My opinions: the idea of having the name 'Phoebe' mixed with the word 'panther' was clever, seeing as 'Elveenta' is a mix of 'elven' and 'cheeta'. But, there isn't enough blue and the blue that is there sticks out top much. I do like how only the hair over the shoulders has flowers, and the flowers are buds instead of tulips.

Extra: the colour of her hair was meant to be a mix of brown and blue.
