Power: invisibility. Adora is exceptionally good at her power. She is highly skilled at turning things other than herself invisible and occasionally starts becoming invisible without realising. She is good at hiding her shadow.

Personality: Adora is very, very quiet. She's almost painfully shy and she often blends into the background. It takes a lot of coaxing to get her to be comfortable around people, but when she is, she's all smiles. Adora is deaf, so while she is able to read lips, she sometimes finds it hard to understand people, and often feels like she doesn't fit in. Adora is a piano prodigy but that often only serves to alienate her from her peers. She is lovely and sweet but she's learned to hide herself from people who inevitably only make fun of her.

Family: Adora's mother died in childbirth, and her father Brian, while being perfectly lovely, is often so caught up in his work as an astrophysicist that he doesn't notice his daughter. Brian is also deaf, and the two Mercurys have a live-in domestic assistant who helps the two of them in lieu of Adora's mother, called Vega.

Backstory: Adora grew up in 'special' schools, developing her skills as a pianist and developing her speech and understanding of others. She was born completely deaf, the same as her father, and her mother Amry died in childbirth. Adora never fit in with others and she was often teased by the children she lived near and went to extracurricular activities with. The other children in the previous schools she went to also alienated her, but it was for her skill in invisibility rather than her disability or skill with the piano. Her father decided to send her to Cledora when he discovered that her invisibility was getting out of control.

Other: Adora is a great person to be friends with, but only if you're willing to put in the time to get close to her.
