She had a relatively good childhood, her family loving and accepting. She always felt comfortable about her personality and learned how to be respectful. Her parents raised her well and from a young age she enjoyed the simple things, practically growing up on studio ghibli films.
At this age she discovered her passion for drawing and her dream of owning an animation studio sprouted.

Sadly, Hailey ended up getting a boyfriend who she thought loved her as much as she loved him. But he didn't, and he only dated her to do his bidding. She became closed off from her friends as he started to subtly make her views change on them. Her mental stability crashes after that and she became overly dependent on him. After her family realized what was going on they immediately separated the two and got Hailey into therapy. Thankfully, she's now far better in her mental health.
This age is when she gained her powers. She wasn't sure how or when she exactly gained them, all she knew was that they appeared one way or another and they weren't leaving. She did the logical thing and, when given the opportunity, talked to nightwing about it when she fought him on patrol—hence her joining the teen titans. Her parents were told about her abilities and they were completely supportive about her joining the Titans, but they always end up stressing out when they see her in action—even if they trust Nightwing completely.
Her dream of running an animation company was still fully in tact and she was often found drawing in her spare time.

Adulthood
Hailey's adulthood was average. Got a studio apartment, began her own successful animation company called Hero Animations, got a wife, and so on. She continued her hero work, keeping her identity a secret. Other than that, her life was simple, and she continued to romanticize the simple things.
