Magnus

"Sir, your champagne." The stewardess handed Magnus his drinks with a playful smile as he replied with his devilish smiles. He knew how she purposely lowered her own uniform to show him her perfect cleavage. "Behave." Charles said as he sipped the cool crisp wine and placed them back on the arm rest.

Truth is he wasn't thinking much of the stewardess who puts too much make up for a six hours flight. His mind was actually wanders to the tall boy in the duty free shop. "Come one Charles, live a little." Magnus said handing him a same glass to drink but he declined politely. Magnus never saw him drinks ever since he was a kid but again, he never sees him out of his butler outfit.

Charles sat next to him with a white button up shirt and a white pants like some Englishman but he is just - Charles.

"The fact that your idea to bring me along and wasted your father's money had me juggling my life choice here sir." Charles said while buckling his seatbelts. "And I hate flying." He gripped the arm rest preparing for the take off but it was not until the captain said so. It somehow amusing for Magnus to witness an old guy in a white outfit to be scared of flying. He knew him his whole life but not once he knew about his own personal being.

"My father deserves it for ditching me the last minute. Plus, we can use this time to know about each other." Magnus said keeping his gaze towards the stewardess, he winked at her making her blushed and giggling with her colleague.

"I know everything about you." He replied and Magnus turned his gaze from the stewardess to him, "Yes but I know nothing of you. If anything happened to you, I don't know to whom should I speak with." Magnus said and somehow the last comment made Charles felt a little bit insecure. Did Magnus dragged him here to kill him?

"Sir if I may?" He asked tilting his body slightly to face Magnus but he on the other hand kept his posture straight. "Why did you buy that sweets for the boy anyway? Usually you're not the one to share. Especially if you know people wanted it, then you would keep it just for your own good even though you don't need them."

Magnus looked to his side and stared at Charles' face. "I had my reasons." He answered and let his gaze back at the stewardess who now preparing for their take off.

Magnus was lucky that he chose to sit on the aisle while Charles had fallen asleep with his head rested on the seat. He placed the blanket on top of that old man before he smirked. Magnus then stood and headed towards the lavatory to relieve himself.

He came out few minutes later and was met with the same stewardess before. She was waiting for him and her fingers twirling her blonde hair while her body leaned up against the wall of the lavatory. Magnus smirked before he himself mirrored her body against the wall.

"Hello gorgeous." He said and she smiled widely, blush crept on her face as she tried to hide it. "I like this." Magnus said deliberately making his hand on the top of her cleavage touching her cold skin aiming for the scarf she had around her neck.

"I can make it better." She said leaning closer towards Magnus and he grinned. She pulled Magnus hand on her chest towards the lavatory and locked it from inside.

Lightwood

"Welcome to Hawaii Lightwoods!!!!" They screamed just after they all got off the arrival gates carrying their bags. Alec was surprised but then when he sees the person who screamed, he relaxed a bit. "I thought you aren't joining us." Alec said hugging Valentine's body and kissed Jocelyn on her cheeks. It follows by his parents and his siblings after. "Are you kidding me? Who would lead you for your five days trip?" Valentine answered and Alec could see Jace is trying to hide his excitement towards Clary who now had her head covered with a white summer hat and she's wearing a white tank top and a green floral skirt. She looks beautiful with her fiery red head escapes from the sides.

"We just got here this morning, you should see the hotel, it's amazing." Jocelyn said as she pulled Maryse by her elbow and they continued to talk as they walk along the path heading to their pick up car.

Izzy was already pouting since she got separated with the boy she met on the plane while Max is half awake. "Talk to her." Alec whispered to Jace and pushed his shoulder a bit to give him a shove forward. He smiled shyly at Alec's gesture but when he saw Clary smiled, he knew Izzy talked to her already. "Come on Max." Alec said pulling his little brother towards their pick up vehicle.

