Looks: Chae has a long black braid and a round face custom to children coming to age. He had a lanky build and looks much like his cousin Due. He wears a banana leaf hat and skirt and a wood chest plate.

Personality: Chae is energetic and chaotic. He likes prancing his sister and cousin constantly.

Background: Chae followed his cousin Due onto Hakoda's ship leading to Day of Black Sun. When he was discovered by Bato it was too late to turn back and Due convinced the water tribe men to let Chae fight in the invasion. He was one of the children who escaped with the gaang.  While at the Western Air Temple, he joined Sokka's Bendless Boomerang Club with Teo and The Duke (from the comics).
