Chapter 3
Taeyang and Hyerim entered the main office building used for the legal business of the casino, which also doubled up as a headquarters for Malevolent. Hyerim led the guy who was all bruised from being pushed down the stairs through the reception. Taeyang followed behind her with the other two men. They had their hands tied together behind their backs, Taeyang behind them pressing his guns to the backs of their heads.
"Hey Nana, looking great today." He said to the receptionist, shooting her a dazzling grin and a wink. She looked up from her work and didn't look impressed, and wasn't phased by his attempts of flirting or the two men he had at gun point. None of this was new to her.
"Thanks." She said sounding bored, before carrying on with her work.
"Have you- For fucks sake." Taeyang interrupted himself. "Stop walking, I'm trying to talk." He shouted at the two men, who both halted as soon as he shouted. "Anyway, have you done something new to your hair?" He asked Nana sweetly.
"I've put it in a pony tail, rather than have it down." She muttered, filling in documents.
"Ah, it looks really good as always." He smirked.
"Shouldn't you go take those guys somewhere?" She sighed and looked up at him. "It's not professional to have them down here for so long." She added.
"So professional aren't you?" He joked and she sent him a sarcastic smile. "I'll be on my way then." He said and shoved the two men. "Walk." He demanded and the two started to move again. "Talk to you later Nana!" He called behind him.
"Please don't." She replied before continuing with her work.

The three traitors were taken down underground which is where the interrogation and torture facilities are. They were thrown into a holding cell before they were taken to their designated rooms. Hyerim and Taeyang met up with Min Seol and Jae Eun in the corridor.
"Three?" Min Seol asked as she looked through the one way glass at the men. "One wasn't enough, no?" She joked.
"I would only interrogate the little one. The other two lumps can go straight to torture. They won't co-operate, I'm sure of it." Hyerim explained, being completely biased with her opinion.
"Alright then, we'll only interrogate the little one." Min chuckled. "Can one of you two strap him in please?" She asked politely. Hyerim opened her mouth to offer but Taeyang spoke first.
"I'll do it." He said and looked at Hyerim. "I feel like you would beat him first or do... Something, I dunno, it's you." He muttered before going into the holding room. He dragged the guy out and took him to an interrogation room where he shoved him into a chair and strapped his arms to the arm rests and his chest to the back of the chair, before leaving him there alone.
It wasn't long before Min entered the room with two cups of coffee and a notebook under her arm. Jae Eun sneaked in through another door and leaned against the wall behind the guy who didn't know he was there.
"Hey!" Min said happily as she sat down and placed the two cups and her notebook on the table. "Sorry about the whole, strapping you in thing. It's a little harsh, I'm trying to get it changed but ah, you're going to have to deal with it for now." She lied and sent him an apologetic smile. The guy looked at her strangely, confused as to why she's being nice. "You looked rough so I brought you some coffee." She said, sliding the cup over to him even though he can't drink it. "Want some? I'll give you some if you want." She offered. The guy stayed silent. "No? Alright then."
She flipped open her notebook and took out a novelty pen that's in the shape of a bird, the pink fluff on the end of it sticking out in all directions. She casually took a sip of her own coffee before looking up and smiling at the confused man.
"Why don't we start off with names?" She suggested. "What's your name?" She asked but was met with silence. "Why don't I tell you mine? I'm Sunny, who are you?" She said smiling and then motioning towards the guy for him to say his.
"Hyuk." He said softly. Min smiled and jotted his name down quickly.
"Hello Hyuk." She beamed at him with her perfect teeth. "Let's move on to asking the real questions shall we?" She asked rhetorically. "Let's start with..." She muttered, pretending to think about what to ask. "Ah I know. You worked for Malevolent, correct?"
"Correct." Hyuk hesitated.
"And now you work for The Nobodies, correct again?" She asked, he didn't speak but nodded once. "You were stationed on Unit 31, right?" Min asked casually, as if they were having a normal conversation.
"Yeah." He replied, before sighing.
"That unit was destroyed yesterday. Do you know about that?" She asked, even though she clearly knew the answer.
