Chapter 9

This is a long ass chapter (4800+ words), so I'm sorry ahaha! Also, enjoy...
_____________
Everyone apart from Yeonhee, Jae Eun and Ryota were in the large comfort room at the Malevolent building. Everyone sitting down on the comfy chairs and couches provided for when people at the firm just wanted to relax, thanks to some people nagging Ryota for long enough to actually give approval to build it.

Minseo and Sohee were standing in front of everyone. They leaned against the breakfast bar they were standing behind and grinned at everyone.

"Why are we here?" Kyoji asked, sounding quite annoyed that Sohee dragged him here.

"We called you all here as we were informed yesterday that we need to get some weapons coming in." Sohee explained. "We need to know exactly what people want us to bring in for them."

"So-" Minseo started to say as he pulled out two very large guns from behind the bar and rested them on the table. "we're takin' orders and are also recommending some." He smirked at everyone.

Everyones expressions stayed blank in disbelief  at their TV commercial style stock check. Dae-Hyun couldn't help but laugh at the whole thing.

"We're taking requests guys so, you know. Make them." Minseo urged. No one said anything so he sighed and got out an AK-47. Kai Ling's eyes widened slightly at the sight of it.

"This is a gun I'm pretty sure all of you are familiar with right?" Sohee asked, yet everyone stayed quiet. "I'm asking to get you involved so if you could actually get involved guys, that would really help." She said in quite a hostile tone.

"Yes, we're familiar with it." Taeyang said, he really didn't want to be here.

"Well, then you all know that it's a pretty good gun. Quite basic in some ways." Sohee commented.

"But, if you add this guy in right here-" Minseo exclaimed loudly with an open smile. He reached down and pulled out an attachment, placed it on the gun and clicked it into place. "it now doubles up as a grenade launcher!" He said happily, before posing with it.

"This may be handy for some of you guys so, place your orders now." Sohee said in a fake commercial style voice, before gesturing to it in Minseo's hands as he posed.

Taeyang looked over to Hyerim who he would have expected to have ordered about five by now. Her head was resting on her hand and her eyes were staring out at nothing. He sighed before looking over to the two other crazies.

"Get two of them." He said to the two weapons dealers. Their faces lit up and Sohee scribbled something down into a notepad.

"Alright! Nice one Wolf, wouldn't have thought it would be you to want these." Minseo commented, making Taeyang roll his eyes.

The gathering carried on for a while before people straight up started to leave after they requested weapons. Kyoji, Dae-Hyun and Taeyang were soon the only ones left.

"Okay, let's get going then. Let's get these ordered and prepare to collect them tomorrow." Minseo said to Sohee. She nodded and they both went to leave, but Sohee suddenly stopped and turned towards the three guys left.

"Hanzo." She stated and Kyoji lifted his eyebrows at her. "Come with us, we could do with your help." She smiled sweetly at him.

"Uh, no. Thanks." He said and got up, trying to get out the room. Taeyang and Dae-Hyun started to smile at Kyoji's attempts of escaping.

"Hanzo, please~!" Sohee whined and grabbed his arm before he could leave.

"No." He stated as he stopped and looked at her small hands wrapped around his arm. "Now please let go of me."

"We need you though!"

"Why?" He asks and frowned, annoyance starting to bubble up.

"We need to have a dead shot guy. You can shoot targets perfectly when in a moving vehicle and we need all the accuracy we can get." She explained. "Please Hanzo?" She asked again, swinging her shoulders left and right in an attempt to make him soft and to agree.

"I actually prefer blades so-" He started to argue."

"Please~?" She pouted. Kyoji sighed and ran his free hand through his hair.

"Fine." He sighed and Sohee started to jump with excitement. "But be sensible. You two are crazy and have way too much energy for me, so try and keep it down." He threatened. Sohee nodded quickly and ran out the room.

"She has a way with men, I guess." Taeyang laughed.

"You could call it a talent." Dae-Hyun added.

"Comes in handy when you're in a industry run by men." Minseo winked at them before he left too.

____________

"Where are we going?" Kyoji asked as the three were sat on the subway. It's not his usual mode of transportation and he felt a little awkward with his treasured sniper rifle in a duffle bag by his feet.

"We're going to the airport." Sohee smiled at him. She was sat next to him and Minseo was across from them, a bag full of weapons to his side.

"Why would we be going there?" Kyoji asked, frowning as he couldn't think. Surely illegal weapons would be most at risk of being found on an airplane oppose to say ships where you can easily get away with it. He couldn't figure it out. Minseo however found this hilarious and burst out laughing, causing Kyoji to send him death glares.

