Full name- Elsie (last name unknown)

Gender- Female

Appearance- Short, lanky girl with platinum blond braids and short bangs. She has piercing blue eyes and still has her pudgy baby cheeks. She wears a simple t-shirt and shorts or pants each day in a variety of colors and the ribbons on her braids always match the color of her shirt or outfit. She wears silver small hoop earrings and a silver bangle that says Nothing is Impossible.

Age- 13

Personality- Reserved, sheltered type. Since she can't speak (more on that later), she's naturally very quiet. She's pretty submissive and doesn't really mind when people tell her to do stuff. She's hardworking when she's willing, which isn't super often.

Species- Exile

Family/backfround- Her parents disowned her the moment she was born with her crescent mark and no sound, so no one knows her family name. She was born with congenital issues that affect her vocal cords and  structures involved in the production of speech. She also has hearing impairment, but managed to receive a hearing aid that she wears. She can hear you, but communicates in sign language (can be put in italics instead of quarantining marks when writing).

Likes- The sky, writing, her friends, continuity of life.

Dislikes- Change, people who make fun of her, ignorant people

Hobbies- Writing, mostly

What makes them unique- Elsie is the only character I've made for this book that is traditionally "disabled", so I suppose that makes her unique. She's reserved and submissive but can stand out if she really wants to.

Other notes- If you're uncomfortable writing a disabled character, Elsie doesn't have to make it into the main cast. It'd be cool if she was still a side character at least though.