"What's the name of the hotel again?" Alec asked and Valentine helped him with his luggage. "The Turtle Bay. It's heaven. You'll see." He convinced him. But the truth is, he didn't have too, Alec is already in love with this place when he saw it while landing. The blue green water already calling him like he is home and he couldn't wait to get a taste of it.

"Let's go Lightwood." He said as they all went inside the white van with a hotel logo on the side. They all talked to each other while enjoying their view from each sides. Nothing but stray roads, coconut trees, palm trees and then the ocean. No sky scraper except the hotels and the villages is beautiful. Alec captured every single moment in his camera keeping his mind free and relax. Once in a while he could see his mother looking back at him to make sure he is okay and he smile in assurance which she nodded with her most sincere smile after.

Bane

"Where were you? You weren't at your sit when I woke up." Charles asked as he gathered their luggage into the trolley. Magnus grinned at the thoughts he screwed the flight attendant in the small lavatory room and when he pulled the scarf towards her mouth to keep her from screaming. The scarf is really useful after all, he thought.

"No where, roaming around the airplane, I was bored." He lied and kept his gaze back at his phone, they walked side by side towards the exit on arrival for their limo to pick them up.

"Welcome to Hawaii Lightwoods!!!!" He heard people screamed loudly in the middle of the arrival gate and then he saw someone familiar. The tall boy is with his family and some other family in coming here. He ignored Charles and tried to eavesdrop them following them to see where they headed, his curiosity builds as he followed the tall boy from behind.

"What's the name of the hotel again?" The tall boy asked and Magnus listen attentively. "The Turtle Bay. It's heaven. You'll see." The fat bald guy answered, he looks almost the same as the boy's father. Somehow Magnus is glad that his father didn't turn out to be like one of those people after they aged. He could imagine if his father had a fat belly and a bald hair.

"Sir!" Charles tapped Magnus on his shoulder startled him from his thoughts. When he saw the Lightwoods already left in their packed vehicle he got an idea in his mind. "Let's go to Turtle Bay." Magnus said pulling his bag on his shoulder and let Charles pushed the trolley heading to their limo.

"But sir your father already booked us in Four Seasons, it is much nicer and much better than the Turtle Bay." He defended the hotel which he had no idea how it looks like. "I don't care, I want to stay in Turtle Bay and let the old bastard pay more for my expenses." He marks and Charles kept his silenced at his rude comment about his father.

Magnus was about to slide in the car but stopped when he didn't hear any words from his butler. He looked to the side and saw him crossing his arm on his chest staring at him with an anger expression on his face. "What?" He asked innocently. "Don't talk about your father like that young sir." He snapped and Magnus sighed.

"Look you don't have to stay here if you don't want to. Like I said, he deserves it." Magnus commented and sat on the seat behind the driver. He was infuriating at Charles words but chose to ignore it. He had one mission on the holiday and his mission was to destroyed that boy's vacation.

Magnus instructed the limo company to change their route heading towards the Turtle Bay instead of Four Seasons. He was reluctant at first but Charles reassured the guy and he obliged anyway with extra money by Magnus. In the car Magnus had plotted ways on making Alec's miserable during this vacation, one is paying back his wreckage car and the other for annoyed him constantly.

About an hour later they both arrived at the hotel and as usual the lobby is guarded with few people for valet parks and the welcoming party. He was offered with lei at the airport upon his arrival and now some complimenting beverages from the tropical natives.

He immediately went up to the concierge and the girl stood behind the desk welcomed him with the most widest smile. "Hai, welcome to The Turtle Bay Resort, my name is Kathy, how may I assist you?" She politely repeated the words that Magnus assumed being repeated for hundred times today.

"Checking in." Magnus said and handed her his identification card, his passport and his father's credit card. Charles on his side shook his head in disbelief with a scoff. "What?" Magnus asked but Charles kept his silenced and Magnus kept his eyes back on his phone in his hand. "Look." He said handing the text message he received from his father to Charles.

