Rex, the atoner of the Stellar winds,
The enemy has been defeated, the world has been saved.
The hero that saved the world was rescued and the villains were defeated.
All is well as life moved on,
All other than him,
The Archon of Anemo.
Following the footsteps and path of his great grandfather
The Anemo Archon reached the imaginary tree, freeing his beloved friend from the choice (prison) she had made.
All for the sacrifice of his entire existence. The existence or memory of Rex Crozzo has been erased in his original timeline but it is a better alternative to having his dearly beloved friend sealed away forever.
"Where am I?" Rex asked, looking at the Snow-covered land by himself. His black suit with a lone white sleeve protected his form as he looked around.
"Halt!" A masculine voice said and the Anemo archon move quickly. Grabbing something from the air, the young man pulled out a sword made of condensed winds, invisible to anyone but him. "Who are you?"
Saying nothing, Rex looked at the blonde-haired man in front of him. His cyan-green hair danced in the cold winds of Jarilo-VI while his black suit with a white right sleeve and the blue sash over his suit danced in the wind. One move and he could kill these guys.
"Rex, Rex Crozzo," Rex said as he looked at them, standing regally as he stood with the aura of an Archon. How ironic, the man that sold the world to save someone... "Where... am I?" Rex asked as he looked at them.
"You don't know?" Before the man can react, he was face to face with the hypnotic cyan green eyes of the archon
"Can you be a good guard and give me clearance?" The archon said with a smile as the blonde-haired guard's eyes widened until he stopped moving.
"Of course, sir," the guard said with a smile as he and the others escorted the archon.
Rex sighed as he was escorted by the guards. 'How ironic that manipulating people like him would be my most useful skill,'
---
It has been a month and the former archon and successor of the overseer had easily melded into the civilization of Belobog. Some blackmail here and there, some favors and jobs and done. the young man sat in his office inside the Qlipoth fort. The young man wore a variation of his archon suit, well it was one of his few vices since there are no video games in Belobog or something.
"What do you want, supreme guardian?" Rex asked, stopping his paperwork as he saw the door to his office open to reveal this world's version of Cocolia. He had impressed the supreme guardian and he was granted this job.
"Still working hard, inventor Crozzo?" Cocolia said with a smirk as she approached his desk.
"Yes, I need this job to get money," Rex said as he set the pen down before staring into her eyes. "What do you want?"
"I need you to help the commander of the Silvermane guards to reestablish connections with the underworld," Cocolia said with a smile.
"I'll pass, coordinate with someone from the underground," Rex said as he looked at Cocolia. "I'm busy containing the Stellaron,"
"Really?"
"I'm not going into politics, Cocolia. I'm a sol- Inventor," Rex said as he put his pen down.
"A pity," Cocolia said with a smile.
"I don't like that smile," Rex said. "Did purging the corruption of the Stellaron mess with your head?" Rex asked as he leaned on his chair while looking at the smiling face of Cocolia. "reminds me of my bastard of a granduncle/grandpa."
"You can come in,"
The Anemo archon's eyes widened as he saw who just entered. 'Oh, barbatos...'
'Bless you, successor!'
'Not now!'
'ehe!'
The traitor of Schicksal's eyes widened as he saw her, the commander of the Silvermane guards. Her gray ringlets bounced with every step. Her gray eyes were sharp but not as sharp as the pair he used to know, showing a naivete that only someone innocent can show. Bronya Zaychik, rather, Bronya Rand.
'Nah, it can't be my Bronya, Bronya is as flat as a board,' The Anemo archon thought as he looked and analyzed Bronya.
"Greeting, Sir Crozzo," Bronya said, courteously greeting the inventor of Belobog.
"You knighted me?!" Rex asked, looking at his blonde boss in shock. What the hell?!
"Why not? You have done a lot for Belobog," Cocolia said as she looked at him.
"God fucking damnit... I escaped a place where I was a knight and I'm a knight again..." the Anemo archon whispered in despair, causing both the supreme guardian of the motherland and her heir to look at the inventor with curiosity.
"I was not aware that you were a knight," Bronya said, looking at the young man.
"Well, I never really talk about it but yeah. I was the weakest of us three brothers," Rex said to them.
'Yet, you won against a duel with your brothers, the Herrschers, and the others,' the voice of the angel on his shoulder that eerily reminded him of Barbatos whispered. "I was only a Knight-commander,"
"That's a high status," Bronya said, impressed by the young man.
"Thank you, but why me? I am retired... well semi-retired from active combat due to my injuries," Rex said. 'What injuries?! You're always healed completely in a few days!' Shut up barbatos.
"Go ahead, Bronya," Cocolia said as she looked at her daughter.
"Very well. The reason why you are chosen is because you are neutral to the politics of Belobog. you will be able to provide a completely neutral standpoint but a possible way to help the people of the underground," Bronya explained.
"Fine," Rex said. "But I get to work how I want to,"
"Very well, now, Bronya. I want you to stay here and spend some time with Sir Crozzo," Cocolia said, looking at her daughter with a smile.
"Just call me Rex," Rex said standing up from his chair, revealing a mark on his hand similar to scars gained by thunderstrikes. He reached his hand out for a handshake, one that the commander of the Silvermane guard took.