"You would be surprised what you can smuggle on a private jet Hanzo." Minseo said, calming down and letting out a deep breath. "They never check them." He added, pointing at him in disapproval at the lack of security check done.

"Right." Kyoji muttered. The train stopped and the three got off. Kyoji expected them to get a car or a taxi or something, but the two chattered away and walked instead. He knows they aren't far from the airport but a taxi or something would be nice. He's just glad he stuck to his usual dark jeans and baggy black t-shirts as a suit would be more annoying to wear in their current situation to him.

The airport was coming into view and Minseo led the way. Sohee slowed down so Kyoji could catch up and she turned and looked at him.

"We get in through there." She said, and pointed in the opposite direction of the airport entrance. She noticed as Kyoji's expression looked confused. "We can't get in through the main entrance, obviously." She laughed and gestured towards the large bag of weapons on Minseo's shoulder. "So we found another way onto the runway."

The trio walked quite a distance until they almost reached the end of the runway fencing, they stopped as they got to a small opening in the wire. They went through the gap and were then on the runway.

Kyoji couldn't help but feel exposed and like he shouldn't be where he is.

"How are we getting these weapons then? We can't on foot." He asked, starting to become impatient with the pair as they are telling him nothing.

"You'll see." Minseo chuckled.

"Why can't you tell me now? So you can be all dramatic and shit?" He said angrily, his voice rising. Minseo just nodded. "It's not gonna be dramatic when we're getting shot at and I have no fucking idea what's going on."

"We'll tell you what to do, don't worry." Minseo replied, sounding bored as he limply lifted his hand at an attempt of reassuring him. Kyoji started to become pissed off but closed his eyes for a second and took deep breaths as he knows now's not really the time to start yelling at them.

"There's the jet." Sohee commented, pointing towards a black private jet, but with a cargo holder on it.

They all walked over and were greeted by a blonde woman. Kyoji's mood suddenly lightened as he saw her.

"Hello guys, another shipment again." She smiled kindly at them.

"We're never here for anything else are we?" Minseo joked, reaching over hand putting a hand on her shoulder. "Momo, this is Hanzo. I believe you've never met." He introduced.

"No, we haven't. Nice to meet you Hanzo, I'm Momo." She greeted and bowed politely. Kyoji, not being too good at these introductions (especially when the woman is beautiful), didn't know how to react.

"Nice to meet you, Momo." He said and bowed, whilst also trying to sound lively but failed miserably. He cursed himself mentally.

"The shipment?" Sohee asked and Momo clasped her hands together.

"Ah yes, follow me." She said and led the three up the steps of the jet. She stopped at the top and bent down and whispered to the trio. "New people this time. So be cautious."

"Of course." Minseo said as if it were fact.

They entered the jet and were surprised as they saw it was full of men who didn't look like the usual men they would deal with.

"Your suppliers." Momo said and gestured for them to step forward. Minseo was suspicious of the men but put on a fake front anyway.

"Hello." He said politely. His suspicions were confirmed as they said nothing. Something that never happens. Suppliers are usually happy to talk as if the buyers like you, they buy more from you. These people were not suppliers. "Do you have what we ordered?" He asked and was yet met again with silence.

Sohee quickly picked up on that they're not supports either. She reached over and took the bag of weapons off Minseo's shoulder and let him do his thing. She stepped back next to Kyoji who looked at her and she nodded her head towards Minseo, telling him to watch.

Minseo walked casually over to the guy he figured out to be the leader of the pack of mutes. He held his hand out and the man cautiously shook it. Minseo made sure to shake it vigorously and looked down to see a mark that the leaders of units have when a member of The Nobodies. He took note and immediately started to think of a plan of action.

He tapped his foot three times and Sohee took that as a sign, immediately yet subtly opening the bag so they have easy access to the weapons if needed. Kyoji noticed this and immediately became more alert of the situation.

"Not saying anything? Quiet type I see." Minseo joked and let go of the mans hand, stepping back a little. "Where are the supplies? Back there?" He asked, pointing to the back of the plane where the door is that connects to the cargo holding. "Mind if I-"

Minseo was interrupted as when he went to walk towards the door, one of the men lashed out at him. He quickly saw and dodged the mans attack and pinned him to the flat wall next to him by his neck.

"Whoa! I wouldn't go doing that." He laughed. "Why would you do that? I'm not being hostile." He commented and looked towards the other men who looked tense and ready to attack when needed. "I'm not being hostile, am I?" He questioned in a fake tone.

"Gotta be careful." Sohee commented calmly.

"I'm just confused and a little on edge here, sorry guys." He chuckled and smiled brightly before his grip tightened around the guys throat and he slammed his head into the wall, practically killing the guy.