'Enjoy your vacation, I am so sorry I couldn't be there with you but I will make it up to you. Have my credit card and spend it all you want.'
                            Dad.

The text message sounds too good to be true but again Asmodeus would do anything to make sure Magnus is happy and money is the only bow he had in his quiver.

"I'm sorry sir but you aren't book at this hotel." The girl said and Magnus took off his shades. "Obviously." He said and scoffed at her, "I would like to book your most expensive room for five days." He said and the girl blinks repeatedly before she checked in her systems. Her fingers typing away on the keyboards and she clicked on her mouse few times before she could answer him.

"Sir, you are lucky cause we are actually fully book for this week since it's holiday and all but I got you an Ocean View family suite for your stay. It is located on fifth floor. How would you like it?" She asked and Magnus didn't bother to look up from his phone to her face. "Fine." He answered and she smiled at his rudeness.

When she looked at Charles who stood beside him she nodded and he replied with a smile on his face, he mostly apologized for Magnus rudeness towards her.

After few pins and confirmation later they were brought to their suite and the rest of the bags were carried by the bell boy in the lobby. As soon as Magnus stepped into the suites, it was breathtaking. The smells of the ocean and the wind flew inside the room makes him want to stay here forever.

They dropped his bags in and he tipped the person before they left. Charles started to unpack not letting Magnus clothes to get wrinkled but instead Magnus rummaging through his bag to find his white plain shirt and changed. He didn't bother on the wrinkled form due to him stacking it inside without folding it. Charles shook his head cringing at the sight of a multi billionaire son wearing something so juvenile and delinquent.

He jumped on the bed after he tour the room and notice it had two bedroom just perfect for him. He let Charles takes the other room while he took the most biggest one. Charles never mind Magnus choosing for him since he wasn't supposed to be here anyway.

"What you'd like to do sir? How about we explore the activities around here and maybe could get some dinner after." Charles said and Magnus was on the sofa lounge flicking through the channels. "If you're hungry ordered some room services." Magnus said and ignored the guy.

Charles had enough with his juvenile behavior so he walked towards him and grabbed the remote from his hand. Magnus was caught by surprised with his sudden action. "I had enough with you. I am here because you needed me. If this is how it's going to be, I am more happy to go to New York and stay there entertaining your father." He said and the look on Magnus face changed from annoyance to surprised.

"I'm sorry." He said whispering. Charles sighed as he kept his gaze down on the floor beneath his feet. He took a seat beside Magnus and placed his palm together.

"Forgive me, I misspoke." He said and Magnus shook his head. "No, you're right. I wanted you here, more than anything. I should have treated you better." He said and Charles couldn't be happier than to hear it. He knew Magnus is hurting since this is supposed to be his family vacation but end up being all alone for five days and when he goes back he knew Magnus will be the same brooding boy he raised.

"I have something for you." He said and get up from the couch heading towards the bags. He pull out a box as big as his palm and handed it to Magnus. "Here." He said and Magnus smiled upon the gift placed in his palm.

"What is it?" He asked and opened the box, inside was bold pen like his father used to have in his office. It's black with gold stripe and when he took it out, it weighs heavier than he expected it to be. "A pen? I'm on vacation, not some business meeting." He said slumping his body back on the couch while his fingers examining the pen.

"See Magnus, you shouldn't judge things by the first look. Let me show you." Charles said and took the pen from his fingers. He open the twist cap and inside was something different, when Magnus look closer he notice it wasn't an ordinary pen, it was hiding a Swiss army knife. No wonder Charles could bring it inside the plane, otherwise they would have been thrown out because of it.

"Cool." He said and took the knife and starts to open them one by one. Charles stares at him with a relief flashes through his face. "I know you would like it. I hope you used it wisely, not harming others or yourself. I'm trusting you with this and if you betrayed that trust-" Charles stopped himself before he finished his words and Magnus glanced at him impatiently. "I'll quit." He said and Magnus snorted.

