Origin: raised seperated from his brother, he didn't remember him very well. He got attacked, and was close to death, until Scott found him and instantly recognised him. He saved him, and brought him to Scott's new home, where Scott kept him safe in his bedroom. They eventually grew a bond, and Lui learned the truth. Now he lives with Scott.

Powers: same as Scott, but a bit weaker due to less experience.

Extra: he's a huge softy and loves animals. He loves sugary foods and hates sour things. Scott hates how forgiving he is, seeing as it tends to get him into danger a lot. Scott protects him, and Lui tries to help him mentally, slowly helping him get better.
