Denizens of the celestial realm, other than gods and deities include mortals who have passed Death's trials and acquired immortal souls.

Most powerful among the gods, he is a ruthless ruler, willing to go to any length to maintain harmony among the realms, and has been known to govern over the celestial realm from the very beginning of time.

His possession of the Torch of The Divines gives him power over all. The other gods can only access the full extent of their powers if the Torch is lit. Rhilio decides when and under what circumstances the Torch will be set aflame. Without the rein of control, the gods would have warred among themselves, their powers would have thrown the realms into chaos. The king makes it certain such things do not occur.
