Origin: raised underwater for the majority of his childhood, he feels safer there then he does on land. He tries to keep himself as distant from the problems of the surface as possible, especially the war. Unfortunately, he tends to get dragged in anyway.

Powers: shift from human form to merman form. Can communicate with aquatic animals (fishes, sharks, dolphins, ect).

Extra: doesn't eat any sort of fish. Hates sushi. Loves to eat underwater plants: kelp, seaweed, that sort of thing.
