Ok This is Tigama. Nothing special about her except that she's a turtles character that was developed before Tiger Claw, and was then changed after Tiger Claw became public to the world. For now Tigama is an under developed Character. She's the daughter of Tiger Claw, she had a mother and a brother in the Circus but then she and her father were taken by this guy and Tigama did some things that resulted in the wrong tail being cut off blah blah blah... Under developed character, moving on.
