Clara Tells

I was in the process of working The work itself was easy but a bit tiring. Since Odette was kidnapped a month ago mom has decided to take a four-week break, I saw Zestial coming out of mom's office. I wonder what they were talking about, probably about Odette. I woke up with a start I had a nightmare where I saw Odette being kidnapped by a man in a black hat I got out of bed to get some water I open my bedroom door and see mom coming out. I say to her. 

Clara: Mom, where are you going so late at night?

Carmilla: I'm going to get some fresh air, Clara.

Clara: Okay.

I see mom closing the front door of the house, making sure to lock it. I hurry to the kitchen, grab a glass, fill it with water, drink it, then set the glass down and look at a photo of mom, Odette, and me when we were happy.

Odette, I hope you're okay. Since mom told me it's impossible to get you back, it hurts me to think you'll never come home again. It hurts not seeing you anymore. If only that bitch Velvette hadn't hired someone to kidnap you. I hope you're not suffering in the V Tower.

A tear was rolling down my cheek. I wanted my sister Odette to come back, but it's impossible. I hope that one day you will escape, my sister. I follow my tear and go back to bed.