"Like hell you are. Don't worry, I will not hurt people with this." He said and placed it back inside the cap and kept in his pocket. "Let's go exploring." He said standing up from the couch followed by Charles.

(I know it's ridiculous to have a Swiss army knife smuggled cause its impossible but you'll thank me later)

Lightwood

"Here we are. This is your suite and we are a few floor down." Jocelyn said and showed them the family suite. It has three rooms and you can enjoy the view facing the ocean." She said pulling the balcony sliding door open letting the breeze in.

"Okay so Alec can stay with Jace while Izzy with Max, is that okay Izz?" Robert asked and she shrugged her shoulders, letting her bag on the floor in the middle of the living room. "Whatever, it's not like he will stay there, he'll climb Alec's bed as soon as we all fall asleep anyway."

It's the truth when she said those, Max and Alec had a special bond and whenever they are at a strange new foreign place, he will stayed in Alec's bed throughout the whole trip. "I'm okay with it." Alec said nodding towards Max and he nods back. He placed his bag on the floor and felt his head heavier than usual.

All of a sudden Alec felt like the room spins and it made him dizzy. He wanted to grab on something but he failed to do so but he was standing next to Jace so he grabbed his shirt instead. "Woah Alec, you good?" He asked and Alec shook his head, blinking his eyes repeatedly. His knees buckled when he felt the floor is like a jelly but Jace caught him and dragged him towards the couch.

"Alec, what's wrong?" Maryse sat beside him on the floor stroking his forehead and he breathes heavily. Jace raised his legs on the couch while Valentine ran to Alec's head checking his pulse. "Clary grab my bag please sweetheart." Valentine asked his daughter and without any delay, she ran off towards their room to grab her father's bag.

Minutes later she ran back inside their suite with Alec still lying on the couch but he had a wet cloth on his forehead and his eyes are closed. His face paled then before and his face is covered with sweats. They all moved away letting Valentine checked on Alec. Mostly the usual blood pressure checks and the heart listening. He even bring his stethoscope inside the bag for Alec.

Everyone stays quiet in the room letting Alec to rest and Valentine to examine him. "How do you feel Alec?" He asked and Alec nodded, swallowing his throat dryly. "Your pressure is a bit low, have you eaten anything yet? You took your meds?" He asked and Alec shook his head.

"ALEXANDER!" Maryse called surprised at his behavior. "I gave you the sandwich and I told you to take your meds after didn't I?" She scolded him and he looked to his side. His mother's furious expression is the last thing he wanted to see during their family vacation.

"The sandwich tasted like a cardboard and I forgot I checked in my meds along with my bags ." He replied with no emotions. "You forgot? How many times exactly you have to take them? Twice in a day and you forgot for the past two years, you suddenly forgot?" Maryse paced around the living room with her hands on her forehead. "That is very irresponsible of you to do things like that. How would you think we feel about this? It's like you have given up on us on purpose!" She screamed again and Alec sighed rolling his eyes.

"Maryse, enough." Robert warned her and she glared at him. "Alec promised us you won't do this again. Please son. We can't have you stayed in bed while there's a beautiful ocean out there waiting for you." Robert raised his palm towards the balcony and Alec stared at his face, he nodded before he tried to sat up and with the help of Jace, he sat properly with his both legs on the floor.

"I know, I'm sorry. I wanted to enjoy this island too, it was stupid of me to do that. I promise I won't do it again." He said looking directly at his mother. She exhaled a long breath before she stood before him with her hand around her waist.

"Fine, I'll be the medication police until the trip is over." She said and all of them smiles include Alec. "Let's just ordered room services first and then we meet together downstairs at the lobby let's say around five?" Valentine planned and they all nodded with a short answers. It's only one so they have plenty of time to rest and for Alec to gain his energy back.

