Knockout. You're paying." With that he stood, allowing Midday to land gracefully on her feet. He grabbed her wrist and left with her, barely making it to her hotel room before things got heated.
-
Midday lay sprawled out across the bed, fingers finding nothing. She smirked, rolling onto her back. After four days spent in the man's company he had finally announced that he had to get back to his ship. Something that impressed Midday, as she took him for more of a hitman than a ship's captain. She sighed and stood, getting dressed in semi-torn clothing before walking from the room.
She had far to many people to torture today.

Nine Months Later
-
Midday glared down at the bundle in her arms, the whisps of blonde hair in the baby's face aiding to bring out the unusual silver eyes. The tattoo behind the small ear being one that Midday had never seen before. She had managed to contact Megatron, having learned his secret not long before.
Now she heard the alien jet as it landed near her. She glared at Megatron's human form as it appeared in the snow, walking towards her. "Megatron." She snapped. "I should have just let you go fuck yourself."
"What is wrong with you Midday?" He growled. "I thought it was through."
"Oh it is. You just failed to mention that I would probably have a child at the end of that time!" He stilled.
"What?"
"Take it!" She hissed, holding out the blanket. Megatron took note of how the child was less than a week old and didn't seem as healthy as it should. Bones showed through pale skin as the little one cried, heat flaring from the tiny body.
"I cannot. You must understand. I would not want my sparkling in the middle of a war."
"Would you condemn an innocent child to die in the cold?" She growled. Megatron softened and moved to plead with her to take care of the child just for a little longer. "I don't want her." Megatron froze. A femme. His sparkling was a femme?
"Very well." He growled, walking up. Midday all but threw the infant at him, forcing him to adjust her quickly as Midday intended to drop her. "Good riddance Megatron. I'll be shocked if the child lasts a day."
With that she vanished, Megatron cooing softly to the infant. A name formed in his mind and he smiled. "Sierra. I will name you Sierra."
-
Present Day
-
"So you never cared about her." Lady Midday snapped then.
"Of course not! She was a freak! An abhorrence of nature. A demon for a mother and some monstrous alien robot for a father!" Jason glared at her. "She shouldn't have lived!"
"Neither should you." He hissed.
"Why do you even care?" She questioned, seeing his hand on his sword.
"Because Sierra is my little sister."
-
Metallicar looked up at the Nemesis, floating proudly above them. It was just over the water's surface, as Metallicar had hoped. She and the other two Autobots could reach it with ease. They balanced carefully on their boards before leaping up, grabbing the same piece of metal that had been used in the rescue not to long before.
She made sure Dean was settled safely before jumping and climbing onto the slab, pulling out a blade from her back. She unsubspaced a small dagger and handed it to Dean, the Cybertronian weapon easily a sword in his hands.
Once the others joined them and Juliet was armed they moved on, skilfully taking out vehicons as they went.
"Juliet?" Everyone turned, weapons aimed at Jason. He grabbed Juliet's arm. "What are you doing here? Are you trying to get yourself killed?"
"What the hell? Why are you here? I thought you'd be busy!" She hissed.
"For your information I just returned from talking with Sierra's mother." He pointed out. "And don't you go blabbing about who it is either!" He snapped, looking past them all. Once again they found nothing, looking to each other in confusion. They shrugged and looked back to him.
"Look. We need Galloway back." Juliet smiled, her voice dropping to a light and lovey tone. "Please? Help us get him?"
"And what do I get in return?" He smirked, completely falling for Juliet's trick. "A kiss, by chance?"
"If you help us save Galloway." She smirked. Metallicar knew full well that she likely wouldn't keep her promise but said nothing, simply following Jason as he led the way, a group of demoncons flanking them to make them look like prisoners. Metallicar hid Dean, growling anytime one of the bots or Jason moved to close to him.
Now Juliet saw what Chromia had been trying to warn them about. Metallicar was defending Dean with everything she was worth. She managed to keep it in check on base but now? It was allowed to run free, the demons looking at her apprehensively. Even Jason cast her wary looks, knowing full well that it was unwise to anger a pregnant human, let alone a pregnant Cybertronian.
He led them to the cells, Metallicar freezing in place. There, with Sierra, stood Soundwave. In his servo was an unconscious Galloway.
(A.N.: So this was supposed to be done sooner but my dad bought Jurassic World on the Xbox and I've been obsessed with it for the past few days. So, to say sorry, play the song now and enjoy the scene written out from Metallicar's point of view. And yes, it is in the style of a movie outtake with the OCs in there. Plus an extra but hey. Why not? {C.M.})
Metallicar bit back a laugh as the song began, Dean, pounding his fists in the air in time with the music playing from her speakers. She heard Sam, Crowley, Alice, Juliet, Jason and Cyber all laughing, the latter hiding behind her clipboard as Dean rose, mouthing along with the lyrics. Though even she began laughing as Dean slipped through, sitting in the window and pointing across them.
He began scratching his arm, much the same from when he was infected with the ghost sickness. Metallicar's holoform appeared beside Cyber and she looked to her. "He's a nut, your mate." She snickered.
"Hey, don't look at me. That's all him." He sat on the roof, still singing along.
"Yeah, but ya can't deny ya were the one who bonded with 'im cause of tha'." She pointed out, making Metallicar smirk.
'And he's watching us all with the eye! Of the tiger.' Everyone whooped and hollered as Dean jumped down, embracing Metallicar. Cyber chuckled and crossed her arms.
"Alright. Everyone back to your places." She laughed, smiling a bit. She really did love these lunatics. They were her family...
(A note on Cyber. That is really how I talk so yeah. XD I figured why the pit not? So I hope you enjoyed! {C.M.})
