Previously on Odd Squad V.S. Robot Princesses...

"We made it!" I breathed, exhausted from the travel through the portal.
Looking around, I knew something wasn't right. Olympia wasn't here.

"Olympia??"

An alarming truth hit me. Odd Todd captured her!

"Ms. O!" I yelled as I made my way up the stairs.

I ran into her office and stood gasping for air, leaning against her desk.

"What seems to be the problem?" She asked.

"Something - something very odd has happened." I answered. Wait? That didn't seem right. (A.N.😜)

"Proceed." She urged. I took a seat in one of her chairs and told her everything.

...."and then when I made it to the portal, I guess she wasn't with me and she was stuck back in her imaginary world with Odd Todd and the Robot Princesses." I explained.

"Whoa, that is odd. Do you have any idea of how to get back and save her?"

"No, not really. I mean we got in through the Parallelaland room, and then Olympia wished us there. But, I can't wish myself there, it was all based off of her book and I've never read it. I wouldn't be able to get exactly where we were before."

Ms. O stared off into space for a while, clearly thinking.

"Well, you haven't read it. Not yet, that is." A smug smirk plastered onto her face.

"I don't think I'm following." I admitted. What was she up to?

"Well, Olympia had me proofread her first chapter, so I know where she kept it. By the way, what's in your pocket?"

I glanced down to where she was speaking of, and pulled the object out of my pocket. NO! Olympia's inhaler!

"Is that yours?" She asked me.

Shaking my head I replied "no. It's Olympia's! She had an asthma attack while we were there and I forgot to give this back to her!"

Ms. O glared at me, then walked back to her desk. I followed her, trying to explain myself.

"Well, in my defense I didn't think that we'd be up against Odd Todd in an imaginary world and that I'd be swept away in a portal, separating me from my partner and leaving her at Odd Todd's mercy!" I yelled.

Realizing that this wasn't going to do any good, and that Ms. O wasn't listening to me, I quickly made my way down the steps and towards Olympia's desk.

Ms. O or no Ms. O, I have to find it. Olympia could be in serious trouble!

Olympia's POV

Otis and I were very close to the portal. We ran as fast and as quietly as we could, and soon enough he opened the door. But before I could go inside, I could feel something pierce my left arm.

A tranquilizer dart!

I realized. I tried to call out for Otis, but I began to feel numb, and soon enough darkness overcame me.

Otis's POV

"Aurgh! Where is it?"

I dumped out the last of the files and it wasn't anywhere. I made a mess on Olympia's desk! If she were here she'd kill me. She lives for order and cleanliness. When she saw the Oddtube I did for her she screamed when she saw all of my files flying through the air. Yeah, I might have overdone that...

I felt so stumped. So defeated. I thought I could figure this out like I did last time. I took a deep breath and decided to focus. That's the only way to begin to solve a problem.

I started cleaning up my mess and then go back to the drawing board. Once I finished, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Turning around, I saw Ms. O standing there with a box in her hands.

"This is it." She said. "She left me with the first chapter and before I could return it you two were gone."

I gratefully took the box from Ms. O and looked at the lock. Thank goodness her puzzle was easier than last time!

It said: Which Agent has the longest name?  I typed in: Oflanaranahanahan.

Access granted.

I opened the box, and took out the piece of paper.

"You've done it again partner." I sighed. She wrote her whole first chapter mirrored. I took the sheet of paper and walked over to the mirror room.

The whole first chapter was just an intro, it didn't help that much. I decided to go back to the Parallelaland room and try my luck.

.......Apparently I have very bad luck, especially on that day. Agents were still cleaning out the rooms, and agent Owen told me that I couldn't go in there.

"But I have to! Olympia could be in danger!"

"Yeah, and if we don't get these rooms cleaned we could be in danger of having dust problems! Rules are rules, live with it. The rooms will be back open in a couple hours."

"But-" I objected

"No buts about it, now move along."

I glared at him for a second and walked away. What good would a fight do?

A.N. there's the next chapter! Sorry it's been a while but I've been busy with school and I've been writing bits and pieces of this chapter whenever I have the time. I have amazing news though.
