Primary weapon- Surpressor a 45 round light based assault rifle that firings at a high rate of fire accuracy at range is low but it is great at close range engagements and can kill a tracer or an out of mech D.va in a few shot burst roughly 4 shots and it has a 2 second long reload.

It's closest cousin in terms of overall performance is probably soldier 76's pulse rifle at range Solider 76's rifle is much more accurate and is overall more stable when firing then the Surpressor but the Surpressor has a much higher rate of fire and due to its wide cone like stream of light bullets it is actually quite good to use agasint lower health and fast moving characters the pulse rifle has a slightly quickly reload as well I do think.
Shift ability-ground teleport has a five seconds holding time and during this you can choose any area that is within 350meters of you and teleport to that point has a 1 second cool down time and after the five seconds is up you will be teleported to a random location that is within you're visual range in a random direction during the charging time you cannot be killed(this is why you have a five second time limit so people dint abuse the immortal part of the charge up time)
Passive-strong melee his maple attacks deal 20% percent more damage than normal thanks to his blade arm
1st split grenade
You fire a pulse grenade to a maximum of roughly ten feet in front of you and it deploys a field that deals a maximum of 200 damage to enemies but heals 200 damage to all allies that enter it's field lasts for 10 seconds great for team battles in narrow ally ways and such can also pulse through walls
2nd ability Healing turret
You summon a small laser turret that fires a blue laser that can target a single creature out to 20 feet distance and deal up to 200 points of damage within its bursts which is a laser but in a five foot field around it grants slow healing that will heal a maximum of 150 health points the turret itself lasts for five minutes and has 150 health points it doesn't follow you around so it's great to use near a spawnpoint
Ultimate ability Watcher spawn
You summon a watcher that hovers close to you and fires bolts of hard light that deal 20 points of damage per shot it also grants you a 250 health shield that lasts until it's duration is up or it is destroyed it has 150 health and can fly over shields and barriers it also has a small stream of energy that stems from it and heals both you and all allies within 30 feet of it up to 300 health points lasts for one minute max
back story a former human involved in a horrific experiment that involved him going into a mechanical body it with the mind of a human and was composed by the original diadact and forced to serve him under his command before being set in a stasis pod for centuries when he and the rest of his forerunner team was awoken by a Talon research team that was stealing all the data and information that they could find and their sensors after rebooting for five minutes immedielty identified their intentions and marked them as hostile and from then Talon had gained a new and deadly enemy one that serves overwatch but on their own terms he serves as the forerunner teams main healer
