Backstory: Raymond grew up in the circus, which is owned by his uncle Willie Rees.  When he was eight his mother died in a knife-throwing accident, and his father left only a few weeks after.  At the age of ten, he began to perform as a trapeze artist, meeting Liana only a few years after.  The two share an unbreakable bond, one that later blossoms into love.
