Previously on Odd Squad V.S. the Robot Princesses...

I woke up, dusted my head off, and stood up, slowly. I finally realized what I had done.

I, Oona, was all alone, facing the best former agent we've ever had on the squad.

I, Oona, thought I could defeat Todd!

I, Oona, had gone Back to the Castle!

Olympia's POV

I was sitting in my wheel chair with an oxygen tank (just for my safety in case something happened) thinking about everything that had happened over the past week. I promised myself that I wouldn't write another book, for my safety and for the safety of odd squad. (A.N. will she reeaallly keep that promise?)

It was nice getting a hot shower, there was so much dirt and mud in the dark cell that when I came out I was a mess. I didn't want to leave Otis' side, he promised that he wouldnt let anything happen to me after he found out  the extent of my injuries.

The doctors had wheeled me downstairs to the cafeteria and they asked me if I was up to eating. I told them I'd try, but I wasn't that hungry. With all the stress I wasn't holding much of an appetite. They wheeled me next to Otis and Ms. O, who were, along with the rest of the squad, giving me sympathetic looks. But I didn't want sympathy! Sure I was unfortunate, but I didn't want this to change the way things were between me and my friends.

I tried eating the food that the doctors gave me but I was mainly just poking my food around with my fork. They told me that they'd just continue the IV if I didn't want to eat.

"Olympia, are you sure you're okay?" Otis asked. He could always read right through me, he always knew when something was up.

"I'm just scared." I replied. "I mean, what if Todd comes back?"

All my friends sat in silence, contemplating what I had said.

What if he really did come back? What if he did bring an entire army of robot Princesses bigger and more powerful than the last fight?

"We should get back to the squad." I said. "We need to be prepared for Todd to strike again." I explained.

"We should." Ms. O agreed. "But as for you," she said directing her gaze to me, " you're staying here agent Olympia. We aren't letting anything happen to you again."

" but Ms. O!" I interjected.

" No buts about it. My decision is final. You're staying here until the doctor say you can go home."

I sighed, there was no use bickering with Ms. O. She always won. I sank back into my wheel chair, crossing my arms in disapproval. I wanted to help! And they wouldn't let me.

"Ms. O, if I may-" Otis began, "we might need Olympia to tell us what will happen in her book. So we'll have heads up? It would be an advantage over Todd, and we need every advantage we can get." He stated.

Olive and Otto nodded their heads, the were agreeing! Maybe they could persuade Ms. O to let me come!

She grunted for about 10 seconds straight, and I smiled. She almost always got mad when someone convinced her that they were right. (Except for the mime incident of course :P)

"You better know your story like the back of your hand, Olympia."

"Yes!" I squealed. "Thank you thank you thank you!!"

Oona's POV

I had been here for a while, I was waiting until noon to go inside and find out about the castle. I walked in the shadows of the forest, as not to be seen, and I sat down when I could see the back door of the Castle, reviewing my plan.

Pulling out my unlockinator, I tested it to make sure it worked.

"Okay, so the unlockinator is first, and I'll break in with that. Then, I'll use the taffyinator to get the robot princesses' wiring jammed."

I tried pulling out the taffyinator, but then something occurred to me. That was the gadget that needed to be fixed because of the glitch!

What do I do now??

I asked myself. Checking my watch it read 11:58! Yikes! I needed to get busy!

I know! I'll just combine gadgets!

I pulled out all twelve gadgets that I had ans lined them up in numerical order.

"Okay, I can do this. The taffyinator gadget is number 20. So, I can get rid of all the gadgets that are over twenty. I was left with 5 gadgets. 1, 18, 3, 6, and 12. 18+12 is 30. Too high. 12+6 is 18. Too low! 12+6+3 is 21. Ugh, so close!

After trying all the possible combinations, I found out that none of them would work.

12:04.

I was stumped! How would I figure this out? Then, it hit me!

My unlockinator gadget!!

The unlockinator gadget is #10! 10+6+3+1= 20!! I grabbed gadget #3, a tapeinator gadget and shot it at The ground. I picked up the roll of tape and taped together all my gadgets.

But wait! How would I get inside without the gadget?

OONA STLYE!!!

I remembered a time when Olympia and I Sumo wrestled when we pulled on the lapels of our suits to transform into giant spheres (yes, lilwoodb, there will be a One shot of this:P). I ran up to the back door, pulled on the lapels of my lab coat, and ran through the door.

"That was fun!" I mumbled, taking in the dank damp smells that surrounded me. I walked down the long corridor of the dungeon and hears the "lalalalas" of ths princesses. I hid behind a display of armour waiting for them to come out.

When I saw the first one, I got trigger happy and pulled. The robot princess fell and sputtered electric sparks, obviously nearing its end. As the others came, I had the same success. However, something caught my eye. It was a paragraph of words that made no sense. After I finished off the fifth robot, I ran over to the sign.

"It must be some kind of code!" I told myself.

I glanced down at my watch, and was stunned. I totally let time get away from me!! 12:29. Odd Todd would be awake any minute! 

I tries decoding it. Maybe if I changed each letter to one higher than before like a=b, b=c and so on. When I was about halfway through, I heard an all too familiar laugh.

"Todd!" I whispered. Once I finished decoding, my jaw dropped. I ran straight out of that room and ran for the portal. I heard Todd in the distance:

"If you warn him, you will both regret it!!" It didn't matter. I needed to make sure I warned him.