Everyone on the jet twitched towards the guy but none attacked.

"You see why I did that? I had good reason. I'm not a bad guy, just one who doesn't appreciate being attacked you know?" He tried to justify himself.

He walked over to the boss again who was glaring intensely at him but Minseo just smiled cheekily. He subtly pulled out a syringe he had in a compartment in his jacket.

"You know what else I don't appreciate?" He asked rhetorically. He reached to put a hand on the back of the guys neck innocently but held the syringe in it and stabbed it into the mans neck instead. "Liars and fake people." He whispered into the guys ear as he started to fall to his knees, grabbing at his neck. "And you're one of them."

Sohee quickly grabbed a pistol out the bag and threw it to Minseo who caught it and pointed it at the rest of the men who tried to go towards Minseo and their dying boss.

"Now now, don't be rash guys." He teased, pulling the syringe out of the bosses neck and threw it to the side. "Let's not make this go out of control."

The men looked at each other, unsure what to do as they watched their boss gasping for air, blood starting to run out his nose and eyes.

"Why don't you let us through, and then we leave? Nice plan right? No one else gets hurt. We leave with the weapons we requested and you leave with your lives. Nice trade." He said happily and shot them all a toothy grin. One guy went to attack Minseo but he just aimed the gun at him and playfully opened his smiling mouth. "Ah ah ah~! I wouldn't do that." He told to man as if he was a child.

Minseo started to walk towards the door to the cargo holder and smiled the whole time. He opened the door and looked in and celebrated manually as he saw a truck full of their weapons. He looked over to Sohee and Kyoji who made their way past the tense men and walked through the door Minseo was holding open.

"Now I'm gonna close the door, and I would appreciate if you guys stayed calm and let us go on our way." He said patronisingly. "That cool? Cool? Cool." He said and smiled at them before he closed the door and suddenly kicked the handle in so the men couldn't open it.

The three broke out into a sprint to the bulky van which had an advertisement for a toy store on it. Sohee ran to the end of the holder and opened the large door so they could drive the van off the jet. Minseo raced to the steering wheel and Kyoji got into one of the two passenger seats. Sohee was next into the vehicle and closed the door after.

"Go go go!" She yelled as the door fully shut. They sped off the jet and Kyoji wished he had something to grip onto. Minseo drove off the jet and sped down the runway as fast as the old van would take them.

Kyoji looked in wonder and fear as they drove close to commercial planes that were trying to take off or were moving. Their enormity scaring him a little along with the fact he has no idea what's going on.

Bullets started to whiz past them, they all flinched in instinct. Sohee looked in the side mirror and saw that the men were in faster and more protected cars, chasing them down the runway and shooting at them.

"Okay so, they've got better cars and are chasing us. So in this situation we're like, hmm... A little pig, yeah? And they're leopards who want a lil' pig for dinner." She explained. Kyoji glanced at her and shot her a funny look as he was so confused as to why she felt the need to explain it like that. Somehow it prompted Minseo.

"Alright, pigs are cool. They're clever. Very clean animals and are used to find treasured foods." He said. By now Kyoji is so confused and is really regretting coming with these two to do this, but it's a little late now. "Pigs are more manoeuvrable than bulky leopards!" He sang and suddenly turned the steering wheel so they were driving towards a commercial plane.

"Don't be crazy. That was our deal. Don't be crazy Scorpion." Kyoji started to yell as they got closer to it.

"Why does everyone think I'm crazy?" Minseo laughed and carried on turning the van.

"Because you fucking are- oh my god!" Kyoji yelled and ducked instinctively as the van went under the moving plane.

Sohee look out the window and saw that the men had stopped shooting. The Nobodies have a strict 'don't harm innocent people' rule, and they can't risk shooting and hitting someone on the plane right now.

They drove under the plane until they got to a certain point, and Minseo suddenly turned and started driving straight for the wire fencing.

Kyoji's eyes widened and he looked at Minseo who was smiling.

"No."

"Yes.

"No.

"Yes."

"No!"

"Yes~!" Minseo sang and hooted as they crashed through the wire fencing and were out the airport. Sohee was laughing crazily and Kyoji was trying to remain calm as these people were driving him insane.

They drove quickly and soon reached the motorway. Minseo recklessly drove at a stupidly high speed, having to swerve between the other cars that were considerably slower than them.

A pang of a bullet clipping the vehicle made them all alert and they knew they were being chased again. Kyoji rolled his eyes as Minseo started to quietly chuckle to himself.

"That's when you know he's got a plan." Sohee told Kyoji.

