Uraraka was fixing her hair by putting a clip in her hair to keep her bangs out the way and didn't notice that her gym suit jacket wasn't zipped up so it was kind almost overexposing her and also the fact she didn't seem to wear a tank top underneath it either.

You notice this and have threechoices:

A. Get her attention and tell her

B. Go over to her and zip it up for her

C. Try to ignore it hoping she'll notice soon anyway
