Our story begins in the Overlords' meeting room. Carmilla held this meeting again because the one four months ago had failed due to Velvette. There was tension between Velvette and Carmilla, but fortunately, they ignored each other. Carmilla started by saying that the demons who purged Hell had reduced Hell's population by thirty percent, which was bad. Carmilla said that if nothing is done to stop this, the population will continue to decrease. All the Overlords looked at each other. Carmilla thought one of them would propose something, but no one had any ideas. Velvette looked at all the Overlords and thought this meeting was boring. After ten minutes, Velvette was fed up. She was about to stand up and insult Carmilla, but instead, Velvette set her eyes on two girls—one with blonde hair and the other with white hair. Velvette calmed down and spent the entire meeting looking at the two girls. After thirty minutes, Carmilla announced the meeting was over. All the Overlords stood up and left. Velvette was about to leave with Vox and Valentino, but she glanced back into the meeting room, then took a picture of the two girls before leaving.