"I know about that, yes."
"How do you know about it? You must have known before hand right? You weren't there, you escaped death." She said, sounding enthusiastic. Hyuk kept quiet and looked down at his coffee cup. "Those were hard questions, I know." She said sympathetically before starting to pack her things away and stood up. Hyuk looked at her as she rose, looking confused and slightly relieved. "I'm going to have to go if you're not going to answer, me but my friend here-" she said and nodded to Jae Eun who was behind Hyuk. "he's going to take over for me. His names Ace. You two will be fine right?" She asked rhetorically again. She said bye to Hyuk who looked shocked and confused.
Min left the room before smirking at Jae Eun who just nodded in acknowledgment. He silently walked over to where Min was sitting and sat down, folding his arms on the table and looked at Hyuk.
"Were you involved in destroying Unit 31?" He asked so bluntly that Hyuk raised his eyebrows and his mouth opened lightly.
"W-what?" He stuttered.
"Were you involved in destroying Unit 31, Hyuk?" Jae Eun repeated calmly. Hyuk frowned and closed his mouth tightly. "Please answer the question."
"I-I knew about it, yeah." He said in a shaky voice. Jae Eun's calmness made him uneasy.
"You were in charge of drugs there, correct?" Jae asked and Hyuk nodded quickly. "Did you help transport them?"
"No. I didn't." He answered.
"How did those drugs get out of there, without other people who weren't in on it noticing? Do you know?" He asked, his voice calm and steady.
"I..." Hyuk hesitated again, staring down at coffee cup as he thought about wether to tell him or not.
"I can wait." Jae said. Hyuk looked at him and studied his blank expression. He really didn't understand him.
"They forged documents. They created fake documents so that the guys not involved thought we were shipping them out." He explained cautiously.
"All of the drugs?" He asked and Hyuk nodded. "Even with documentation, the others must have found that suspicious?" He questioned. Hyuk fidgeted his seat.
"Well, if they questioned it, they were killed." He admitted. Jae Eun let out an 'ah' and sat back in his seat, resting one arm on the arm rest.
"What did you do with the drugs?"
"I can't say..." Hyuk mumbled and looked down, he couldn't handle Jae Eun's glare any longer.
"Because you don't know, or because your under orders not to say?" He asked, his voice sounding harsher. Hyuk didn't say a word. "Hyuk, answer me." He ordered, but Hyuk remained silent. "I see. If you don't want to answer to me, I'll have to refer you to some other people." He explained, standing up and walked over to him, taking the straps off him and forcing him to his feet.
"Who?" Hyuk asked, sounding nervous. Jae Eun held Hyuk's hands behind his back and led him out the interrogation room and down the dimly lit corridor.
"A few people you wouldn't want to ever meet." He said plainly. Hyuk gulped as they reached the end of the corridor. "Here," Jae said, making Hyuk face a metal door and slid it open. "meet them for yourself." He said then shoved him into the room with Kai Ling, Minseo, and Kyoji. "Have fun." He added before slamming the door shut behind him.
Hyuk fell to the ground and looked up at the three individuals. All three had different expressions and auras about them, this made Hyuk very nervous.
Minseo walked over to him and crouched down in front of him.
"Hey buddy, looking to have a fun time?" He asked. His question made Hyuk feel sick. His eyes stopped when they met puddles of blood on the floor and on some of the walls, fresh he could tell as it was still wet. Minseo looked to see what the guy was staring at. "Oh yeah. Those stains are from your friends." He said and grinned at Hyuk before standing up.
"They didn't have much to say." Kai Ling added. Kyoji walked over to Hyuk and grabbed him, forcing him up and to move to the centre of the room. "Let's see if you're the same." She said, smiling sweetly at him as she twiddled with a small blade in her hands.
Kyoji held Hyuk's arms up and Minseo tied chains around them tightly. When he was satisfied that Hyuk won't be moving anywhere soon, he stepped back and folded his arms. Kyoji moved to the corner and rested against the wall casually.
"Let's get you talking, aye?" Minseo grinned
