Katarina is pretty outgoing and a little forward. She's trained for the Games, but it's not been her main focus - she's the swimming champion in her age group in her district, and in the age group above. She's confident and cocky but she does take care of her little sister.

𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍.
Kat's quite tall, around 6'2, and has long blonde hair that brushes the tops of her thighs. She has sea-green eyes, as is hereditary in 4, and she's quite slim, but has muscled arms and sharp shoulder bones. She generally has her hair in a kerchief, but loose, and if not she'll have it in a French plait.

Kat's not got a great aim, and her strength is her strength and speed, not her brains. She's no slouch, but she's more brawn than brains.

Kat's strong and fast, and knows how to fight hand-to-hand.

Katarina has two older brothers and a 13 year old sister. Their parents love them, and work hard to make sure that the kids have what they need. Both of Kat's brothers now work by the coast - Stefan carries packages and cargo onto and off ships, and Nikolas does the accounting. Nik's married and she doesn't see him too often, but Stefan drops round frequently with presents for Inès and the offer of sparring for Kat. She's trained to be in the Games, but it was as a sideline to her swimming training - she's trained for that her whole life.