"Why would you laugh when you have a plan, I really don't understand." Kyoji muttered, fed up of Minseo and his ridiculous ways. He already has to put up with him when they're torturing someone, but having to deal with him for this long, in this much of a serious situation, he's not having any of it.

"It means it's a good one. Usually." She smiled before looking the the side mirror again. "Ah they're really trying. Some are hanging out the windows and sunroofs just to get better aim." She laughed before reaching for the weapons bag and unzipped it. She pulled out a small machine gun and smashed the passengers window with it. She then stuck her hand out and started to aimlessly shoot at them. "Oh! They aren't backing off! They want to kill us really badly!" She giggled as she brought her hand back into the car along with the gun.

"Go pick them off Hanzo." Minseo ordered.

"How? I've got a sniper rifle, I can't just stick that out the window and hope for the best." He commented angrily.

"We'll open the van doors for you so you can aim then." Minseo said and Sohee started to climb out her seat and flopped into the back part of the van.

"Come on." She called.

"No. I'll be far too exposed." Kyoji stated.

"Just do it." Minseo sighed and put his hand on Kyoji's shoulder and pushed him. It took everything in Kyoji's being not to fucking punch him in the face but he took another deep breath. When the truck got shot at again, he climbed over his seat and went into the holding part of the van.

Minseo's sharp turns made Sohee and Kyoji fly around in the space, sliding from one side to another. Sohee managed to get to the back doors of the van and pushed them open. A few rounds of bullets immediately greeted them but Sohee moved out the way in time, Kyoji was against the wall anyway due to Minseo's crazy driving and physics.

"Hold onto that and shoot quickly." Sohee shouted over the loud noise of shots and car horns. She pointed to one of the rack poles that were holding the weapons they ordered. It was bolted to the floor they they were pretty solid and wouldn't move. Kyoji sighed and held onto it, he wasn't really exposed here.

He got out his rifle from his bag he had around his shoulder the whole time and groaned as the van turned again.

"How can I do this? I have to use one hand at this rate. I need to hold on but have two hands on the sniper." He explained to Sohee. She didn't hesitate and quickly ran over to the other side of the van, avoiding the shots firing at her. She lunged over to Kyoji and the pole as she had to move quickly, because the van turned again. She hugged Kyoji's waist, and with her other arm she looped it around the pole. She held her hands together to secure them and rested her head on Kyoji's back.

"I'll be your human seatbelt." She giggled. Kyoji let out a sigh and tried to stop a tiny smile form on his lips.

"Thanks." He said before pulling up his sniper so he could aim at the enemy cars.

One by one he started to pick people off. He aimed for the drivers but realised they had bulletproof glass. He tutted before shooting the wheels and people hanging out the car instead.

"I can't kill the drivers, we need to try something else." He shouted and he could feel Sohee nod as her head was still pressed against his back. "Got any ideas?" He shouted again, his voice starting to strain from having to shout. He doesn't talk much anyway but having to speak often and loudly is taking its toll on his throat.

"Scorpion should." She shouted. He felt her move her head so it was more in Minseo's direction. "Scorpion!" She yelled. She saw Minseo's head glance towards the back quickly. "We can't kill the drivers! Bulletproof glass dude!"

"I've got this! Hold on tight guys!" He yelled back and Sohee turned her head again so Kyoji would hear her better.

"He said to hold on, he's got this." She shouted.

Kyoji lowered his rifle after shooting out more of their tyres and some of the men.

"No more seatbelt?" He asked. Sohee nodded her head.

"Just hold on too, that way of one of us falls we can easily grab each other so we don't fucking fling out the van." She laughed. Kyoji nodded and put the sniper back into the bag and hung in on one of the rack. He's not loosing that sniper by any means.

He turned around so he was now facing Sohee and grabbed onto the rack pole too.

"Ready guys?!" Minseo called out and Kyoji heard him this time and sent him a thumbs up. Sohee gripped onto his waist a little tighter. "Let's go!" He yelled and did a sudden 90° turn. Sohee screamed into Kyoji's chest as her body tried to fling away from the pole.

"Hold on!" Kyoji yelled at her and he felt her grip tighten even more around him.

Minseo just turned off the motor way and was now heading for another motorway that would get them to the city faster. He took them to a small drop that he raced over, making the van airborne for a small moment. The landing was rough and Sohee lost her grip. She screamed as she started to fly away from Kyoji but she grasped onto the pole with both hands in time. Kyoji instinctively reached out and grabbed her jacket with one hand.

Minseo sped down the motor way for a while, giving Sohee and Kyoji time to get a good grip on the pole again. Sohee wrapped her arms around Kyoji like before, but made sure she had an iron grip. Her heart beating fast from nearly being flung out the van and to her death.