Unknown to them, Cocolia's eyes glinted with mischief as she looked at her daughter and the inventor.

Omake: Kiana and Rex
Kiana Kaslana smiled as she played with a child with dark eyes and pink hair along with a green-haired child with dark eyes.
"Hey, Auntie Kiana!" Reese Crozzo shouted with a smile as she entered the living room wearing an oversized white cloak with golden accents that were far too big for her. She was also followed by a floating book with golden accents. "Look! I found this!"
"Hey! that's Uncle Rex's books!" The child with green hair said as he took the book from Reese who pouted.
Kiana, seeing the book and cloak was reminded of her best friend. The man repeated the actions of Otto Apocalypse. The man that freed her from her seal was remembered as a villain than a hero. A sad smile formed on her face as she remembered that day.
An injured Rex, his white right sleeve now drenched red with blood as he looked at her. Countless wounds covered his body as he opened a portal, pushing her in before she could stop him and before she can rush towards him, just to hug him. Just to say that she missed him a lot... now, she can't do that anymore.
"Auntie Kiana..." Reese said, hugging her,
"I'm fine, Reese," Kiana said with a smile, wondering what would Rex think about his nieces. Smiling as she wiped her tears away, the Kaslana smiled as Mei entered the room, carrying their lunch for the day.
"Must... kill... Rex-onii-sama-idiotka," Bronya suddenly whispered.
"Huh? Bronya?"
"Sorry, Seele. I just had the urge to hurt Rex-Onii-sama..." Bronya said.
Mei, noticing the cloak that Reese wore felt tears in her eyes. Rex had manipulated them to fight him to gather enough energy to reach the imaginary tree to save Kiana and it was her final strike, one fueled by her rage that fueled his plan at the cost of a permanent scar on the right side of his boy. She only found out later that he did not want to go ahead with his plan but he missed Kiana so much and was so worried for her that he planned it all.
Hugging Kiana, Mei wondered what would happen if he was here... Once he disappeared, Reinhardt became more cold believing that he had failed his parents and himself. Thankfully, Big sis Kallen snapped him out of it. Reve was the same but luckily, he understood why Rex did it.
Mei smiled sadly as she looked at the bracelet in her hand. It was handcrafted, a gift that Rex made for her birthday before he unsealed Kiana. It was damaged because of her anger at the manipulation Rex did and she had thrown it but once she calmed down, she did her best to have it repaired yet...
Bronya said nothing. She knew she was Rex's favorite out of the squad V girls barring Seele. The two had spent the most time together with her even sleeping by his side when she got nightmares. She had even developed an admiration for her Onii-Sama and often protected him from Kiana's perverted advances. But that all changed when Seele came back. She spent more time with Seele, unintentionally ignoring Rex. Sure, they hanged out a lot...
That was until she found it. Rex betrayed them, planning to open a way to the imaginary tree. No, he entered another universe and came back with a core of Reason of his own. She knew because it resonated with hers. She thought nothing of it at first until she saw a recording of him and Void archives speaking with each other. Maybe if she haven't reported it then he would have still been here...
Seele missed Rex. She first met Rex when he managed to enter the sea of quanta, bonding over their stories about Bronya. She was jealous at first but she quickly warmed up to him. Sure, she got lonely when he returned but to her surprise, she suddenly woke up one day at a clinic with Bronya beside her while Rex read a book on a chair by the side of her bed. She found out that Rex spent a few months trying to locate her in the sea of quanta and brought her back. After that, she developed a crush on him, not only for his kind actions but for the simple way he took care of them.
Much to her embarrassment, she had enjoyed it when her other self pretended to be sick just to be taken care of by him.
"Auntie Kiana," the pink-haired girl, Elysia's daughter, said, tugging on her. "Can you tell us about Uncle Rex?"
"Please!" the green-haired boy said while Reese nodded at her.
Omake:
"So, A bayonet?" Rex asked as he finished completing his attire, which was similar to a three-piece black suit with a white right sleeve and a cyan-green shirt underneath. His weapon, which was a heavily-customized M1911A1, was tucked in a concealed carry under his suit jacket.
"Yes, it can also function as a spear if needed."
"Whatever you say, sharpshooter," Rex said, teasingly looking at her. "I say it suits you, it's almost as tall as you," The young man said as he fixed his glove that hide his scarred hand. "Cute-sized too,"
"P-pardon me?!" Bronya asked with a blush as she looked at him.
"I said it's as cute as you," Rex said as he finished his set with a simple jungle knife on the back of his waist.
"I see..." Bronya said "Oh, Mother said that you used to use swords so here," Bronya said as he handed him a case. taking it, Ren raised his brow as he saw a sword. (imagine the Favonius greatsword but the same size as the Favonius sword.)
"Not bad," Rex said as he grabbed the handle and effortlessly spun it in his hand.
"Mother said that a sword was your best weapon,"
"A bow," Rex said. "I'm far better with a bow than with a sword," Rex said with a grin as he sheathed the blade and strapped it to his waist. "But yeah, a sword will be far better. I'll be counting on you to watch my back, Bronya." Rex said as warmth entered his voice while smiling at her. Rex smiled and reached in, gently rubbing her head before he turned around to leave, not noticing the blush Bronya gave him.
