These wristbands are given out by an organization that wants to get rid of magic or people associated with magic. They are captured and put in schools to make them blend into society. Depending on the color depends on how dangerous they are. If the main part (the part that isn't clear) is orange (the band also lights up orange) then they aren't really a threat. If it's blue (it lights up blue too) then they are dangerous and need to be monitored. If it's black (and also gives off a black light) they are extremely dangerous. The schools have two thousand at them. Everyone has an orange one. One in fifty Have a blue one and one in one five hundred have a black one. They also block magic