Minseo took the van off the motor way and took a turning so they were now driving inside the city of Seoul. He had to turn often as he drove through the cars in traffic and take sharp turns to go down streets he wanted to go down. The two in the back were trying to keep a good hold but were struggling.

Shots started to fire at them again and Kyoji ducked down, as they were now pretty exposed since they had moved around the pole and weren't in cover anymore.

"Don't you dare let them shoot us Scorpion!" Kyoji yelled angrily at Minseo, who was now frowning.

"Trying not too." He muttered to himself, before practically making a U turn.

Sohee screamed again as she lost her grip and didn't grab onto the pole in time. Kyoji quickly grabbed her and held onto her tightly. He tried to keep his grip on the pole and Sohee's tiny wrist. He grunted as it felt as his arm was being pulled out its socket and his shoulder started to hurt badly, but he doesn't even think of letting her go.

Sohee kept screaming as her shins, ankles and feet were hanging out the van door. She could feel the wind on them as they sped away and she started to panic. She grabbed Kyoji's wrist with her other hand tightly as she doesn't exactly want to die.

Shots were fired again and Sohee screamed and let out whimpers as she's so exposed and doesn't want to get shot. Kyoji saw this and quickly pulled Sohee up to him without thinking. His strong arms ached agonisingly but he had enough power to pull Sohee up and into his chest. He quickly swung his body around and grabbed the pole with his other hand, so Sohee was now inbetween the pole and his body, his arms wrapped around her and holding her there.

He could feel Sohee's body trembling as she was pressed against him. He knew she wouldn't have been able to hold on any longer.

Minseo made another turn then another quickly. Two of the three cars sped past as they were the closest to them but the last one saw and turned too. Minseo couldn't seem to shake him off and he started to get annoyed at himself. The sound of Kyoji yelling brought him back to reality.

Kyoji yelled in pain as he felt a bullet lodge itself into is shoulder blade. He kept his grip on the pole as he didn't want Sohee to get shot, she's too young to experience this yet in his eyes and he also didn't want her to die from being flung out the van. He let out sharp breaths as he controlled the pain and didn't want to make a fuss and worry Sohee.

"Oh my god did you get shot?! Hanzo?!" She shouted and turned her head so she could see Kyoji's pained expression. He shook his head and looked at her worried face.

"I'm fine, just hold on." He instructed. She hesitated before doing as he asked.

Minseo knew this was serious now and his plan had slightly fallen apart. He can usually shake these idiots off but then again, he's usually in a car of his choice. A nice fast car, not a bulky delivery van. In one last attempt he decided to take a few more turns.

Kyoji yelled as he was shot again in the same area. Sohee was really worried now and wanted to help but all she could do was not fall into him as their bodies were fling around.

Kyoji had had enough. He's been shot at twice and now he's fed up. He's angry, he's pissed and he's not having this anymore.

He lifted his head up and looked at the weapons on the racks. His eyes scanned them and they stopped when they saw a familiar weapon of mass destruction. An AK-47 with a grenade launcher attachment on it. He smirked to himself before composing his poker face again. He looked around and judged how to reach it. When he had the basics of a plan down he suddenly acted upon them.

"Hold on as tightly to the pole as you can Perle." He instructed her and she nodded as she gripped so tightly her knuckles went white.

Kyoji suddenly scrambled to his feet and gripped to the rack and shuffled along to the launcher. Shots barely missing him and his left arm almost failing as the pain from being shot was excruciating. He grabbed the handle of the weapon and swung so he was holding on to the rack with one arm, holding the gun in the other. He closed one eye and aimed the grenade at the car chasing them. He bit his lip before pulling the trigger.

The explosion of the car pushed the van forwards. Kyoji lost his footing but had a strong hold on the rack. He fell awkwardly but managed to get a good grip onto another pole. Sohee screamed for the nth time and even wrapped her legs around the metal as she wasn't risking her life again. Minseo let out a loud laugh as he saw the explosion in the side mirror and slowed down a little.

"You guys did it! Nice!" He congratulated, clueless that one of them had been shot twice.

"Just hurry up and get us back." Kyoji demanded, the pain becoming too much now.

Sohee looked over and saw his exhausted body, she was worried that he would pass out so she left her safe spot and ran over to him. She wrapped her arms around his waist and looped her other arm around the pole again.

"I felt like you needed to wear a seatbelt again." She said as she saw him look at her confused.

Feeling a little dazed and out of it as the pain was getting to him, he let out a single faint laugh.

"Thanks."
