Story Idea;

Rose was born in 1839 to a wealthy man in New Orleans who married her off to her husband, 34 year old Lewis Coleridge when she was only 14. Within the next year, she gave birth to her son and the only child she ever had, due to a botched birth. 

Lewis became abusive to both her and her son after it was found out she couldn't give him another child. 

This abuse went on until 1860, when Niklaus Mikaelson witnessed it firsthand at a party and ended up turning Rose and letting her kill her husband. 

Her son was turned by Niklaus Mikaelson when he reached the age of 18. 

Rose as a human was more meek and timid, never really talking back or standing up for herself. 

As a vampire, she is considered aggressive, stubborn, and cocky. But she is also kind and caring to a chosen few.

Story Idea;

Axel Hawthorne was born to Rose Hawthorne and her ex-husband, Lewis Coleridge. He doesn't remember a lot about his childhood with his father other than his dad hurt him and hurt his mother. 

He mostly remembers growing up with the Mikaelsons. He views Klaus as his dad and calls him as such, Klaus has never had a problem with this.

Axel was turned into a vampire when he was 18 by Niklaus Mikaelson. 

Axel was always an aggressive boy and rather sarcastic. He is overprotective of his loved ones and quite sweet with them as well.
