Strengths: Rho is really good in the Academy, he's strong and quick and good with weapons. He is "the perfect tribute". He is extremely good at pretending.
Weaknesses: Rho hates being a career. He hates learning how to kill people. He can't stand the sight of his own hands, that have spilled blood. He knows the only way to survive in this world is to do what is expected of him so he goes along with everything, becomes the best in everything, so he can achieve his end goal - dying in the Games.

Personality: Rho almost constantly keeps up a front of being the perfect career. He pretends to love killing, bloodshed and violence. In reality, Rho is perfectly polite, mild-mannered, and even slightly squeamish. Rho's suicidal thoughts are a result of District 2's awful pressure to be the perfect tribute. Rho would cry at stepping on a bug. He would love to be kind to everyone and to treat everyone with respect. He hates the Games because they just cause death, however he also sees them as an escape - death is an escape from everyone who only cares for the person they've turned him into.
Weapon: Rho is pretty flexible and is good at most weapons. He is best, however, at using a machete or broadsword.
Backstory: I pretty much covered it in personality..., heh. Rho's dad trusts that his son will succeed in entering the Games - he has always been bitter that he was Reaped rather than could volunteer. He pressures Rho to volunteer for the Games and idealises the Capitol. Rho's mother left when Rho was only little and became a Peacekeeper in District Six. Rho's friends are only friends with the "perfect tribute", not him at all.
