Chapter One - Worth It
Hush little baby,
Don't say a word.
Nevermind that noise you heard.
It's just the beast under your bed,
In your closet, in your head!!
Enter Sandman - Metallica
Dean cast a glance at his sleeping brother, a soft smile crossing his face. He was so glad to be back. Alive and well. Though he wished he could tell that angel to go shove it. But, sadly, he didn't know what could hurt said angel. So Castiel was currently just a big pain in his ass.
He didn't even notice the music until Enter Sandman poured through the speakers. "Oh hell yeah. You know just what I like baby." He joked, even though he knew it was the radio DJ choosing the tracks. "Just keep playin' the good stuff."
Much to his surprise, the entire night was filled with Metallica, Black Sabbath, Manowar, Def Leppard and some of Ozzy's without Black Sabbath. Needless to say, Dean was happy. Though when he began to drift he figured it was time to at least pull off and sleep. If not, he'd let Sam drive. Assuming he'd be able to wake up enough.
"You should let me drive for a little while." Dean jumped, miraculously managing to keep the car going in a straight line.
"Jeez Sammy, give a guy some warning huh?!" He reluctantly pulled over as he spoke, pulling the car to a stop.
"Sorry." Both climbed out, ringing the car. Dean managed to look up as Sam ran into the open door. He began to laugh, bracing himself on the side of the car for support. "Dude, the door just jumped out and hit me." This caused the older Winchester to scoff in disbelief.
"Yeah. And I'm a friggin' fairy." Sam glared at him before both climbed into the car.
"Whatever, your car just hates me." He thumped the dash and Dean glared at him.
"Watch it Sammy, this car's worth more than your life." He threatened. "At least she's got a good judge in character." He flipped the topic before leaning back and falling asleep. Sam just rolled his eyes and began to drive. He tried to switch the radio station, but everything kept playing the same damned songs.
Odd. He went to shut it off but the stubborn thing remained playing. He frowned at the, most likely broken, stereo and sighed.
This was going to be a long drive.

"So wait." Colonel Lennox began. "You're telling me that, since about the nineteen-seventies, some random energon signal has just been running all over the U.S.?" Optimus Prime nodded.
"That is what is appears to be. And the signal is close to that of one of our own. There is minor distortion, suggesting another with them. Though we cannot be certain." He cast a glance over, his optics lighting on the, still stunned, weapons specialist. Though this snapped him from his silence and he turned, leaving the room.
"What does this mean?" Lennox leaned forwards. "He an ally?"
"Indeed. But, she, no doubt has a vehicle mode and charges of her own. Though we cannot tell if she has shown them who she is yet." Lennox's eyes widened.
"A girl." He wouldn't ever admit the fact that he deadpanned.
"To be more specific," Lennox turned, seeing Ironhide and Chromia. Someone said they had something going on from pre-war days, but until now he hadn't even seen them in the same room together. "She is our sparkling."
"Sparkling?" Epps was the one to ask.
"A sparkling is the equivalent to a human child." Ironhide responded. "That means she is our daughter." Epps missed the step and nearly fell down the stairs.
"Wait, 'Hide's got a kid runnin' around?" Optimus nodded and Epps leaned back a bit on the railing.
"That can't be good." Ironhide chuckled and crossed his arms, smiling down at Chromia as she grabbed his arm and grinned up at him.
"I feel sorry for whoever she's guarding." Ironhide chuckled. "Prime."
"Yes, old friend?"
"Permission to go and find her aft?" This brought a smirk from the Autobot commander.
"Granted."

Dean and Sam were running through the grass, a coven of vampires on their asses. "Real smooth Dean! You just had to wake them all up!"
"Shut up and run!" The duo ran towards the Impala, both barely missing a blade as it flew through the air. Both looked up to see the black and gold motorcycle with the familiar male on it's back. "Pierce!" Dean yelled, watching as the star returned to him. He caught it with a collected ease, another figure stepping out from behind him.
This one was a woman with lightly tanned skin and black hair that matched the car by her side. It was all pulled over to the right side of her head, exposing that her ears were pierced with spikes. She wore a leather jacket over a white tank top, the black sleeves ending with fingerless gloves beneath them. Her pants were torn and stained denim, skin tight and covered with a pair of tall combat boots as they reached the end.
Dean nearly froze. With the touches of makeup here and there, she looked like a heavy metal star. "Move your ass or it's gonna get bit!" She yelled, causing Dean to move. This new unknown rushed past him, a blade in her own hand as she and Pierce engaged the vampires. The brothers watched them for a few moments, eyes wide.
"They're nuts!" Sam yelled. About this time the coven decided to turn tail and run, trying to escape their seemingly crazed attackers. The girl turned around, sheathed the weapons and tackled Pierce. Much to his credit he tried to stop her before hand.
"Pierce! Where the frag have you been?!" He sighed and walked towards them, the woman on his back.
"I apologize. I've been busy lately."
"Still tracking the boss-man?" She joked, face growing shocked when he nodded. "Wait. They're here?"
"Not exactly." The man joined Dean. "They're on a military base in the middle of the ocean. They don't even know we're alive."
"Okay. Who's the new girl?" Dean finally asked. "Cause she is hot." She laughed slightly, shifting to sit on Pierce's shoulders. She then leaped down, standing in front of Dean with her hand outstretched. That was when he noted her sky blue eyes and the fact that she was almost as tall as him.
"Name's Alice. And you must be the famous Dean Winchester." He grinned, grabbing her hand and kissing it.
"In the flesh." He then leaned back against the car. "So what have you heard about me?"
"All bad things, lovely. All bad things." Dean looked to Sam.
"I like her."
"Good." Pierce spoke up. "Because she needs your help."
"Name it sweet cheeks." A smirk crossed her face and she leaned back against Peirce's bike.
"I'm a hunter like you, though you probably already guessed that. I'm looking for a demon, don't worry you know her."
"O-kay?" Sam asked.
"Her name is Lillith." She then shifted her weight, a blank expression crossing her face. "And I know where she is."
-
Dean kept glancing back at Alice, trying to put his finger on where he had seen her before. Sam beat him to it. "Are you immortal?"
"No, why?" She asked.
"Because I've seen you in pictures with my dad." Alice chuckled a bit.
"Nah. My mom was a hunter too. Everyone says I look exactly like her." She shrugged and leaned back, stretching out before yawning. "Hmmm. Smooth ride." She purred, running her fingers over the seat.
"Yeah. She's my baby." Dean boasted proudly.
"I used to have a 1969 Dodge Charger. He was my baby." She smirked. "I would clean him, wax him, fix him on my own, massage the seats, and everything else I could do to reassure him that I loved him."
"Massaging the seats?" Sam asked. She chuckled.
"I like to think of the car as a living being. Maybe it enjoys a little massage every once in a while." She was running her fingers in circles, barely suppressed shudders running through her as the engine roared. She stopped for a second and looked up before resuming the action.
"So what happened to him?" Dean asked, ignoring the movements of the woman in the back seat. She stopped entirely with this.
"Couple of assholes got the upper hand. Tore him to shreds." She wrapped her arms around herself, causing Dean to frown. "Before he was mine he was my cousin's. All I had left of him too." The car stopped and Dean climbed out, shocking both by crawling in the back and hugging Alice.
"Sammy. Drive." He nodded and moved to the driver's seat, shutting the door as Dean moved away from the woman. "Sorry. That was uncharacteristic of me."
"It's fine. I kinda needed that." She smiled before yawning.
"Come on. Sleep." She leaned against his side and began to doze off.
"Thanks Dean." With this being spoken she fell asleep, curled against the eldest Winchester.