Robert ordered lunch through the room services and it came about twenty minutes later. Jace and Max was the first to hog on their burgers and fries while Alec ordered some soup and bread. He didn't have his appetite but due to the force by his mother, he had too eat something.

"Eat the fruits." Maryse said and Alec glared at her, he took the grape and popped it into his mouth while letting his mother stared at him. "Dad, can I ask you something?" Alec asked Robert and he almost choked but covered it with a sip of water. "Sure." He answered and continued eating his burgers.

"Who paid for all of this?" Alec asked and both Robert and Maryse looked at each other. The truth is they don't want their kids to find out about this, but since Alec had to ask, they had no choice but to tell them the truth.

"Actually we all did. Uncle Valentine, Aunt Jocelyn and Jace." Maryse looked to her side and tapped Jace's on his shoulder before her hand cupped his cheek. He smiled at her before his gaze went back at Alec.

"Jace?" Alec asked and he nodded. "My family left me some tremendous amount of money so I had to use some of it. Mum and dad has being so kind of all the years raising me, they never used not a single dime so I had to force them to use it somehow." Jace said and Alec's eyebrow furrowed into a line.

"You shouldn't have." He said and Jace's smile turns into a frown. "Like you said Alec, this could be our last vacation together. I will never regret in spending it with my family." He replied before finishing his burger. He hated having this conversation with Alec especially in front of their family.

Alec kept his silenced throughout lunch and he felt guilty for making Jace used his family wealth on him. He hated being the charity case to his family and Jace's.

"Jace, I-" Alec started but was suddenly interrupted by Jace himself. "Alec stopped. Don't say any word or you're gonna regret it and ruined our vacation." Jace said biting his burger again.

Alec smirked knowing his brother is doing everything out of his own good heart, never once he wanted anything for return. "I was just gonna say you have tomato sauce on your chin." Alec said trying to cover up the awkward moments. Jace grabbed a napkin and Alec saw his parents smiled at each other.

"So we're just gonna circle the island for a while seeing their city and before we went back to the hotel we'll just grab dinner outside. You guys need to rest tonight cause tomorrow has a lot of things to do." Valentine spoke when they gathered around at the lobby.

"Shoot, I left my phone upstairs." Alec said rubbing his pants looking for his phone. "You want me to get it?" Jace offered but Alec shook his head. "It'll be just a minute, I'll be right back." Alec said tapping Jace's shoulder and nodded at their parents.

"I can come with you." Maryse offered but Alec raised his palm stopping his mother, "It's okay mum, five minutes. I promise." Alec said before heading towards the elevator. Seconds later the door open and he went in.

The hotel is amazingly decorated and Alec was admiring the scent they put inside the hotel area. Few minutes later the elevator stopped on his floor and opened the door revealing someone on the opposite side. Someone Alec would never thought had expected to see.

"The fuck you doing here?" He asked standing still in his spot while the boy stood on the other side of the door with a smug look on his face. "Well hello there Alexander." He said grabbing both side of the door leaning forward, the door made a beeping sound as Magnus leaned disturbing the sensor on the elevator door.

"Don't call me that. Move dwarf." Alec said pushing Magnus by his shoulder and headed to his room. "That's a rude thing to say, all I did was calling you by your name and you mocked me by calling me names." Magnus said stopping Alec on his track. He turned to see him leaning against the wall next to the elevator and Alec stepped few feet closer.

"You're right. I'm sorry." He said and he saw a smirk formed on Magnus' face. "But I'm not stupid. You are here to make me miserable. You could have stayed - I don't know maybe the Hilton or the Four Season or something but instead you chose to stay here to annoy me." Alec continued and Magnus chuckled in a small laughed walking forward to him.

"I guess you are smart in some way, Alexander." He said and turning around pressing the button of the elevator. Alec huffed as he turned and headed to his room as he intended earlier. This is going to be a long trip, exhausting really, he thought.
